Dr. Green and her receptionist were fantastic. We had a positive experience in their office and the care our family received was better than we could have asked for. Dr. Green made herself easily available to us for all of our questions after our visit. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Green was absolutely fantastic. We were able to book for a time that worked for us, received a “what to expect” sort of package, and when we showed up we’re walked through the process again. Before the procedure was done we had the opportunity to ask questions and Dr. Green was more than happy to answer them. The entire procedure was focused on ensuring our little one was as comfortable as possible and in our case, he didn’t even notice. He was easy to manage during and afterwards and healed without issue. That said, Dr. Green ensured she was available 24/7 to us in case we had any problems and even followed up same day hours later just to see. I would recommend her to everyone.

We brought our 3 week old son in for a circumcision. Dr Green's staff helped us settle in and prepare for the doctor. Dr Green was very thorough presenting a video and a discussion before the procedure was done. She answered questions I didn't even know I had. The procedure was smooth and our little guy hardly shed a tear with the use of local anesthetic. I would very much recommend Dr Green for any parents wanting to have their little guys give up the convertible top!

Receptionist is rude - became upset with me when I said I'll tell my wife how to care for our son's operation and ordered my wife to sit in with him instead, even though she was very uncomfortable with the procedure. Receptionist became fussy when I talked to another parent and made it clear no talking allowed in waiting room. Dr. Green is fantastic and her follow up YouTube video is very informative and her delivery of presentation is comedic gold.

Dr. Green is amazing. We are from Nanaimo and couldn't get into see a Dr. In town soon enough for our first son so we found Dr. Green in Victoria. Since then we have had 2 more sons and we did not hesitate to take the trip back to Victoria to see Dr. Green. I highly recommend her! She makes you feel comfortable, safe, and even makes you laugh throughout the entire visit. She even calls later that night to make sure your boy, and yourself are doing good. I would give the clinic a low rating since The receptionist at the clinic was unfriendly and u professional. She had scheduled us to go to the clinic on a day that the doctor wasn’t in the office. This was very disappointing since we had an hour and a half drive to get there and we had lost wages since we had to take time off work for our child to see the doctor. When I called back to get an explanation, they said that we owed the doctor 50 dollars for a no show to the appointment. I would not recommend scheduling an appointment with them. I am going to see another doctor ????

Dr Green performed our sons circumcision and kept him comfortable and calm throughout the entire process. She made sure we were well informed as to what to expect and she was in contact with us afterwards to ensure he was healing as he should be. She also provided multiple ways to contact her. We felt very good with how she handles herself and her practice.

My husband and I both wanted to get our son circumsized, however I was very anxious about the procedure and not sure I would be able to go through with it. We found Dr. Green through my mom group on Facebook after hearing wonderful reviews and personal stories from other moms. Let me tell you Dr. Green did not disappoint. Not only was she incredibly professional, she was kind, understanding and compassionate. She took the time to answer all my questions and never made up feel rushed or silly. My husband and I are both health care professionals ourselves and much appreciated all of the evidence based information on safety and health benefits Dr. green was able to provide. Dr. Green also accommodated my anxiety and allowed my husband to be there with me (COVID-19 regulations generally only allow one person). She always explained everything she did before she did it. The room was very zen and Dr. Green was so calm and relaxed that our son actually slept through the procedure! He didn’t cry once! I couldn’t believe it. Dr. Green provides you with her personal cell number to call incase of an emergency within the first 24 hours and she calls you that night to check in. She made us feel very confident in caring for our son and we would 100 percent recommend her and only her!!

Very happy with our experience with Dr. Green. She walked me through step by step her process and aftercare. A few days after the procedure I emailed her pictures and had questions (of course in the middle of the night ????). Only a few short hours later she emailed me back, reassuring me what to do :) She tries to make sure baby is as comfortable as possible and is very personable. Karen, that works the front desk is also amazing! So friendly and helped make me and babe feel so much more relaxed!

Doctor Green was extremely informative and treated us with respect and made us feel comfortable. Handled our son with care and made sure there was as little discomfort/pain as humanly possible. Would highly recommend her to any parent for this procedure on their son. Also made sure she was available to us at anytime in case we needed her. Amazing doctor! Having said THAT, receptionist was very rude to us and was mad that she wasnt informed we had special arrangements. Began ordering my partner around aggressively and with attitude. Was very short with us. A shame when you have such an amazing doctor and a receptionist that ruins part of the experience that you are already feeling some anxiety about. The receptionist also refused to shut the door for us for privacy reasons.. and just kept talking despite being asked twice.

We couldn't be happier about the outcome; often doctors care less about cosmetic look but she takes great care to ensure precision and the result was fantastic.
