Very impressed by Dr Cheema and his team for an immigration examination. Prompt booking and quick exam, quickly sent results where they needed to go (quicker than anticipated!) Only negative was the long wait for additional bloodwork required.. Perhaps booking an additional appointment at Lifelabs would help ensure this to be a more timely appointment.

I found Dr. Cheema to be a lovely man, and his staff very professional. I love a road trip, so I set out for Surrey from Edmonton in October of 2017 for my USCIS medical. Dr. Cheema was professional and personable. Upon learning that I am a communications professional, he humorously shared with me how his adult children encourage (harangue) him to be more active about promoting himself online. I hope this review helps in that regard! Highly recommended. Best part of my Green Card journey, aside from getting my Green Card!

Not sure about how the doctor is but the person attending the telephone just makes you hold for 10-15mins and cuts the call at the end. I'll rather book an appointment elsewhere than trying to call them again. Just a waste of time in my opinion. Again not sure how the doctor is.

I had a bad experience at the clinic for my CIC medical exam because of the front desk people at the clinic. Before I choose the clinic to do my medical exam, I called first and asked if I could do the doctor exam at their clinic and go to do the x-ray and lab test by my choice in the list of the CIC designated x-ray centers and lifelabs. On the phone they told me yes I could choose the x-ray center and lifelabs. So I booked the appointment. However, on the day when I did my doctor exam, they forced me to go to the x-ray center and lifelabs they designated to. That was a bad surprise. I asked them couple times and the staff told me with a firm and not nice attitude that I had to go to the x-ray center and lifelabs they pointed me to which were more expensive than other locations for x-ray and lifelabs! I had no choice because the information they gave me which said I could choose the x-ray center and lifelabs was via phone call, so I didn't have proof to argue with them. Because of that, I was unhappy about the experience. If they wanted to force the customers to go to the designated locations, just told me the truth so I could choose another clinic.

Terrible customer service! First I called to them and I had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. After that, someone talked to me in a bad manner and treat me with a huge lack of respect. The person I was talking to on the phone kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish what i was saying. I really do not recommend this kind of service beacuse they do not know how to treat people well.

A quick service despite of number of appointments. I was able to get the appointment next day where other clinics had nothing until next week. They charged me $130 for doctor fees and then referred to life labs 3 kms away for blood $70 and X-ray $60. It took me 2.5 hours to get everything done. You can skip the travelling and go to Burnaby/Vancouver where they do everything under one roof and process files faster but charges more and later appointments.

had a good experience and the front desk persons were really helpful. They briefed everything well and was doctor exam was done within 1 hour. Only issue may be going around to lifelabs and Westcoast...but for me its wasn't an issue. Everything went well. Now, waiting for the doctor's office to upload the report into emedicals (IRCC).

Immigration Medical Extremely helpful staff answering every question I had through email or phone prior to even having my interview scheduled, let alone my actual appointment with their office. Plenty of parking, but the parking lot was pretty full at the time. Once again, very efficient and friendly upon my arrival and check-in for my appointment, including the doctor during our visit. I had to provide required documentation and payment upon arrival. They took required photographs onsite. One payment of $350 (cash or debit only, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand). This included the medical exam, mandatory x-rays, blood and urine tests. These tests were done offsite. They provided medical forms to have these tests done at nearby West Coast Imaging and LifeLabs (about 7-8 minute drive). Between processing, paperwork, waiting and actual exam I was in the office for just over an hour. I was informed that my x-Ray and lab test results would be ready in 2 days time and at that time I would need to come back to this office to pick up my sealed envelope to take with me to my immigration interview. There was a delay and it ended up being 3 days wait time, which they were soooo sorry for and called me numerous times and email to find a solution, explain and apologize. I did not get the impression delays happen often. *they are able to provide a 2 day timeline only if you actually go to the labs right after your medical exam appointment, otherwise the results would take longer to get back to their office.* I was able to walk straight into the LifeLabs without a wait and only took about 5-10 minutes to run the tests. The x-Ray clinic was about a half hour wait and then another 20 minutes actually in the back changing and having the x-Ray preformed. The reception staff at the x-Ray clinic were rude, but the backend medical staff were friendly. The LifeLabs staff were friendly with a little prodding for social interaction. Overall, very efficient, helpful and friendly experience.

One of the worst service ever. Absolute no care or concern for their clients. They happen to be one of the panel physicians for CIC. I had my health check up done at their clinic. The lady at the reception was in a crazy rush to take my money and show me out of the clinic. Couple of months later CIC got back to me saying that they have not recieved any reports from the doctor and that my PR application will be void if i don't produce the documents in 14 days. Now I am trying to call the clinic and the phone is always unavailable and not answered.

I met Doctor few years back and I cannot forget the warmth and welcome forwarded to me and my family . I always thank GOD Almighty for have made me meet such an intelligent and great human being and his team. I am in short of words in praising this fantastic Doctor and down to earth person. I should've read the reviews. Called 3 times to book an appointment. Had to wait 10 min each time. When they finally picked up the first call, they just hung up. On the second call: She said she was going to transfer the call and then hung up. The third time: she again said she was going to transfer me and put me on hold for another 10min. Then picked up and started talking to other people and forgot about me, then put me on hold again!! Seriously?

Customer service is horrible. First they don’t answer call for so long and when they do answer they are so rude. I don’t even know how these ladies are hired there. They literally have no manners how to treat the patient and I don’t understand how the manager or whoever is head of the place not doing anything about the reception people.
