The receptionists at this office are amazing. I am unbelievably shocked at these few bad reviews on here. Dr. Iqbal’s MOA is efficient and on the ball. Every time I’ve had an appointment she has never put down the phone. She has always been super friendly with me as well as Dr. Tanha’s MOA. They have always been friendly. I am appalled with others who leave bad reviews on such sweet ladies.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Iqbal and was very impressed with his kind and professional manner. I have had some appointments with specialists who are very rushed, dismissive, arrogant or patronizing but Dr. Iqbal was not one of them. He listens well, explains thoroughly and seems relaxed and calm. I was also very impressed with his office assistant. She was very personable on the phone and in the office. A nice change from the often abrupt and seemingly grumpy staff in many medical offices. The only thing I found odd is the office location. The building and area look really sketchy from the outside and didn't fill me with confidence when I first arrived. But the office is clean and professional inside.

Doctor Iqbal is the best doctor I’ve had in such a long time. Super kind and helpful. The doctor goes on call often and the receptionist always responds to my emails right away. In the last few weeks I’ve had to change my appointment multiple times and had lots of questions, she was able to help me right away and rearranged the dates I needed. Super nice!!

There seemed to be an issue with google sending me to the wrong road and wrong building, however, I was impressed with Dr. Iqbal. He was was very easy to talk to, very kind and good at listening. The receptionist was good, friendly and very pretty. I'm happy to be referred to this place. I felt I was in good hands.

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Iqbal. He is a very kind, compassionate, and thorough physician who really takes the time to understand what his patients are experiencing. Even better than that, he ensures that he pursues whatever assessment options are available (e.g. physical assessments, scans, blood work, referrals to other specialists for additional opinions) to provide the most appropriate direction for treatment. In my own situation, I have appreciated that he has been open to non-pharmaceutical options for treatment (e.g. acupuncture, relaxation techniques, other alternative therapies, etc.). He was a delight to deal with.

My wife and I have been extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr Mudassir Iqbal. He is kind, caring and considerate and always explains things in detail and in a way that we can understand and relate to. He is an excellent neurologist , highly competent and he makes you feel that you are important to him. He listens to you and is willing to be available when needed. Dr. Igbal saved my partners life by quickly detecting his problem after an extensive hour and a half examination by Dr. Iqbal. His thorough examination saved my partner from permanent paralyzation of most of his body. The extensive examination in his office and his quick response to obtaining medical attention immediately saved my partner from permanent paralyzation from the neck down. Dr. Iqbal is precise and accurate and Thorough. Dr Igbal explains everything in layman‘s language so you understand. After the surgeries and the rehab Dr. Iqbal insisted on a follow up check up. Dr. Iqbal’s interest in the patient is very intense and makes the patient feel very secure and safe with Dr. Igbals findings. beyond disappointed especially with such an incompetent secretary. lam writing on behalf of the most kindest honest individual l know whom had the most devastating experience. lam truly shocked that there are so many good reviews. how does this doctor have any patients when the phone emails or voicemails are never returned . upon reading all the negative reviews l assured the heartbroken individual that others had the same problem of incompetant staff a few if l could give 0 star l would .

amazing doctor. amazing receptionist. Today I witnessed a lady come into the office not wearing a mask and not having an appointment. The receptionist asked if she had an appointment and asked if she called or emailed. The patient went insane yelling. The receptionist explained that she needs to be wearing a mask as their are signs on the door stating to be wearing a mask before entering as well it says to not enter the office without an appointment. I must say I have witnessed this multiple times. These front desk people do not get paid enough to deal with this kind of disrespect. We are in the middle of a pandemic where it is mandatory to wear a mask and mandatory to have an actual appointment. The nerve people have these days. The receptionist handled this very well. Even after this all happened she was still able to crack jokes with myself and my husband.
