We have been seeing Dr. Sundeep Grewal since our son was born last year and he is by far and away the best physician we have ever had. Our words will not do justice for how amazing his care has been. He is so extremely knowledgeable, his bedside manner is exemplary and he has gone out of his way to make time to see our infant son on his lunch break on a day when he was fully booked. The clinic staff is very polite and accommodating as well.

Love my doctor but the reception is abysmal, incompetent, and rude. Cancelled an appointment online and got two messages, one saying cancellation confirmed and a second giving me an error. As a COURTESY I phoned the next day, morning oct 29 ‘21, to make sure that the appointment was successfully cancelled and the receptionist tried to blame me for their websites failure, charge me a fee, and tell me you can’t even cancel online. You literally get an option to cancel online when you visit the link you get when you confirm an appointment… fix your website instead of blaming your clients. And maybe learn how your own website works before you try to argue with me about it for 10 minutes straight. Your website is your problem, not mine, hun.

I've been with Dr. Kalinowski for over a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. I've always felt that all of my concerned were addressed with sympathy, empathy and professionalism. I cannot recommend him enough! Some of the receptionists are not too friendly/attentive but one of them has been nothing but kind and always asks how I am doing! I have not noticed any disruption since Covid-19 which has put a lot of my worries at ease.

In September I was in a car accident. I needed to get a GP and so I found one here. Sometime since my first meeting with him he moved back to the UK. I didn't find out about this until very recently when the clinic called me to sign some forms. I realise this isn't really the clinics fault but I feel they should have communicated this to me instead of just switching my doctor around without telling me.

The doctor I've seen is good, but very black and white about time. This review is about how Dr. Sundeep Grewal and the clinic management handle appointments, patients time and a 'no excuses' attitude about missed appointment calls. The fact that Drs lock your account and refuse to provide medical attention unless you pay a 'fee' to open your account during a pandemic when most people need more urgent care and are struggling financially is a sad business strategy and quite shocking for a medical service. The doctors and clinic want all the understanding and patience of our time but will give non to the patients themselves. Whatever the reason is if you don't pick up the call from a doctor you're a no-show and your account is locked. Can you imagine living through a pandemic and a doctor refuses to provide you medical attention because they've flagged you as a "no-show"... because you couldn't pick up THEIR late call. In the past the receptionists have scheduled me on the wrong day (said Wednesday but really booked Thursday). On numerous appointments the doctor has called 20-40 min late, on one instance that I can remember the doctor didn't call AT ALL! When the doctor has been late to call and I don't pick up because I've had to get back to work (at times I'd take 30 min break for the appointment - 15 min before and after scheduled time) he counts that as a no-show despite knowing he called well past the appointment time and he locked my account. Check your records and respect patient's time as well. Maybe try a system of getting the receptionists to call patients who are waiting for a call to say that the doctor is running late; I'll happily wait an hour, but not knowing when the doctors going to call after the 15minutes is unfair to patients. Also, maybe stop overbooking yourself, maybe that's a factor with consistent late calls... Time is money for all of us, not just you. Mutual understanding and flexibility can't be one-sided for a 'business', it's 2021. Will not be paying their fee out of principle. Definitely 'time' to change clinics :) which I can easily do because thank god we're in Canada.

Dr. Jag Kaliray is one of the best doctors I have dealt with. I have been seeing him for a few years now and have followed him to this clinic. I’ve had some serious health issues this year, and dr. J. Kaliray helped me get better and regain not only my health, but my confidence and will to go on. I couldn’t have done it without him! He is wonderful: very knowledgeable, very patient, and always willing to listen. He really helps easing your anxiety and always does an amazing job in explaining the issues. He is very professional and has a great bedside manner - a great GP! The staff is very friendly, polite, and make you feel comfortable. They provide exceptional customer service. I was always able to get appointments whenever I needed. The waiting times are very short and the clinic is clean, bright and airy. I highly recommend dr. Jag Kaliray and this clinic to whoever is looking for general physician service. I give it 5 stars out of 5.

I highly recommend this clinic to whoever is looking for general physician services . The staff are super friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I have had thorough communication of my throat problem with Dr.Pavan.He really helps easing your anxiety and always does an amazing job in explaining the issues . I am not sure why Princess Hamid felt that the front staff was not experienced enough. I found them really helpful and they provided exceptional customer service.

Overall, we've had great service so far from our family doctor working out of this location, however.... this recent lack of communication via the website or phone lines is somewhat concerning. My wife needs a prescription but cannot get through via phone, email or website....

He is a great doctor and has been there for us through our different medical ups and downs, having a baby and welcoming a new little one into this world as well as all the medical questions in between. The reception staff here is very friendly and helpful. I can usually get in for an appointment within a couple days no problem. The doctor I see is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me through many issues over the past 5 years that I've seen him. He's very friendly, non-judgemental, and you can tell he actually cares and wants to help. Overall I'd highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Michael Healey is amazing... however I’m giving it low rating due to recent experience with the receptionist. She was very rude answering the phone and have no patience whatsoever. I got there and I over heard her rudely gossiping about clients and about me. I had to confront her and make sure estate my opinion.... VERY CHIlDISH, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and in my opinion need REPLACEMENT with better employe who values clients and understand everyone is going through something. Public restroom available downstairs. Elevator available. New patients accepted. Free parking lot available in the back of the building.

Our family doctor is actually amazing and if this review was about her, I would give 5 stars. However, the receptionists are unprofessional and unaccommodating. Aside from that, I think that the receptionists are very lazy. I called today around 4:20 pm and by 4:35 pm it says I'm first in line. I was first in line for more than 20 minutes before they close at 5 pm. I stayed for another 5 minutes after they closed hoping they'll pick up my call. But they didn't. So I waited for more than 40 MINUTES for nothing! Too bad, doctors are actually great here! Hope they can improve the reception staff!

I was searching for a family doctor and came across Imperial Medical Clinic. I was fortunate enough to find a new doctor accepting patients. I was assigned to Dr. Low. Months passed and I rebooked a follow up with Dr. Low and to my surprise a completely different doctor entered the room. I was then told he was my family doctor and that Dr. Low had left. I was very uncomfortable because I had to start all over again with a complete stranger, with absolutely no notice. No efforts to notify the change of my family doc, no phone call from Dr. Low that he was leaving so I could try to follow him to the next doctor’s office. Not only is this clinic unprofessional in this manner, they do not have a clean environment. It was recently renovated and there is still dust everywhere. They have dirt all over the floors and stairs and even in the rooms where you see the doctor. I am overall unimpressed with the way this clinic operates. I found the doctors to be professional and helpful, though. Not planning on returning if this keeps up.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dr.Grewal at Imperial Medical Clinic. Dr.Grewal is an incredible doctor, who really cares about his patients. He is attentive, kind, understanding, non judgmental and conscientious. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable and cared for. More than anything he is just fantastic at what he does. He will work with you to find out exactly what is going on with you medically, and doesnt just brush off your concerns or symptoms as insignificant. Dr.Grewal also performed my 4 year old sons immunizations last month and was joking with him the whole time and making him laugh. He made what could have been a very scary experience for our son, a positive experience for everyone involved. My whole family loves him and we feel so grateful to have him as our family doctor!

Just a terrible experience with this place. The doctors are okay. They do what they can within 10 minutes. But the reception staff are abysmal. They're rude, incompetent, and extremely slow. If you're in a rush to find a semi-decent doctor, then this place is okay. But if you want good, quality healthcare service, then this is not the place for you. Look elsewhere.

Had a COVID test here. The doc was great, he explained the whole process and how to remain relaxed so I didn't experience any pain (have had a couple in the past, they've always been quite painful experiences). Definitely recommend this clinic

Avoid this clinic don't get tricked by the nice looks of it there isn't any enough parking at the back and i had to park so far from the building its not so easy finding parking. The front desk staff very young looking like teenage young and inexperienced they lost my form twice i had to pay extra money to bring in a new one Dr Pavan there such a show off he came out and in the room three times worse experience ever.

The lady on the front desk at 3:20pm on June 18th is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is sad as patients need to find good family doctors and Dr. Pan is a great doctor but this means we have to suffer from the rude, irresponsible customer service from this clinic. I emailed this clinic to make appointment and no reply after three follow up emails in weeks, finally after one month, we got to make the appointment. We emailed to confirm the appointment and we were told they made the mistake. They knew my parents could not speak English but they still arranged an appointment for them when the Chinese speaking doctor is not there. If I did not email to confirm then my parents would have to take off time from work and waste the time! The front desk lady sounded very sleepy, did not care and very rude. It was really really frustrated. It was my fault to raise my voice. But what can a helpless patient do when I was treated unfairly and rudely?

We have been patients of both Dr Grewal's for almost 2 yrs, one of the best I ever made. Dr Balpreet is kind and always helped us understand with babies issues when we struggled as new parents. Dr. Sundeep took over my daughters urgent issues twice when dr.B was not in and his diagnosis was on spot. On a recent occasion he even asked us to come in before his regular start when he had a fully booked day and saved her with proper diagnosis she required else we could have ended up in the ER. I always had great help from front desk and I love this clinic. Thank you to one of the best doctors in BC.

I have been going to Imperial Medical Clinic since the week they opened. What I have found at Imperial is you get top notch service when you make an appointment with the receptionist who are very professional I find you if your appointment is for 1pm you walk in and see the doctor right at 1pm you don't have to sit around and wait like other clinics.. The doctors there are very comforting and they listen and you can tell they truly care when you tell them what the issue is.. The clinic is absolutely spotless unlike the review below from Emily Hagerty! The place is brand spanking new all the equipment beds blood pressure machines sinks counter tops floors the whole entire place is spotless from top to bottom there is no dust like Emily is stating its only been open for about a few months all the equipment is brand new never been used unlike some doctors where you get 50 year old stuff.. I would recommend this clinic over any other clinic out there! Don't let other bad reviews fool!

This is a very excellent run clinic with many doctors and a pharmacy in the same building. I have had the pleasure of seeing many of the doctors at the clinic. Dr. P. Kaliray, Dr. J Kaliray, Dr. Grewal have been exceptional I would definitely recommend this clinic to all. This clinic is still taking on new patients!!!! Awesome!!!! And thank you !!!!!
