We're very happy to have found Dr. Sokar-Todd after moving to Burlington. She always has room to fit you in. There is no 2 week waiting period and her hours are great for our schedules. Your appointment time is restricted so you can't hold her up for half an hour, but this makes sure you'll never spend much time in the waiting room yourself. She respects everyone's time. In addition she is thorough, always taking notes while meeting with you so that she has record of everything discussed. My kids also like her, which is important. She's a wonderful Doctor.

Amazing doctor! Really cares, and will always listen! So happy I found her and very excited she is a doctor for my family. No waiting, she is really always on time and will take you in last minute if she is available. Keep up the good work doctor!!!

Not empathetic at all. Made me feel really terrible. After telling her my only concern from visit # 1 she said that she needs to address it on the 4th appt because of the 'one issue per visit rule' that she has (trust me she definitely takes this rule to a whole new level). She said she needed more information about my health before she could refer me but I feel like it could have all been done in 2 visits not 4. She also stated that I can get the appts done soon, but I'm working and can't come in that frequently just so that she can get the most appts out of me and benefit herself. Her office is also only open late nights once a week. So she's really not taking my concern seriously. She really doesn't care at all, and at first I really liked how straight forward she was but I also need a compassionate, caring, nice person that will treat me like a person not a pay check.

My wife had a concern that needed to be addressed promptly. And just because of her pre-determined policy and procedures, she deferred her treatment plan to the 4th visit so she can benefit financially from billing the government for as many visits as she could. Her financial greed comes first before anything else to consider. She's completely lacking empathy in her demeanour. I will definitely report her billing conduct to the college. As a healthcare professional, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Doctor Sokar Todd is a fantastic doctor. My husband and I started seeing her after leaving our previous doctor due to a lack of a good fit. We love that she is very thorough and is preventative vs purely reactive. We are now expecting our first baby and she has made the process very seamless and exciting. My parents are switching to doctor Sokar Todd from their St. Catharines doctor due to moving to Burlington and we couldn’t be happier knowing they will be in her care! I would reccomend her to anyone looking for a great family doctor. Not to mention her cancer detection rates are like none other which is very comforting !
