My wife’s friend advised us to consult Dr. Madhu Gupta. It was hard to get appointment with her. We visited her couple of times for our fertility problems, but she always advised its normal just wait. She never prescribed any medicine or did any blood test. During our visit only one answer see you again on next appointment. We realized that we have wasted almost 5 years consulting her. When I discussed this matter with my specialist Dr. Dinesh Samarasekera, he advised us to consult Olive Fertility clinic (Dr Shaun Tregoning) and he solved our all fertility problems.

I had an appointment with Dr. Madhu Gupta regarding some issues through my family doctor. Everything was fine until she started commenting on my personal life as I was giving her information she needed to assess my problems. I came for professional help, not to be nagged at for my life decisions. It was very unprofessional of her to do that. I had this appointment about a year ago and as my first experience with a gynaecologist it was not a very pleasant one.

I saw Dr. Gupta today and honestly is the most down to earth person I have ever met. She explained everything detail by detail and I was very pleased with her service and she is truly amazing and very friendly, honest and nice. God bless her. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I am very pleased with my visit to Dr. Gupta's office. She was very thorough during our consultation and showed a lot of compassion. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to her patients needs. She is very professional and timely. Her receptionist was also very accommodating with my schedule and was able to book me in for a visit with short notice. She was also very welcoming when I visited the office and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for Dr. Gupta. Looking forward to visiting the clinic again!

Unvaccinated Patient— I had my appointment with Dr. Gupta through my family doctor for PAP test and IUD in May 2021 and she didn’t see me at that time because I was not vaccinated. She said she will wait when they will have time to see unvaccinated patients. They told me I don’t need to inform my doctor about delay and I can call them directly and so I was waiting to see Dr. Gupta as asked. I didn’t receive any call till July then I got call in August from the office and receptionist again asked me for vaccinations. I said I didn’t have because I have my own reason ( autoimmune disease). After few days I got a call from my family doctor at the end of August that they got email from Dr. Gupta’s office that the Patient don’t wanna come and see me so they canceled my appointment. They told my family doctor that I don’t wanna see a Doctor(Dr. Gupta) then why I made an appointment.My IUD is expired in April 2021 and Dr. Gupta told I am good for 1 more year with expired IUD. My family doctor is now making an appointment with another gynaecologist. Why they lied to my family doctor if they have good reason, tell them a truth that you don’t wanna see unvaccinated patients.
