They don't deserve one star even. Do not go to this doctor if you are a girl or lady. He will insert his hand with stethoscope inside your t-shirt to check your heart beat. I have never seen a male doctor doing this. Heartbeat can also be checked by putting stethoscope over the t-shirt. IRCC should warn him for doing these types of activities with clients.

The employee at front desk who was uploading the information online was very sweet and helpful. Doctor ram was very professional and thorough. Negative comments in the review section are a bit exaggerated and are talking about the only employee who was rude. Apart from the waiting time it was a good experience overall.

The staff here is awful. Doctor explained the report over the phone , my dad dint exactly understood and wanted to see the doctor in person . I received a call from the lady who won’t say her name and said doctor explained everything in punjabi and y u need to see him . How does that even matter. If we don’t understand the medical terms doesn’t give her right to throw shade and attitude. And she had the worst attitude and a coward who is even sacred of providing her own name . I said provide me your name so I don’t deal with you again. All she did was yell and hang phone twice ! I wonder how much time you guys have in hand to sit and reply to every negative feedback you get on your behaviour and unprofessionalism. And you think it’s appropriate to discuss my parents report over here . Wow ! I am definitely going to report you like every other reviewers. I had read the reviews prior to the appointment but just dint care. But I think every one was right about the office stuff. I hope you can sit with someone and get probably trained rather than making stories. And my mom apologized because she knew she paid $$ and wanted her reports on time ! 0 stars for you !

To whom it may concern, Good morning, I’m just writing, without even know if you care about the issue, to advise you to review your customer service staff. I called this morning to book 3 exams but changed my mind in the middle of the phone call, because of the rudeness of your staff. Just because the numbers of dr for this kind of exams are limited doesn’t mean that you can allow your staff to be rude to your customers, please train them of the basics of respect and politeness. I’m booking my exams somewhere.

I called that clinic to ask if I need extra document after I finished the medical exam there, but the staff said that I do not need give them any other extra document at all two weeks ago. The staff lied that they already submit my medical record yesterday after I called them several times, however, they called me this morning and told me that they needed my extra document which was ridiculous. The staff rudely hanged me up while I was still talking. I had to call them over and over again when they kept putting me on hold and hanged up on me.

I started seeing Dr Ram about 2 years ago regarding my accident. He was so patient and kind and treated me nicely plus referred me to another specialist well on time. When I visit his office, I find the front staff is very friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. As always they set clear expectations for my appointment so that I know what to expect.Thank you your excellent service and experience. Office is always clean, quite and provide ample seating for their patients. I am so greatful that these physicians and medical offices are still serving patients during COVID-19 pandemic without thinking of themselves.

Very unprofessional people, they messed up my appointment. I was booked for 3 pm appointment and upon calling them on the day of appointment they told me that my appointment is at 1pm and if I am unable to make it then I can come at 1:30, I agreed on it because of urgency. When I finally arrived there they changed their words and told me that I have an appointment at 3 pm not 1:30 pm. I explained them what happemed and someone from their office asked me to be here at 1:30 pm. They were not interested to listen and made me wait 2 hours just by saying 5 mins wait and even Doctor showed up late, no one apologized for the inconvenience occured or even had decency to accept their administrative mistake. I mean you have only one job if you can't even do that then why to choose this profession. I will not be returning or even recommend anyone to be here because of the service that they provide and if you loose a piece of sheet they charge more that 100 bucks just to reprint.

They are the worst. I kept calling from 9 am to book my medical for immigration. They said to call after 15 mins and then 1 hr. After that they stopped picking up phone. I went there in person and the lady came out and said to go home and call us tomorrow to book appointment, we are very busy. So unprofessional. Instead, I booked my appointment downtown and got it for next day.

I booked an appointment at 10am ti get my medical done and they asked me to wait and said they will call me soon. So i waited there for an hour patiently and called them again to know long will it take and they told me its gonna be Another half an hour. Such a bad experience. I am nit a kind of person who usually complaints and I totally understand that sometimes it can be really busy but my point is that They should have told me at the first point, I could have done something else in that window Everyone’s time is valuable. I got my immigration medical done from Dr. Ram a month ago. The staff and the doctor were very helpful and made sure my paperwork was all complete before they sent off the file. They completed my paperwork in 10 days timeframe. Super friendly and courteous staff.

Horrible experience here. I had paid and got my medical done for immigration purposes. They gave me an incomplete print out. When Canadian immigration recieved my application they had emailed requesting proof of medical being done because they never received it. I went back to the office and asked one of the staff named Hamida for a copy. She was absolutely rude. She was furious that I had asked for a copy of my medical. Which everyone gets but she didn't want to give it to me. She treated me as a second class citizen and was very demeaning. The next day I returned with my sister, her behavior was more civil and she did give a copy of my medical but wanted $65.00. I had already paid for my medical and was never given a complete copy. After we questioned her why we were being charged for just a copy that was never given before she finally gave it with out charging. Dr Pawan Ram was extremely rude and unprofessional as well in this matter. He literally threw the paper at my sister and told her "here take it". These people take advantage of those in need. Warn your family and friemds and avoid this money hungry clinic who are demeaning to their patients. Absolutely disgusted with their behavior.

No matter if you make appointment or not, they not gonna attend you on appointment basis. We booked appointment for 9am, we were there at 9 am but it took us 3 hours so far(im sitting inside right now) and still counting. No one attends no one, no one inform how much time ll take, no updates. Staff is so rude, she wont tell you how much it ll take but if anyone‘s phone rings she gets up and start shouting. Old people came and they have to call their families to pick up in this winter snow season, even for that she start to shout on them. Very unprofessional behaviour of girls on front counter. No happily gestures,no smiles, no welcome or morning wishes... I know they are busy, but still being rude to clients wont justify that. Not even single client is happy at this moment.

I visited there twice , once alone and second time with my wife and kids for medical examination for immigration purpose . First of all the punjabi young girl is so rude. She does not know how to speak to customers and her body language is pathetic .. second thing they took 8-10 days to upload our medical to immigration dept . We had to return back from border because it was not uploaded there . They charge such a huge amount just for formality sake and still they can’t bother to upload the results . Also Refer you to the exclusive labs where they get commission and you have to suffer because of the heavy rush on those labs .. my genuine advise to all the people who are going for medical examination for immigration purpose that they should visit some doctors in Vancouver or Burnaby . As they upload the records very next day to ircc. If you have enough time then you may try your luck with dr ram clinic and try to avoid facing the rude punjabi girl at the front desk and instead ask for a Hindi speaking nice lady on the right . About dr ram , he is humble and nice ...

I was trembling with anger, I don't want to say more, this bad review is worth having, one star is just because the doctor is still very kind，but the reception is arrogant, I don't know how did you got this job! Do you know lifelab works everywhere not only beside you？Why are you let clients drove over one more hour just because its close to you！ Because of the traffic jam，when I got there the clinic was closed. The kind nurse told me that the blood test would accepted in any located around my house. Of course I obviously asked receptionist if any other places would work for me？The answer is NO！ I really want to scold you. I asked my friend to took care of my little child at home, and then I did spent three hours just only at driving！How dare you！ By the way, this is Canada, not India，It's time for the clinic to trainning.

Experience that I had today with this clinic was excellent. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I went for immigration medical, and took about an hour as explained before hand when I booked my appointment. I had to wait outside to due to COVID restrictions, which make sense. The office was clean and had hand sanitizers at front desk. Dr was polite, kindand helpful. I was able to finish with my appointment on time.

My first negative encounter with this clinic happened over the phone when I booked the appointment. I was told I wasnt allowed to ask questions until she was done talking. Very unprofessional. I arrived today to do my physical examination, and wasn't even acknowledged. They asked for my passport rudely, refused to inform me on what to do. At one point, they handed me a urine cup and didn't give me any additional information.when I examined the cup, I realized there was no details written on it and the seal was broken!! That is a huge violation to hand me a broken seal urine cup as that will contaminate the sample. When I informed them, they very rudely took it out of my hands and gave me another one. I will most DEFINITELY be making a formal complaint against this place.

They will not leave any opportunity to make extra money. I booked an appointment for immigration purposes and when asked to send the confirmation letter they said you have to pay 50 bucks for that. Whereas when booked in Vancouver they send the confirmation right away.

I called Dr ram office i spoke with the lady was so rude. we went there for my wife medical. i called for some reason lady was so rude and she don't know how to talk with people. she's shouting on me.the way she talk so unprofessional. I ask for Dr or office manger. She said i am a office manger. If like her office manger i don't how's the office staff. i went there again she have same rude bahaviour and she don't how to talk with people. Worst Behavior..I and my Wife visited from Alberta to Vancouver for few days and looking for a walk in clinic and visited this Clinic... After the first visit my wife was complaining about her pain in Abdomen and i asked for some checkups to be done in her Second Visit and he was so rude in responding..I was suppose to Complaint to the Medical Department of BC his Behavior but didn't have enough time...I suggest not to visit this Guy...

One day I called around 4.30pm in the office. One of guy picked up a call. I asked him some information which I needed if i can get the photocopy.He was really roude. He told me office is closed. If office is close why did he answered by call. Then I requested him if I can get that paper tomarrow morning. He said it's not my problem that you need a paper. This is not the way to deal with patient's of their clinic. I'm giving one star because their is no option for 0 star.

This guy is no doctor but a short narcissistic little man. This guy treats patients like crap. Every patients he sees her takes a 2 hour break drinking tea, and before you enter the office there are many rules and regulations everywhere. If you don't meet all the rules he sends you back of the line so you guys would keep coming back. Please be careful.

This office does not store urine samples properly at all. Could easily switch my urine sample out with some one else’s, not properly sealed, stored or labelled. These urine samples are for immigration medical exams and you Should absolutely NOT be able to have access to another’s sample!!! I am appalled The receptionist who is also pregnant, is super rude and has a BAD attitude

Worst place to go for IMMIGRATION medical exams. If he sees the opportunity he will take advantage of you, even more if you're coming from a different city and are in a vulnerable position. I filed a complaint with IRCC in this regard. Everyone at that office is rude, understandable with such a bad role model to follow as that Pawan Ram.

It's not even worth a single star after what i have experienced! There were two nurses at the receptionist desk. One was fine but the other treat me horribly. First nurse instructed me to go to this clinic after she booked an appointment for me. Eventhough im about to move to Edmonton, she assured me to keep going to this clinic in downtown Vancouver to do some medical examination for immigration purposes and then i can do further test in Edmonton (if needed). So on the day of my appointment i went there just to found out that my appointment was being canceled. I was surprised as i never get informed about this. The clinic tried to straighten out the problem, they called Dr Pawan K Ram's clinic so i could talk to the nurse. But the nurse (who i assumed the other nurse, younger looking nurse) didnt feel she done anything wrong. She insist that she never told me to go to the clinic as our conversation on the phone have had been recorded since the beginning. And told me that i have caused her so much trouble (the booking and then the cancelation) as well for the staff in clinic where i supposed to do the bloodwork and that she was so busy couldnt waste anymore of her valuable time to work on my case. After she said that i was so furious i couldn't speak. I might be an immigrant to this country but i dont think i ask too much for wanting to be treated with respect and this clinic doesnt have the audacity to do so!!

I got late for my appointment today. The staff was helpful to accommodate me as I had come from Abbotsford. Very friendly and helpful staff. And the doctor was great. I had a past medical issue and I forgot to bring my reports for the same. The staff was helpful enough to let me email my report so that all my paperwork could be sent on time to immigration.
