While talking to the pharmacist and booking an appointment online, there was zero mention that there was no doctor in person. Maybe this is obvious, but this is definitely something the pharmacist should have mentioned when I asked if I could see a doctor; and if not the pharmacist, it should be mentioned through the online booking process. Additionally, their online booking was giving me technical issues, so I had to phone them. They had me sit on hold (via phone) for 15 minutes, just for a machine to tell me they couldn’t take my call at that moment, and that I should leave a message. I can see they have appointments available within the hour, but I cannot book because no one has returned my call.

First experience was good, we got in right away and service was friendly. However I then called to make an appointment which all of their cards say they have appointments and the pharmacist told me there’s no appointments. So I drove from brockville to sit in the waiting room for over an hour with NO updates on how much longer it would be. I was the only one in the waiting room and ended up leaving after wasting all my time. The concept is good but there needs to be improvements, especially with the lack of quality healthcare in eastern Ontario.
