Since Shopper's sold I have had nothing but trouble with the pharmacy. I have been trying for over a month to get a medication that I NEED. And get nothing but a run around. I am so close to taking our business to another pharmacy !!!! How can a pharmacy not care that a customer is not able to get their medication ?

Found there was short staff, but when there was a line up there was a really nice lady that sped everyone up so we could get through a little faster. Never usually have problems, they are well mannered people.

Small, quiet Shoppers Drug Mart that did not provide a memorable experience. It was drab and no team members greeted me. However, the pharmacy was advertising excess vaccines + had good signage for it. There was a barcode to check your eligibility. Would recommend for vaccine access!

There always seems to be a lot of pharmacy staff behind the counter yet they are so slow to deal with customers ! I find that a lot of times staff will look at you and just continue with whatever they are doing rather than serve customers !!

I would never recommend this place to have a RX filled. Waited over 2 hours! Have called and ordered refills and go in 2 days later and it was not even ready. Save yourself some time and go else where.

Crappy pharmacy..they literally double your dose and charge you for it. Worst pharmacy and store in town. Will never go back.
