She’s very professional and knows what’s she’s doing. I was late for my appointment, but she didn’t rush me. She listened carefully to all of my concerns, and all that I had to say, she looked at the problem and gave me the proper diagnostic. I highly recommend Dr. M. Withers. She’s the best Dr. I’ve seen in a long time! Two thumbs up ????????????????

The receptionist here is just a sarcastic/rude individual waited 3 months for a appointment which they said they would call as a courtesy which i never got. I wouldn't even recommend this facility based on how it's represented. It's great that Michelle Withes is willing to lose patients and time based on not having someone call to confirm verbally for there appointment.

This clinic is amazing. Both Trish and Dr. Withers are great at what they do. They always (emphasis on always) have a smile, and have a jovial approach with patients. I would defenitely recommend booking an appointment or getting referred here.

Avoid this clinic AT ALL COSTS. Trish the Receptionist is beyond rude and condescending. Dr Withers doesn’t care about her patients and it shows. Worst experience I’ve had with a doctor and receptionist. Ever. How Trish is even employed is beyond me. Run the other way, there are way better dermatologist out there.

I saw Dr. Withers today and she was great! I’m not sure how it’s possible for her to have any bad reviews. She is very straight to the point, but I found her very pleasant. She explained everything very well and had no problems andwering all of my questions. The appointment was short but she figured out what was going on with my skin when my doctor couldn’t. The secretary was also really nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone.

For context I am a 16 year old female. I went to her office and the receptionist made me put on hand sanitizer even though I had my own and an allergic. Dr. Withers was also a nightmare. She just looked at my red spots and boils and said it could be eczema or psoriasis. She said she doesn’t know what was wrong with me and prescribed me with so many things. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and she had no empathy. All she cares about is injecting you with steroids. Please do not go to her. Worst doctor ever.

I am not sure how many stars I have to put. We did a referral extension ,my son has a permanent schedule for his shots(almost a year we are doing this) and next one suppose to be sometimes in January-February, 2020. Office scheduled an appointment for middle of the March, 2020 So, we are not looking for consistency but for time available? Receptionist expressed to me "There is no emergency in your son situation"Really? Does she has ability to see through the phone? Extraordinary woman,Extraordinary.... I really want to know if in Canada we have private service not free of charge, where I would escape from receptionist's comments and professional expertise, where receptionist would go just with what it says in her list of duty, not with comments which aggravate clients and their parents.

I would not recommend this Dr. Michelle Withers. Extremely rushed, she doesn't listen to you and rush you. Same thing with the receptionist too, sarcastic. She was friendly at first than became rude after I asked her to remove the moles on my face and chest after she refused to do it and told me to see a plastic surgeon instead because she said tiny “moles” that I asked her to remove would leave “bad” scars??? OMG…I don't think she knows what she is talking about. I had done a bigger mole and birthmark removal before with a dermatologist in the States without any hassle, pain, “bad scar” or whatsoever and the non-surgical procedure was done fairly quick with best result. Apparently and unfortunately, this place needs more skillful people that really know how to do their job and not just because they have a degree so called dermatologist but can't do a simple procedure like this doctor. Such a waste of time and energy.

I understand why others are unhappy as well. I went in with a concern about moles/freckles, to which she told me that "dark-skinned people" don't have risks with this. Also, note I have fair skin despite not being caucasian. In the past I have received a bad scar from here, which I wasn't told the risks about. Definitely asking for a different referral from now on.

She is thoughtful and great at listening to all my concerns., even the ones I thought were silly she assured me and assisted me with them offering advice or solutions. Really gets straight to the point with your options and diagnosis which I appreciate. Highly recommend anyone to go and see Dr WIthers, especially if you are sensitive (my sister was horrified when talking to other derms about her acne, and Dr Withers worked with her to help her develop a plan and finally get it under control!)

Several members of my family have seen Dr. Withers for mole diagnosis and removal, as well as acne treatment. She is very personable. When she had to give my daughter a cortisone shot she hopped up on to the treatment table beside her to administer it. She can be very direct and a bit abrupt sometimes but she knows what she is talking about. We think she is a great doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Withers for many years as has my father. She has changed our lives with her treatments. My father had terrible psoriasis on his legs and now they are gone. I see her for treatments every month and I love my results. She undersells but over delivers. I continue to recommend her to everyone I meet who needs a great skin specialist. In my opinion, and after many other doctors, she is the best in the Lower Mainland. On a sidenote: I’ve had many nice and sweet receptionists and doctors that got no where with me. I know her approach is straight forward but that’s what I look for in a doctor. They are a highly efficient office that isn’t sugar coated. She saves lives. I don’t need her to hold my hand as a doctor. I need her and her team to help me with each visit. It’s not sarcasm you hear in them it is efficiency. They are never hours behind schedule, if anything I’ve ever only had to wait minutes to see her for my appointment. It’s a doctors office not a spa. Having said all that they’ve never been anything but pleasant with me. I don’t miss appointments and I’m never late.

Can’t express enough how impressed I am with Dr. Michelle Withers! I’ve been living with a minor skin irritation on my face since I was 14, and last week, she prescribed the most effective medicine I’ve ever been given for it, and it literally cleared up within a day… My skin has never looked this good under any previous treatment! Thank you! Highly recommended.

STAY away from this dermatologist! She does not care about her patients. Walked in the room so aggressively and made me change in front of her...didn't even get me a gown to wear. She took about 2 minutes to look me over to tell me she can't do anything for me. They do minimal work and get paid so much for a 2 minute visit. Why do these doctors go into this profession when they don't care about their patients? The office was gross too...unclean and old.

She never runs behind but even if she did I would wait. She is conscientious and professional. Went to her after my previous dermatologist brushed off what turned out to be melanoma. Dr. Withers is lovely.

DO NOT SEE DR Michelle Withers. Waste of time. The reviews are real. I waited 2 months to see her about my Eczema and skin concerns on my chest. Without spending any time and really looking or asking ANY questions on the history of my case, she prescribed steroids and light therapy. When i tried to show her about the 2nd reason I had asked to see her, a specialist, she said she can only discuss/advise on ONE issue at a time and that I would need to go back to my family Dr., get a SECOND referral and make another appointment. I was in her office for maybe 5 mins total. I was shocked. I have filed a formal complaint with "college of physicians and surgeons" of BC and will be filing other complaints to Fraser Health care board of BC.

Dr. Michelle Withers is an amazing Dermatologist!! She has a refreshingly contemporary, yet efficient style of practising medicine..which I LOVE. She almost recognizes your dermatologic issues immediately as she walks in the door. The first time I was referred to her for a specific lesion beside my eyebrow. As she sat down beside me, she immediately said "that is nothing, but what you have beside your nose is Basel cell cancer"!!! Today, she checked me for all my "old age/sun lesions"as a follow up to my G.P.'s 2nd referral. It was so easy with her. She was relaxed, confident, and reassuring. Took a biopsy of one site and freeze treated the other lesion and told me she would be in touch with me in 2 weeks with the results. Definitely not one of those old style curmuggion Doctors!!! Thank you, Michelle!! Can't even begin to understand people's negative comments. She knows her stuff, people!!! I am a nurse by profession.

My first appointment with Dr. Withers went well. She was attentive to my concerns with acne and upon inquiries she came to a conclusion that I should try Accutane. I was hesitant due to the negative side effects Accutane can have, but Dr. Withers took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions - she really put me at ease. It was obvious how much expertise and knowledge she has. At our follow-up appointments (on the phone due to Covid) she was attentive to my questions and explaining the side effects I had. She was kind and thanked me for doing my blood test and other necessary things before the appointment. I have had no concerns (outside the usual side effects) due to her proper dosing and treatment plan. Before my first appointment with Dr. Withers I read many reviews which complained about how fast she operates. I found that she was efficient, but still allowed time to thoughtfully and throughly answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Withers to anyone.

Her office is BRUTAL! The secretary is incredibly rude and obnoxious. Go see another doctor who actually cares. IT is beyond belief that her license has not been pulled. Simply, the most rude office I have ever been to........run very far away from this two-bit operation.

I saw Dr. Withers for the first time today. From the first interaction with her staff(Trish) to my actual appointment with Dr. Michelle Withers everything was 'Top Tier!'. I found her very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her practice, it was worth the drive from Abbotsford????.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Withers for several years. Until one appointment, in which I had made earlier than I should have, it was an honest mistake (should have been 8 weeks instead of 6 weeks). She then accused me of doing it on purpose. It was so strange how she spoke to me and it was beyond unprofessional. I was really taken aback and felt so uncomfortable after that. I will never return to her clinic. I also remember a time several years ago her bad mouthing a young patient's mother who had skin cancer to me. She clearly had no empathy for this family. I should have left her office a long time ago. These types of situations speak volumes about her character.

Avoid this clinic all costs!! Dr. will confront you aggressively on your reviews in person about her clinic, calling you a liar. Instead of acknowledging and investigating into the issue with my review, they would go end their relationship with you and ask you to go somewhere else. Terrible experience, and other reviews seems very accurate and aligned with my experience.

I saw Dr. Withers and a resident after my family GP couldn't diagnose some skin thing on my foot. There was a couple months wait, but luckily there is nothing wrong and it is simply cosmetic. Both Dr Withers and the resident knew what the condition was right away, explained it to me in English, explained a few different treatment options, and told me when to follow up, and what to expect. The whole office was clean, nicely decorated, and was in a soothing environment :) I think they only take Doctor referrals, but would strongly recommend :)

She took off a very teeny tiny mole that she thought looked suspicious. I thought nothing of it at the time, but the test results determined it was a melanoma. She sent me to a specialist who took a chunk of flesh surrounding where the mole was. That was abut 8 years ago. I continue to see her to follow up with her to continue to check my moles. There are so few dermatologists who practice dermatology and haven't taken the more lucrative option of running a laser centre and doing fillers and botox. We are lucky to have her and she is very good at what she does.

Been seeing Dr.Withers for a year now and been attending my phototheraphy sessions for 6 months. Her reception had to go vacation for 3 weeks and I missed a week because I forgot when she was back. Dr claims I haven't been going consistently and argues that her reception was only gone for 3 weeks and blames me for not going consistently enough, even though I only missed 1 week and have been going twice a week for the past 6 months! Reception is extremely rude and unhelpful and keeps referring to the notes that medication pills were prescribed to me when they weren't. Only topical cream was prescribed and kept telling me to call my family doctor for a new referral. My worst experience with any medical clinic ever.

Dr Withers is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and to the point. (she is also beautiful and elegant) She made me feel comfortable and was able to quickly identify my problem. She clearly and concisely explained what I needed to do to solve it. Always on time and even the secretary is very efficient as well. I highly recommend her.

I didn't like how the doctor and receptionist spoke to me. They sounded very rude and sarcastic, but I'm sure it's nothing they haven't heard of before. I'm never coming back here, it's uncomfortable as a client to be compared to other clients on how none of them are as sensitive as me, and even if they aren't there's no reason to condemn your clients for any reason. I wasn't given much options on medication for my skin condition, nor educated on what I should do to change my skin care routine. I wouldn't recommend her.
