I had a phone consultation where the General practitioner referred me to a lifelab for tests. She said I could just go to any lifelab and they would have my info. I went in and to my surprise there was no reference for my appointment. Well I'm off to make another appointment with a reliable MD.

I just recently went to this clinic during my lunch break, as I work nearby. The receptionist informed me it would be about 30 minutes. Sure enough it was right around 30 minutes until I got to see a doctor. The doctor at the time was helpful and gave some possible diagnosis options, but required that I go to emergency for further evaluation (due to a complication from surgery). Based on my experience, and the convenience of the location, I would not hesitate to come here again.

The only word to describe this place is terrible. I went in granted as a walk in, but then again they advertise as a walk in place. I was told a 1 hour wait, fine that was okay, after a hour I was told it would be another half hour, again I put up with it, after 40 minutes I ask the receptionist how long are you going to tell me now? There still another 4 patients in front of you, now that's not until I see a doctor, that's just until I get into a room to wait for a doctor. Can I make an appointment the answer is no, all I can do is sit there and wait. If it was only once I could attribute it to human error but this is a recurring theme for this business, almost every time I come into that clinic it's the same story. If I could give them negative stars I would.

The reason I even gave this 1 star is strictly for the front staff who have always called to remind me of appointments, answered my questions, etc. I've only used this place for birth control, paps and refills (since my GP doesn't offer those). The procedures were fine but I found that the "year" prescriptions I would get would be used up in 6-9 months at the pharmacy. So in the recent/umpteenth time I was getting the prescription renewed, I asked one of the doctors why that would happen. He said that prescriptions end when the doctor leaves the country or the clinic(?). This doctor then tells me he's about to go on a sabbatical but that "it should be fine because [he's] going to remain employed at the clinic." I prodded but he assured me this prescription would last the year. FIRST TIME I WENT TO REFILL THIS PRESCRIPTION, the Superstore pharmacy ends my friggin birth control citing my doctor being away/not in the country makes his current prescriptions invalid. I had my words with the pharmacist and mentioned that my doctor was still a member of the clinic but it didn't matter. So clearly the 2 entities didn't communicate properly OR someone kept being negligent with prescriptions and the other didn't bother correcting them. So I got my 1-month-emergency fill (that I had to sign for) and I've decided I'll never go back to either the clinic, nor the pharmacy.

Every time I am subjected to this place I'm entering a purgatory of dissention.Typical 1- 2 hour waits, disdainful reception, condescending Dr's, (though I have met a couple of informative progressive ones here in the past) Sometimes I have to ask how long the wait will be and am shot down by icy stares and insolent comments. I feel sorry for ppl who are in worse pain and discomfort than I and have to suffer the long wait and exposure to ppl who clearly despise their chosen career.

I booked a appointment through online in the morning around 10.30am ( on Tuesday) and I got text and confirmation email ( Hi! You're waitlisted to Pacific Medical Clinic. A walk-in doctor will call you sometime today. If you would like to book with your family doctor pls call. Reply STOP to block further SMS) I waited till 2.30pm to receive the call but no one call me then finally I called them ( after 5 times call they answer) person who talk to me said doctor will call you on Thursday ( so I have to wait 2 days for doctor call ) the person on phone very unhelpful and unprofessional. I’m really disappointed.. very poor customer service and unprofessional staff

The worst ever in Vancouver, they not only treat people as a numbers but they have a big confusion going on, sometimes you lucky to be taken, others you walk in a few minutes after 2 pm and they sent you away, and "please do not insist to be taken otherwise the desk operator will get mad at you" and if a place is in these people hands I let you image doctors or whoever owns it that are behind it.Good luck to the one that still wants try to go!!!!We ALL ARE HUMAN BEING! All PEOPLE MATTER!!!

I am reading some reviews and wondering if these people have gone to this clinic at all. I live close by and use this clinic often and go see the same Dr. all the time. I have never been treated rudely and I have never seen any indication of bad professional service. My Dr. has been good to me and the receptionists are always polite. I have never witnessed anyone voicing displeasure, while waiting to see a Dr. here.

Dr. Lucy Nee (my family physician) is AMAZING. Our family appreciates her service. She truly demonstrates what a great Doctor does, care about their patient's through building a personal connection with them. She's approachable and often she'll take the time to answer your questions and get to know you better as a person - even if you have not shown up to her in five years. I highly recommend her if you ever look to find one in the area. Thank you Dr. Nee!

We find the staff very helpful and efficient. If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Lucy Nee as your Doctor, you will understand why I gave it a 5 star rating. She is professional, compassionate, thorough, has a sense of humour and listens. However, when Dr. nee is on vacation it’s a different story. Most of the substitute doctors are quite good but if you are stuck with Dr. J Olszewski..,.go another day. After quite a serious forklift accident at work, my wife decided to go to the clinic instead of the emergency department. Her injuries included a tooth being knocked out, her jaw and ribs hit the stirring wheel at quite an impact. Dr Olszewski has no bedside manner, did not examine my wife or even look up from her computer. Dr. Olszewski just asked if she wanted pain meds and how much time she wanted off. No WCB form filled out.

No one answers the phone. I never got a call after my x-ray results came in (had to hound them), and my MRI results are months overdue. The answering machine doesn't work (even though it still plays), so no one calls you back. I know it's primarily a walk-in but why have an answering machine provide false hope? And they referred me to a physio clinic that only takes in children, and I am a full grown adult. They're okay in person and the roster of doctors are proficient, but the clinic itself is quite frustrating.

The staff in this Clinic have been changed. The new staff are polite, kind and go out of the way to please and help you. After reading reviews I went there expecting rude behaviour and when the receptionist was so kind and polite to the extent of opening doors for me, I was like what's going on here. This isn't what I was expecting. When I went a coupla times and the positive and kind behaviour of all staff and doctors was obvious, I quizzed them about what's going on. They said the staff have been changed completely and that they're all new staff.

I would give more stars for the doctors and one receptionist. And zero stars for one of the MOAs/receptionist. I was told I was able to make an appointment to see my results from a test. And nope. She gave the worst attitude over the phone saying "IT IS A WALK-IN CLINIC, is it called walk-in for a reason"... How condescending and rude. Either the nice MOA was wrong that I was not able to make an appointment but the rude one could have said it in a more respectful manner. Maybe it was the language barrier she has and her vocabulary was limited but she raised her voice...

I give 4 stars to my family doctor but to the reception i give a 2 maybe 3 stars. One in particular is very nice but everyone else needs to work on their customer care especially the office manager. We as patients Do NOT need added stress in our lives to have to deal with staff that seem to not like people.

I wish I could give this clown act of a clinic a lower review than one star. I was told an hour which is fine, I’m the wait turned out to be more than two hours. Misleading customers this dramatically would not be allowed in any other business. The “clerk” at the counter became rude when I asked to use the washroom. Very disrespectful. Clown act.

I don’t know why the rate is such low here, but tbh I think they deserve a five star. The front desk is very kind and friendly, Dr is professional. Overall waiting is less than 10 mins. I personally like this local walk-in clinic.

Oh gosh, where do I start? I had been coming to this clinic for a injury because I don't have a family doctor. I liked the doctors, but the clinic is just so poorly run. They kept losing or not collecting the results of tests I had done and I would have to track them down and then argue with the front staff about whether they were ready or not. I still haven't recieved some of the test results. Recently, I called for 2 months trying to make an appointment for a followup. No one answered the phone. I'd leave messages but no one would call me back. Eventually I got an appointment and the doctor literally didn't show up and the medical assistant said she didn't have the doctors phone number to see where she was? Uh what? I waited 1.5 hours and eventually gave up. I asked for my medical records so I could transfer to another doctors office and filled out all the paperwork. They gave me grief because they could send them to the other doctor for me. As if? I said no I would be bringing them myself due to my experience there. And frankly I legally have a right to have my medical records printed so it made zero sense. They finally agreed. Later I called to make sure the records were ready for me to pick up and they accused me of not filling out the forms. Not surprised they lost them with this track record. After some arguing over the phone I eventually got my records to be printed and I'm on my way. I would rather wait in the hospital for 8 hours than go to this clinic.. not recommended at all.

Showed up at 10 am (opening time ) . there was a line up out the door and the one doctor that was supposed to be there was late . i waited 40 mins and finally the receptionist told us he would show up in the next 15 mins . 55 mins late to work !! The young blonde haired lady at the desk is quite rude. She seems to be annoyed by everyone and everything. I'm not appreciative of her attitude. However, the other ladies at the desk I am pleased to talk to. They are very friendly and nice to my children. The wait is anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 1/2 hours depending on when you show up. I like to come first thing in the morning before they open. The doctors work fast and efficiently. They seem to help resolve any issue I bring in. Love this clinic, other than the cranky receptionist. The hours are generally great.

Health consumers beware. Please check out your doctors on the College of Physicians and Surgeons BC website. This clinic still has Dr Jeannine Olszewski practicing here. In the past, she has been cited TWICE by the cpsbc. From their website: Following a disciplinary hearing on September 29, 2016, the Discipline Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC determined that Dr. Jeannine Olszewski, a family physician, engaged in professional misconduct and contravened sections 4-13(1)(a), (b) and (c)* of the Bylaws under the Health Professions Act by • failing to respond to multiple correspondences sent to her by the College, and • failing to attend a scheduled meeting at the College, and • refusing to allow an investigation into her medical practice. Following a hearing on the penalty, the Board concluded that Dr. Jeannine Olszewski’s ongoing refusal to allow a practice investigation, and failure to respond to correspondence from the College, demonstrated a serious disregard for the College’s regulatory processes, including obstructing the College from fulfilling its mandate to serve and protect the public. I've asked them to schedule an appointment with a specialist months ago... Months and months have passed - they didn't even bother to let me know what is happening. You will get the typical primitive, super low quality of medical care and lack of compassion found at both of the Superstore walk-in clinics I've been to.

I never got a call after my daughter's x-ray results from check up. She had pneumonia. I would like to know if it gone or not. My daughter is 7 years old and I called twice, but they said the laboratory didn't sent them the results. On the next morning I called the laboratory and they said that the doctor had the results 2 days before of the day that I was calling. I called again and the front desk said that they actually have the results, and ask if my daughter was going well... they were quite rude on the call and no apologizes for their mistake.. My impression was that they don't care enough. Every time that I called the front desk they were rude with me, the doctor were excellent though.

Having a history of sinus infections and my regular GP was on vacation I went to this walk in. Even after telling her my repeated medical history she still refused to give me the antibiotics . I know my body and my symptoms. I understand not all bugs need antibiotics but my look at the evidence, my medical history. She treated me like a little child needed to be reprimanded. She finally said, come back in a few days and they we will reassess. Won't be going back to her.

The Doctors that work at this clinic are excellent doctors. Every time iv'e gone in for a problem they were super helpful and tried to really resolve it. However, this clinic gets a rating of 2 stars because the staff there are rude and very unhelpful. No one ever picks up the phone or there phone is just the busy dial tone. There has been a couple times that I've gone in mid day and the clinic is closed but because their phone lines never work I couldn't find out.

You will call to check times they will tell you 30 min you’ll then sit for 2 hours as they take randoms that “really need to see the doc” every god damn time. Horrible receptionist. She was rude, gave me attitude, threatened to cancel my future appointment when I told her that they missed my online booking and that it was an emergency then she hung up the phone on me! I'm going to have to get a new family doctor because there is no way I'll ever deal with that clinic again....

First experience was fine, was in to see a doc in a timely manner. My next attempt was at a busy time so decided to return another time...as I was leaving, someone else asked what number they were and I'm guessing they had asked a few times as the receptionist lost her cool and started to shout at him. I know days can be long and stressful and maybe the guy had asked one too many times, but shouting at a patient? Not professional, not acceptable. Won't be going back there.

The lady at the front is certainly in the wrong career as she demonstrates a very poor standard of respect and communication skills. To get an appointment is next level frustration as the site is not available to show a simple availability for bookings...... just move on to another clinic. Much easier then going here

The receptionist is extremely rude. She ignored me both on the phone and in person for several minutes. Their doctors try to do a good job and the wait time's not that long, but it's just not worth struggling with the receptionist especially when you're not feeling well.

The worse walk-in medical clinic i have ever been to!! the waits are long and the MOAs seem to just give you a random time frame that is not at all accurate. The MOAs are rude and not at all helpful with any questions you may have. You end up waiting awhile for the doctors at the front then continue to wait for awhile in the room. The doctors may spend less than 5 minutes with you even though you waited for over 3 hours and seem more concerned with trying to meet their daily quota and GTFO. Their callbacks are horrible. I've had to call them back on over 5 occasions just to get a simple question answered. Would not recommend this place even to my worse enemy!!!

I went to this clinic today (19/12/12) and they did a great job. The receptionist was very friendly and also the Doctor (Lynette Penner) was very friendly. She listened to the symptoms I had and proofed well everything she could to find out that I got a virus. She recommended no antibiotics which I really liked to hear. Because I always try to help my body with the goodies of nature before taking chemical medication. She gave me advices what else i can do to get better. She was very trustful and believable. Because i only have a travel insurance i had to pay the fee of $100 ($80 for residents) but i can say it was totaly worth it seeing such a good doctor.

Rude recepcionist, rude doctor, do not come to this place ever, they minimized my disease and treated me like a criminal just for asking for my meds which I had paperwork for. Do not waste your time with these horrible, disorganized, unprofessional and ugly people. I have mixed feelings about this place.. I do agree with some of the reviews that some of the staff are very rude however the lady I deal with on Thursdays when I go to see Dr Tong is so kind and efficient. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen for a scheduled appointment. The only time I'd say something really falls off the wagon here is when I get a referral to go in for tests or etc... somehow my test results never make it back to the clinic. For this I reduced a star. Overall I am happy with how I am treated at this clinic. The staff are a hit and miss but the doctors are fantastic...

We had a great experience here. My 21 month old was sick. They got us in last minute on the long weekend and the Doctor was super pleasant. He diagnosed her accurately in no time at all and was really good with a cranky toddler.

At first reading the comments made me hesitant to come to this clinic. I was expecting for the worst. But they must have changed the receptionists, they were really friendly and nice to me when I arrived. I got a PAP test done by DR.LEE. (It was my first one ever). Dr. Lee was very kind and patient with me. She made me feel really comfortable and walked me through everything she was doing. I hope this will help anyone out there that needs to get a PAP test but is afraid. Thank you Dr.Lee

They open at “9AM” the doctors are never here on time it’s like they feel entitled... Always long waits even when you are the first one here as the Doctors decide they will come in when ever they feel like but never for the actual clinic opening. If anyone else shows up late for their shifts or work cause they can they would be fired. I as well wish they had a ZERO option... this clinic deserves that or a minus option.

Rude receptionists, long line ups, closes early after they see a certain number of patients, and half the doctors there do not know how to properly give/landmark a subcutaneous injection properly, one even using a intramuscular needle to give the subq only injection, and his backwards rational was "because you dont have a lot of fat in your arms", which is the total opposite rational/lack of critical thinking of why he should be using it.

The worst walk-in clinic ever. Two years ago, after waited for 2h to see a doctor for a recurrent infection, I finally saw one. I described the symptom and told her what antibiotics worked for my last episode. Well, she prescribed me another weak antib, which not only not working, made life like hell for 2d! I've visited this clinic 6 times and this will be my last. The hours on the website says open Sundays until 4 (so do the hours posted outside the office) but when I showed up at noon on Sunday, it was closed. I can tolerate the odd mistake but only one out of five different doctors I've seen here are actually respectful. Good bye forever.

If you want to waste your time, this clinic is perfect to book an appointment. First, we cleared our whole morning for the 10:30am appointment, only to find out that it was cancelled. We never received any calls, they just told us when we’re already there. Second, the appointment was set at 5pm, my wife waited for over an hour to be called, then waited anothe40mins to be checked by the doctor. Worst clinic ever!

This is perfect if you want to waste your time. Waiting time was at least 1 hour every-time and then they made us wait in doctor's room for another 40 minutes. Everytime, there was a different doctor. Dr Lovet was worst among all. she had suggested iron supplements without blood test done. In fact, I dint had iron deficiency. Also, they did not prescribe required injections on time. Overall, its a worst clinic

Please don’t go to this clinic. Brought my baby there last weekend and the doctor gave a wrong diagnosis to my baby and worst she prescribed antibiotic which my baby had a stomach ache and diarrhea. My baby cried non stop so we took him to the emergency and the doctor said he has no infection and asked us to stop the antibiotic. How could that doctor diagnose my baby just like that with just 3 minutes assessment and gave antibiotic right away. I will never go to that clinic again.

I’ve been going to this clinic for a couple years now , consistently the service has been horrible . It’s such a pain just to get to speak to someone and when you do , their too busy or annoyed to deal with you. That’s just the desk people . And their walk in doctor Mabel Lee , she’s rude , angry and impatient . She makes me feel like I’m such a nuisance when I tell her about my symptoms in regards to a vascular issue in my foot . She did not take me seriously , I had to get a second opinion and was admitted to the hospital shortly after . Dr Mabel Lee also has her clinic on keefer street . I would stay away unless you want to get yelled at

Very bad customer service by named CSR Flamenca , who was probably in a bad mood to speak to a patient. I wanted to speak to my doctor and she was acting as if she was actually a doctor and started reading my test report on phone rather than booking my appointment. Very much disappointing….

My Husband went to this clinic yesterday, it was great, he didn't have to wait to long and the doctor helped him. Today he is better! I just want to thank the doctor and all the precautions that they are taking during this pandemic. Great place to go, I don't understand why there is so many bad reviews. We didn't have any problem at all.

Doctors are not very professional will close the clinic or only accepts certain patients as they please. Came to see a doctor last week two times, was sent away twice because doctors only sees patients on appointments basis. Why the hell you advertised and categorized yourself as a WALK-IN clinic at the beginning then???? Literally the WORST place i have ever been ????????????????????????????

Horrible! A total disrespectful treatment specially if you are an immigrant. I wait for more than two weeks for my exam results and they didn’t give me, because I should give more money if I want to know it. Search for a better place, it will be a waist of time and money.

I've been to this clinic around 6 times. It's almost scary how bad this place is considering it's healthcare that is their business. Here are some of my experiences there. 1. I was given a prescription for ativan as I'm a fearful flyer. When I went to get the prescription filled a few weeks later and the day before I was to fly, the pharmacist could not fill the prescription as the doctor who wrote it no longer had a licence to practice in Canada. 2. When I called the clinic to tell them this, the receptionist said to me that there was a letter at the clinic for me explaining that the prescription was no longer valid and would I like to pick it up???? I said I know it's not valid that's why I'm calling you now.... she just repeated the same thing over and over. I asked why is the letter sat there and not mailed to me? She said the clinic was 'trying to save money'! 3. I went to the clinic with a lump on my finger. I had 3 things I wanted to talk to the doctor about, I understand now that 2 things is the limit. But the doctor was very rude about it and said to me that he doesn't have time to log all this stuff and that I should go home, wait 2 weeks and lance the lump with a needle myself! No instruction from him on how to do it safely and cleanly. I did lance it myself and it's still there months later. The other times I've been the doctors were OK, one I liked but she was pregnant and now away, another moved to South Africa. I highly recommend you find a different walk in clinic.

Dr. Jeanine Olszewski listened everything to me very patiently and she prescribed the medications. Within 2 weeks I started getting cured form the skin infection which I was suffering from 2 months. Thank u very much.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They lie to you about wait times. I was told 45 min waited over 2 hours and after waiting for over 2 hours in the waiting room I was put in an exam room to wait another 30 minites. Absolutley ridiculous place the employees are a bunch of liars. I don't care if I have to wait but be honest about your wait times. I will never come back here.
