I have been looking for a doctor for sometime now, to take over what my pervious doctor was prescribing me. Dr. Pannu is a great doctor. He was very kind on the phone and very knowledgeable. I have since than switched all my whole family over to Dr. Pannu being that i was that impressed with him. If your looking for a doctor that is going to help you get better and work with you, look no further.

If you go to superstore on king George and 76 you can see same receptionist in medical clinic over there too. I would give 0 star if I could. My sister and my Mom were both in a really bad condition after losing one of our family members. They were not able to walk at all. We called ambulance but they said it'll take at least 15 minutes to get to us. So we took them to the nearest clinic to us (King george Clinic). We asked the receptionist very nicely to make an exception and at least ask the doctor to just do a brief checkup. Dr. Mann refused to even look at them or check their blood pressure or anything whatsoever. A doctor who doesn't even care about a person's life should NOT be a doctor at all.

“Doctor” Gill is absolutely terrible. Genuinely one of the most pompous, rude, dismissive people I’ve ever interacted with in my entire life. I generally see Dr. Kulwinder Mann who is absolutely fantastic. Was forced to see Dr. Gill out of necessity and there was no available appointments for Dr. Mann. I left my phone appointment feeling worse than ever, was incredibly frustrated, and genuinely shocked. Could not believe he’s even allowed to call himself a doctor based on how little interest he shows in patients and doing his job. It was clear he took the appointment to make a quick buck with no intention of actually doing anything.

worst clinic , horrible experience , service is so bad. everytime i go there with an appointment they make me wait even for more than an hour , doctor is nice though receptionist have no sense ruthlesss .!!!! they dont know what does an appointment mean! their 12:10 means 1:10 lol ! and they put a notice there that give them 24 hour notice prior to cancel and appointment or 30 dollar will be charged ? , so what if i showed up on time and they didnt see me , will u give me 30 dollar ?? nonsense but must say doctors are nice but service is worst of what i have seen till the date

Terrible customer experience. Went to them as my family doctor was away for the day and I had a sports injury, wanted to get an X-ray referral and did not want to waste ER resources. The front end person told that it was NOT a walk in clinic any more, yet one that took appointments by call, despite their website clearly stating it as a walk in clinic. Instead of being courteous and apologetic about having incorrect information on their website and thus inconvenience of having wasted my time traveling to them, the front desk girl was trying to look for ways to me make me look wrong, kept on looking away to her screen as I was talking to her. I have not met with doctors, so can’t say anything about them, but a terrible customer care job at the front desk. It is completely up to the doctors to chose not to do walk-ins, but what you can’t do is simply shrug your shoulders when other people waste their time coming to your clinic for incorrect information that you have posted on your website.

Worst clinic ever!!! Unless you only have a cough or a runny nose dont go here. Our son has swollen lymph nodes in his neck and is too young to goto a regular lab for tests and they were told over 5 times in a 3 week period to fax the information to The Children's Hospital and never did and then told my wife and I it had been faxed. This clinic is pathetic!! Unless you don't care about your life or your body don't go here. All they care about is how many appointments they can schedule in a day and not about actual health. I'm sure it will be a batter of time before they are sued for malpractice.

I've never had a bad experience here, and i've been coming here basically since it opened. i usually show up 10 mins before it opens in the morning and the only knock i have on the place is that the receptionists aren't very personable, but i'm not there to see them, im there for the doctors. I usually end up seeing Dr. K. Mann, and he is very good. I've seen Dr. Randhawa there as well, and he was very god too.

Horrible customer service. No doubt, Doctor Avninder Maan is the best doctor. However, to see the doctor, you’ll have to go through a lot of difficulties. First of all, they never pick up the call or if they do, you’ve to stay on hold for like 10-15 minutes. Even though you’re on scheduled time, but still they’ll make you wait for 30 minutes easily. The receptionists don’t really understand if there’s an emergency. I had to see the doctor but the front lady was rude as hell and kept saying No. Instead of understanding my problem, she was telling me to go to any other clinic. I’ve been seeing this doctor from last 2 years like what’s the point to go all the way to their clinic when they can’t help in emergency. There’s no complaint about the Doctor but receptionist needs to learn how to be nice.

Receptionist is so rude, but the doctors are awesome. Receptionist hung up the phone before I could even finish what I was about to say, they take forever to answer the phone and they also put you on hold for over 45 mins at a time.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Avninder Mann. He was referred to me by a co-worker. I’ve been running from one clinic to another looking for a new doctor, but all I’ve found are people who’ve either lost interest in their profession or are just pure greedy. It’s disturbing knowing that these are the people providing our community with medical attention. So when I finally found a doctor who’s not only interested in their work but also very understanding of their patients, I signed up. It’s a relief knowing that when I come in for a visit my concerns will be addressed. Not only will you get a proper diagnosis but a detailed description and remedies. I highly recommend this doctor if you’re shopping around.

WORST CLINIC EVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. They have pictures stating it is a walk in clinic. I had gone there 8:30am waiting for them to open at 9am so I would not have to wait so long. Well when they opened. The front desk lady(heavier) was so rude when I asked to book an appointment. She and the other staff treated me so bad and started stating they are not walk in and that they wont see me so I pulled up the pictured they have listed that it states walk in clinic and they where like thats old do you see that sign now. I said how will I know the lights where off and that you need to take it down off the internet if you wont accept walk in. Staff is rude and VERY DISRESPECTFUL and they tried to make it like it was my fault for even comming. Wasted my time this morning. I hope you guys get shut down. Very un-professional. LEARN SOME COMMON RESPECT. they could have atleast apologized for the INCORRECT information THEY HAVE LISTED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I don’t know. Maybe Dr.Kulwinder Mann gave me a wrong diagnosis? He seemed to be 200% sure about the answer and became a bit harsh when I asked. But I checked online for my illness and read about 10 articles, and it’s completely different from what he told me. ?? Maybe it’s Friday and he just want to brush patients off? Maybe he likes pretending he knew something and don’t mind killing patients?

Dr Jasdeep Gill is one of the most rudest doctors i’ve ever met. He never takes me or my family seriously. When I provide my input, he disregards my opinion. Don’t come to this clinic to discuss mental health, they don’t know how to deal with it. Why decide to be a doctor when you don’t even care about your patients I have no idea.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The receptionists have always been unnecessarily rude, but the doctors have become increasingly arrogant as well. Even when you book an appointment you wait upwards of an hour to see the doctor for maybe 3 minutes. Clearly it's all about booking to the absolute limit so they can get paid the max, not about actually providing proper care.

I had booked an appointment for my back and all the told, “You'll be fine you’re young.” I was misdiagnosed and not taken seriously.Thanks for nothing Dr. Mann. Anyone looking to go to clinic you’re better off going elsewhere. If only I could give this horrible clinic 0 stars. Not to mention the doctor was going off on how the Indian community is so immune to taking pills. I personally don’t really care to hear about his clients. Dr avninder mann is great. He has always helped me with providing me with knowledge about medications that I have been taking and also trying out new meds as i have chronic migraines. The only issue i have is the front desk needs to pick up the phone lines. Half of the time the calls are not picked up and if I call again it would say, "This person cannot be reached at this time". I have come into the clinic a few times to make an appointment because they wouldn't answer the calls. This needs to be taken care off for patient care! Thanks

Went as a walk in complaining of hypersomnia. (Sleeping 13-14 hours a night). The bloody pill pusher here after a few minutes of talking gave me a prescription for antideppresants. I trusted him and took the pills which led to me sleeping even longer. Over 20 hours a day. This caused me to become very depressed and lose my job due to inability to attend.

I decided to go to King George Medical clinic for a follow up after being in the Emergency for 2 days. I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular family doctor so I took the first available doctor. I walked in with a very bad fever, headache and I could hardly walk because I was terribly weak. It is so discreditable that King George Medical clinic claims “We take time to address your concerns” and “We strive to collaborate with professionals in the healthcare field to better our community, one patient at a time”. Dr. Jasdeep Gill did not even check my temperature. Both front desk receptionist and Dr. Gill were far from caring, were not sincere and showed NO empathetic attitude. The front desk receptionist is rude most of the time - as you could tell from the multiple negative reviews below, she’s not a very nice person. But I have been putting up with her in order to get to my family doctor. I came out of the clinic feeling 10x worse, regretting why I went in the first place. Also, I needed a doctor’s note for work and school. At the front desk, I asked “why am I paying for a doctor’s note when I’m terribly sick AND on antibiotics/pain killers,” which were prescribed to me at the hospital. The front desk receptionist responded by saying “Does it look like the 20$ for the doctors note go into my pocket?”. She told me to come back when I have $20 cash on me as I only had my debit. I left the clinic in absolute tears

I had an appointment still I had to wait so long .when I asked receptionist she said you are next .but what next she again skipped my name and called other clients I had appointment at 1:00 but I was able to see doctor at1:50 and I had to go to work at 2 .Dr Maan I am not satisfied he didn't listen to my problems properly as he was in rush I don't know why. Dr. K. Mann is very through and doesn’t rush in and out like most doctors do. The only problem I have with this clinic is the receptionist who is very rude and does not know how to communicate with clients/patients. The phone is never answers, thus it is very difficult to make an appointment or follow up. You make an appointment to see the doctor and you still end up waiting over an hour past your appointment time. Really wish they would just hire a new MOA/receptionist.

One of the worst customer services Last week I bought my son directly from his school , he was having severe head ache and congestion . The heavy lady at the counter asked me to come right away as walk-in . I came directly from school - he was sick and it took almost 2 hours me to see doctors. All the person that cone after us , got in and been checked and the person who was seemingly sick ( my son ) was over looked Really wished some one should give the heavy lady at the front some common sense about the sickness priorities for the kids over the person who had booked appointment. Those guys were not serious that is the reason why they booked the future dated appointment Really bad

Ridiculous customer service. The lady at reception (who call herself a doctor) needs to learn customer service with politeness and a good attitude. Me and my friend visited the clinic on Saturday 9.15 am with an appointment. The place was crowded. The receptionist ask us for $150 because my friend was not having MSP as he just came to Canada 2 days ago. On her desk there was a list of price people need to pay if they dont have MSP, which was only $100 for foreign visotors and for Canadian residents $60. I ask her about that. Then she was like oh!!! Yeah yeah it is $100 actually. I was mistaken. Then she asked me for $100 (Cash only) and told us to wait for doctor. When we were done with everything she ask us if we want receipt for those $100, the one they took privately from us. I preferred to take the receipt. But 2 minutes after she handed me a paper written with a statement that $100 doctor visit - payment is DUE.. :! You know why?? So that they can get more money when i will claim that money from insaurance. My experience with clinic was really bad. Will not come back. What they care about is how many appointments they can schedule in a day and can get extra money (by cash only) not about actual health...
