Went to this place for an allergy test. Doctor was professional anything else is just awful. Receptionists are very very rude when I went to pick up my own results when they were taking ages to fax them to another clinic. I told them I want my own results printed out to which they refused because it's 'Canada law'?? Which part of the law states that you're not allowed to view your own medical information? Very bad attitude and instead of educating themselves they just decide to behave in an arrogant way.

Staff was amazing compassion and caring. Dr. Chan was straight forward and honest. I really appreciate all there care and concern. I trust these guys with my life. Literally. And I don't write good reviews very often.

Very expert medical staff. There is around 15 medical specialists who work in this center. I went to the resporologist and allergy specialist. I am impressed with the professional service. Some front desk staff my not speak clear English.

Horrible. I saw SIEW Dr. DOU-ANNE N in 2017 regarding a possible issue. I had a standing order to check blood every 3 months. I just went to Life Labs to find out out that SIEW Dr. DOU-ANNE N is no longer there and that after phoning the clinic they told me she moved or something. I was never notified about this, don't even know if she was checking my results. This is horrible negligence. Avoid this place.

The award for the most unhelpful and rude front desk staff goes to Lina, who prefers talking over you rather than trying to help you. You will have to repeat questions multiple times as she will cut you off and answer what she assumes you are asking. She is more interested in being right and making sure you know it rather than looking for solutions that can benefit patients without hindering anyone else. Your experience at the clinic is great while you're talking to the doctor. Once you leave and need anything else, hopefully you reach anyone other than Lina. Truly unfortunate as Dr. Andrea Lee is a fantastic doctor. I hope she opens her own practice so she can hire someone who cares about people as much as she does.

I went with my grandma. Their reception is a bit hectic but for a clinic of this size - I am not surprised. She got in to see the specialist in 2 months, which is pretty good by Vancouver standards.

I didn't realize they have so many specialists under one roof. I have seen Internal Medicine and Allergy here. They ordered a lots of tests for me. Some of the results took a long time to come back. But I think the doctors are competent and they mean well. They also answer my questions. My first visit was an hour and 30 minutes. I don't think I have ever had a visit at the doctor for that long LOL. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Kan is a very knowledgeable allergist and I appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions. The support staff has always been great and prompt with scheduling, sending lab tests and prescriptions.

I had just got new eyeglasses and after a few days started to get migraines. My family doctor referred me to this doctor. After 3 hrs of testing and 2 hrs waiting, the results were, "Your brain is too big for your skull, causing pressure, causing the migraines". I said I got new glasses and I think the prescription is wrong, and he said, "Or it could be that". You gotta love specialists
