Dr Robinson is a fantastic surgeon who is well known for his meticulous work. It does take several months to see Dr Robinson but is well worth the wait. The doctor takes the time to explain the process and procedure and will discuss all aspects. I read up on the latest techniques available before my appointment and was happy to hear Dr Robinson was already using them!! My scar is undetectable and my pain is finally gone!! I have to say his office staff are wonderful too. Medical covers some procedures check with your General practitioner.

I’ve been getting Botox for 13 years from Nanaimo to Calgary and have seen every kind of injector from Dentist, surgeons, RNs and LPNs. In 13 years I’ve never met a more educated, kind, thorough RN injector than Leah. I was shown things about aging and how filler and Botox work today that was so helpful. She spent so much time just walking me through different ideas and concepts with filler and Botox. Not once did she try and upsell me, in fact I spent less than I planned! The medical world needs more personable & well trained nurses like this. Wonderful service, easy to find and parking to boot. Bravo.

Called to see the cost of a mole removal and was quoted just over $400!!! And they need a doctor referral even for a cosmetic mall just called Dr. Hancock’s office and was quoted $100 and booked an appointment

I have just had my fourth treatment with Leah Dumaine who is the aesthetic nurse specialist at Dr. Robinson's office. As I have had the similar treatments at another office in the city I felt that I should share my experiences here with Leah. Far superior service from Leah. She explained everything clearly before doing the procedure, she used the proper amount of freezing so that there was minimal discomfort (not true at the other office). Each visit I would say her personal professional approach was surpassed only by her obvious in depth knowledge. I never felt rushed during treatment (not true in the other office) and after each treatment she has spent considerable time explaining the other services offered in detail when I asked about further treatment options. I have enjoyed exceptional service from the staff at the front desk and would highly recommend Leah to any of my friends and family.
