I would have loved to give 5 stars to Dr.Mitchell I absolutely adore her, but her secretaries are awful. One woman at the check in desk talks so condescending to me like I’m 5 years old. One time I came 10 minutes late- I apologized- and she shouted my appointment time to my face really slowly and then proceeded to tell me “you know, clearly, we’re not going to book you for that time anymore because you clearly can’t come on time.” My family has been seeing dr. Mitchell for the majority of our lives, if it weren’t for HER compassion we would’ve switched a long time ago. No one decent talks to any patients like that.

Dr. Tsang is friendly and efficient. We are pleased to have her as our doctor. It is easy to make an appointment either on the phone or on their website. Grace on the front desk is busy like the proverbial “one-armed paper-hanger” but she pleasant and efficient.
