My appointment was on time. The atmosphere was relaxing and professional. I wasn't pressured by the audiologist to make any decision at the end of my test. I was sent home with all of the information so I can make an informed decision. No high pressured sales tactics. I would highly recommend this business.

I am very impressed with Davidson Hearing Aid Clinic service in Brockville. This week I reached out to Davidson clinic in Brockville for help to reprogram my older Siemens hearing aids. Siemens corporate recommended this clinic. One of my Phonak units stopped working properly and I wanted to use the Siemens unit as back up while I get the Phonak's repaired. My local hearing aid clinic in Gananoque could not help me. When I met Amy Holder at the Davidson clinic, Amy put me through the full hearing test, reprogrammed my Siemens hearing aid and even repaired my Phonak unit. What's amazing is that she refused payment for her help. Her response was, "That's not what we do here". Imagine, a total stranger who walks into their clinic and receives such a wonderful service and the clinic refuses payment. Its rare to be treated so kindly. I will definitely recommend Davidson Hearing Aid Center to my friends and will now be their customer.

IMPRESSED !! I have been using hearing aids for quite a number of years, and I wanted a local Audiologist and Hearing Aid Specialist I could rely on and turn to when the need arose . I decided on Davidson Hearing Aid Centre on Central Ave here in Brockville Though never having been there before; on entering I was greeted like an old friend by 'Carol' behind the desk who immediately made me feel at ease . Carol made an early appointment for me to have a hearing test . On appointment day ‘Amy’ introduced herself as my Hearing Aid Specialist, who was friendly and most proficient in conducting inspection and extensive tests to determine my present hearing problems ! After making a necessary alteration to my right ‘aid', Amy re-programmed both to the new parameters, and I could immediately sense the improvement ! After several days of use, I would rate an improvement of possibly 30+% ! To say I am impressed would be an understatement, and I only wish I had come to Davidson’s sooner !! David Norcott.
