I cannot recommend Kathleen Lowe at Miracle Ear enough. Kathleen is not only well versed in the technology that is offered today, she uses hearing aids herself, so she really knows what you are talking about and how to help. You will not be disappointed if you go visit Anita and Kathleen.

My experience with Amplifon was very scary at first, as I thought I do not need aids to hear. When they said that I did in fact need them, I put off ordering them as I thought it is going to be too much money and I will never be able to afford them! They looked into the plans I had and it turned out I did not have to pay out of pocket! Fitted my aids and I could not believe the difference I had in my hearing! Amazing! They were very professional and courteous. Helped me set up my phone app, gave me a Bluetooth that had been donated. I cannot thank them enough for their willingness to help me get through my fears. Clean location with friendly staff. Not terribly hard to find but parking can be a bit tricky depending on time of day. The only issue really found is with the promptness when taking in appointments... We had a half hour wait and were there on time
