Dr. Samuel has been there for me is some of my most trying times medically. He always gives me time to discuss my issues and seems very caring. His new receptionist Dee is also super nice! Dr. Samuel provides medical care to my mom, sister, step dad and other relatives of mine. I drive 30min to his office and its worth every ounce of gasoline!

This Doctor shows no empathy and treats his patients as if they are visiting a walk-in clinic. My sister has been attending his office since she was 10 years old and she is now 18. Today she came home crying after visiting Dr.Samuel, because after a long travel on the bus from Hamilton. He told her to walk down the street to take out her last $20 from the atm to pay for a medical document that she needed to start her clincal placment. She is attending a PSW program and is not working at the moment. I graduated from the same program and had to obtain the same documents from my family doctor and never had to pay a fee. This is not the first time she has came to me complaining about Dr.Samuel and his seceratary. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr.Samuel's for many years and he is a very patient Doctor who cares for his patients. His staff is amazing. Lynn the medical receptionist is fantastic at her job and works very hard.

In these trying times during the pandemic Dr. Samuels goes that extra mile to put concerns where they belong. We are thankful for this outstanding gentleman that always has the right advice that does not push you to take what you’re not comfortable with. He’s probably the best doctor I’ve come across. I drive all the way from Toronto to Burlington for him. He’s very caring, listens to everything you have to say and takes his time to offer you the best treatment possible
