Said gave 3 prescriptions only gave 2. Booked other appointment but canceled by them when the time over 50 minutes, reason couldn't reach on phone.

Had to get a new family doctor because my old one retired and my mother recommended this location. IV only come in twice (I'm late 20's male) and asked for a general check up so I can stay healthy and make any preventive measures if possible. His response "your to young to do any cheak up" basically both times just shooed me out the door. The way I see it, He dosnt care about his patients. I won't be coming back here ever.

Dr. Otto is old school but he get things done. Few might disagree with his tactics. For instance, he's not the type of doctor that will just give you prescription medications just because you asked for it. He will do research and ask questions do diligence. The receptionist Christina is by far the best M.O.A. I know. She has been more than helpful and accommodating. I've been going to this office for more than 20 years and has not failed me once other than the odd wait time during visit but which Doctor office now a days is always ON time?

Best dive medical doctor I've dealt with. I come out from Alberta to deal with him since he actually seems to understand our industry and the requirements we are expected to meet. Both Albertan dive doctors and the guy in kelowna seem to use it as a racket. And if its Caroline Baines you might be told you have critical asthma and you can't possibly consider diving. Well that was 10 yrs ago when I went to school and have yet to feel short of breath or use an inhaler yet....Thanks Doc. As far as a dive doctor in Western Canada I wouldn't recommend anyone else. As far as a family doctor goes i can't say. But as far as I'm concerned if he says your young and healthy and to stop wasting his time. It's probably because your young and healthy and wasting his time. If you need a doctor to needlessly diagnose and charge you, I would recommend Doctor Baines in Calgary. She should be able to sort you out.
