Both Dr Seagel and Dr Moustafa are incredibly nice and very easy to talk to/reassuring. My children are extremely comfortable in their office. The office is very clean and staff are accommodating and professional. Very quick service with extended hours which works well with my schedule. My tooth extraction was virtually painless today and Dr Moustafa made feel comfortable and even cracked jokes to loosen my nerves, as did their Dental Assistant Nancy. I will be referring my entire family.

I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed here, and some fillings later. They always give great service, very friendly. My daughter had a tooth pulled after an accident at the park, and she is forever begging to go back. She is bummed out when she goes for "just a cleaning" because she thought it was so cool to have her tooth pulled. Both dentists are so great with kids.

We are new to the province and I took my children here for the first time as a new patient. My 9 year old went in had his cleaning and check up done and was very comfortable with the hygienist. I never heard from him until he was all done with a great big smile on his face. They were great with him and he explained every single detail to me just as they did with him. My 12 year old daughter went in and shortly after they came and got me as she was nervous. Both the dentist and hygienist were amazing at making her comfortable and helping her through the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hygenist Lori Ann was fantastic! Made my first visit very enjoyable and comfortable. All staff are very professional, and make you feel that you are more than just a number. Very kind, detailed in your care, great in communication. Dr. Moustafa was wonderful, direct without being rude and I have confidence in his opinions, and satisfied in his advice. Wasn't looking for expensive procedure, but just what I needed done.

You guys charge a COVID 19 fee? I hope you know people are talking about it locally. You may have great dentists, but I do not plan on returning to a place that takes advantage of people during such hard times. I will be sharing this information around. You've lost my buisness & my families buisness. Other places have figured it out, not all patients can afford that fee. You seriously should be ashamed. Then what was the additional $35 fee? We did not recieve a reciept and were told it's for COVID-19.

I have been with Altima Dental in Brockville since I moved here in 2015. I have never been able to find a dental team that I am so comfortable with! They are attentive, kind, and go above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth as possible - from booking/rescheduling to after care. They even take the time to call and email to follow up and see how you're doing after any painful procedures. If I could give them a higher rating, I would! The reception team is wonderful, the hygienists are wonderful, and Dr. Moustafa and Nancy make an excellent team. If it isn't already obvious, I highly recommend Altima Dental!

I have been going to Altima Dental in Morrisburg and Brockville for about fifteen years or better now and the problems I have had is not even worth mentioning. They know what to do when it comes to looking after your teeth but I also found out they can only do so much you yourself must do your part I was one of them that did not listen to what I was told and I paid for it by loosing a lot of my teeth but they still are taken care of what I have left and I thank them for that Thank you Fred Harper
