I just had a melt down at Dr Trevor Brooks's office with Amanda and Dr Brooks as my husband had a coniption with regards to cost of some treatments i had. This very skilled, caring and compassionate medispa Team were so kind and listened and nurse Amanda even cried with me. ???? I have never had a better appointment or experienced such concern, caring and compassionate medi-spa treatment...and believe me...i have tried every one of them in Medicine Hat! Dr.Brooks deserves 10 stars, as he has been nothing but kind, wonderful, professional and very caring through skin cancer removal, a tummy tuck with barely any scar and breast surgery as well. Forever grateful!!!

From my initial consult to my actual procedure, I was blown away with the amount of support, ease and professionalism of not only Dr. Brooks himself but the wonderful office staff that holds the place together! The staff here are everything!! I went down last week for my consultation for a Breast Reduction.. Dr Brooks is great. He doesn't beat around the bush. For my skin tone, he told me a bunch of times about possible scarring and he made sure I knew 100% about the possibilities. He gets straight to the point in the most polite way, and he made me feel very comfortable while I was there. While I was there I was informed that the next surgery date would be longer than I was hoping .. I am not going to put all the details of what happened after... but I just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Dana/Deena.. I am so sorry I am horrible with names. She was the receptionist when I first got there, with long black hair. So polite and kind! As well as the lady with the very light brown (maybe almost red) hair. That day (Tuesday, August 13th) she was wearing a polk-a-dot shirt.. you are my guardian angel! I am sorry I didn't get the chance to hug you as well but thank you so much for what you did! I cannot thank you enough! Wonderful, clean office and staff!
