Dr. Penner has been our family doctor for 20 years and has always done right by us. She delivered both our children and still sees them on a regular basis. Yes, sometimes they are busy and sometimes it takes a few days to get in but that goes to show how many people trust her and her clinic. For the amount of people that go through there, they do a excellent job of organizing appointments.

Dr. Kyra Roeck is a consummate professional who treats conservatively by default but instantly gears up if the circumstances require it. She is very efficient, appropriately proscriptive, and always encouraging. Her skill set and knowledge base is both deep and broad. At the same time, she'll refer you to a specialist when required.

I have been seeing Dr. Penner in excess of 20 years and would never make a change. Dr. Penner is a professional that takes the time to listen and often is as informed as any specialist. Dr. Penner is someone I trust explicitly. (she also has great office support)

Hard to get an appointment within a 1-week time frame. They also don't answer their phones after 5 from what I can tell even though they are apparently open until 8. I've also had appointments mysteriously cancelled without being notified.

Dr. Roeck (and Receptionist Colleen) have always been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and that's why I've continued to see them for the past 15 years.
