Saturday they close 11am, not 1pm as listed here

Laura García González

My experience was good. Less than 5 minutes waiting and Dr. Nagra was knowledgeable and straight to the point. They let you bring a support person. I have a follow-up appointment and I hope it goes the same.

Chloé Lamontagne

Always takes forever, and has been very patronizing to me, and given wrong diagnoses multiple times. Avoid for your own health.

Marilyn Maxwell

I have had good service at this clinic with Dr Polay and staff. They are very busy so once you have been there before, it is best to make an appointment.

I am so grateful to this clinic. I am always able to see a dr here during walkin hours. The staff are amazing

Birry Tang

The young Asian girl at the front desk is an egotistical jerk. Doctor Fisher is a total sweetheart & very caring in an old school way but they need to replace that receptionist, she clearly doesn't like her job.

Andrew Robulack

If you just want a prescription, head here. The doctor I met with seemed less concerned with figuring out my problem than getting me out the door to a drug store. Not worth the 45 minute wait for an ineffective 2-minute appointment.

Cory Robinson

The sticky note system for who is next to be seen by a doctor definately doesn't work.. especially when there's 20 computers in their general vacinity. When it's awkward for everybody to have to hound the receptionist when your going to be called. Or in my last few experiences here to hound then to see if my name is even on one of the sticky notes listed. Time for an upgrade... Write that on a sticky note.

Overprescribes antibiotics and doesn't believe in offering birth control to women.

K Kallweit

Consistently not open when it says it ought to be which is very frustrating when one leaves work early to go to the doctor. When I do get in the doctor I tend to end up seeing is hasty and seems always in a rush to get done with you. Clean office however.

HL Wright

Probably should have this information available before people arrive, but they only actually see patients for walk-in from 9am-12pm. Even though you can make appts for a walk in visit outside of those hours, they will not honour it.

J. M.

I've had ok experiences here. My expectations are low for walkin clinics and so I don't expect much. I had to wait a long time to see a doctor a couple of times but was able to go for coffee and come back. Doctors I've seen seem competent enough. The waiting room is bright and airy. Receptionists aren't unpleasant but not cheery or friendly which is typical of walkin clinics. There's a pharmacy on the waiting room which is convenient.

Loretta James

Awesome clinic. All clinics have a wait, this one is no exception. I find the staff personable and the Dr's knowledgeable and willing to help. It is called "practicing medicine' after all.

Phaedra Bennett

When I arrived there only one patient ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes and then the doctor LEFT WITHOUT SEEING ME. They can't handle two patients? The MOA was nice and very apologetic but I'm sorry, you still get one star for that.

joshua cunningham

The staff and doctors, at least Dr. Poly, was quite respectable and kind towards me. They cared for my well being and offered advice and assistance in finding other means of support and health.

Angelus Saint (Andy T Dev)

Hot garbage, their front desk staff needs to be fired. Can't answer simple questions, does not know a single thing about customer service and she likes to play with peoples time. They have wasted my time twice now and I will never go there. Stay away.

Accidentally cut my finger at work and the wound wouldn't stop bleeding. The walk-in clinic is close to where I worked so it was very convenient to have it checked and stitched up. They tended to me right away. Got stitched up by Dr. Ho. He was very direct and professional, also has a great sense of humor. Definitely recommended for little emergencies if you're close by and if you have no time to go to VGH.

Dr Polay was rude, unresponsive and generally didn’t listen to my problem. Went in for back pain, went and got X-rays, and they came back almost normal but with signs showing I needed further imaging. Been dealing with this pain for years and wanted to get an MRI or CT, but was instead prescribed an anti inflammatory. Went and got another opinion from another clinic and was sent for CT immediately because there’s a serious problem in my spine. Don’t go to this place, they just want to give catch all prescriptions without really caring about what’s actually happening.

J.C.

I am sure the doctors here are great if I ever get to see one. I've gone here for years and never had a problem just walking in until the last 2 years. There changed their hours so not open as late or as long on weekends, they don't seem to have as many doctors, and the receptionist could use a lesson in patience and kindness. Please stop calling yourself a walkin clinic.

Misdiagnosed, put on unnecessary antibiotics for a week. Came in with a rash and it turned out to be Shingles. Went to REACH for a second opinion, and it was fantastic.

Incredibly demeaning experience. Every interaction I've had at this clinic with the female doctor has been awesome up until today. I came into the clinic to get a doctor's note for short term disability assistance because I haven't been able to work for the past four months due to extremely debilitating eczema and have used up all of my savings. The receptionist told me that the doctor I would be seeing is the same doctor I've had in the past, instead it was an asian male doctor that I've never seen before. As an asian woman I don't like to racially profile anyone for bad service but as there's one white female doctor and one asian male doctor I feel like it's necessary to point out the difference. Because the receptionist mistakenly set me up with a doctor I've never met he wasn't able to give me a doctor's note which is totally understandable because that was an accident. What wasn't an accident was when the doctor went out of his way to privately ridicule me for my inability to get a job for the past four months. Our conversation: " You know people have it much harder than you do that apply for disability assistance" ( I know but I'm applying for only one month of rental help ($600) to get me back on my feet because I used up all of my savings) " Have you even tried to apply for jobs?" ( Yes I've applied for FORTY jobs and have only received three interviews, all of which did not become jobs because I couldn't shake their hands) * looks at my septum piercing and makeup-less face and my sweatpants and lightly snorts * " What kind of jobs?" ( ... Stores along commercial drive, retail, food, nanny jobs too). I'm not one to let people affect me with their judgements but all of this was said with a jaded, unprofessional and condescending tone. He then went on to say that I can come back tomorrow morning to see the female doctor that I've seen the last two times. This is what got to me when I left the clinic; he never had to put me down to get to the moralistic aspect of rejecting a doctor's notes. This is because he knew it wasn't his judgement in the first place, it was the female doctor who has treated me with antibiotics/steroid treatments for my infected swollen hands. My review is to warn clients about this clinic that has hired an (asian male) doctor who uses his own lackluster judgment to tell clients what they're doing wrong with their personal lives. There was only one female asian receptionist who kept me from feeling completely insane because she took the time to actually hear out my reasoning for a doctor's note. I would also like to apologize to the receptionists who had to deal with my boyfriend's outburst. Please understand that his anger came from seeing me get rejected for a doctors note that is supposed to help me heal from a lifetime of ptsd, anxiety, and sexual/verbal abuse. All of these mental health problems effect my ability to work when it resurfaces time and time again in the form of swollen, pus-dripping, bloody eczema on my hands. That being said I will not apologize to the doctor who skipped out on Morality 101 in med school. You are rude, condescending and should have your doctor's license revoked if that's the way you are treating your patients. I've attached photos to show how my hand looked while healing, swollen and unable to close my hand.

Always get treated well.

After the renovation, they got rid of almost the entire waiting area. Now there's only one row of chairs, in front of the clinic's large windows with no coverings which are sweltering hot in summer and drafty in winter. Good to see they've kept the reception area nice and roomy...... There's a pharmacy now which I guess is nice, but I guess they just expect people to have to wait standing on the street now. With the wait time being particularly bad every time I've been here, it's like they are deliberately doing things to keep people away.

The staff are nice it was a quick visit.

I found the Davie location to be good, but they really need to replace one of the receptionists at the Commercial location. She self describes herself as "the one with the really strong accent" and has zero phone etiquette. When you try to explain why you are calling, she talks over you and won't stop talking and you can't actually get out the reason why you are calling. When you start talking, she starts to talk over you and it makes the phone calls very painful and frustrating. The Doctor I was asking for is only there once a week and so I was told to call on that day and so I did. Unfortunately the receptionist didn't do her job and so I never received the information I needed. I waited around for the same day the following week, got the same receptionist and she again failed to do her job. As I have already waited two weeks for very basic information, I won't wait another week just so that I can go through the same thing again. I recommend visiting another location if possible, I know I am.

I waited an hour to see a 90 year old doctor that was rude, dismissive and unintelligent. I told him exactly what my needs were and what I was going through but he could not have cared less. He mispronounced the medication I was taking, and thought that a proper prescription is inappropriate. The room was dingy, outdated and the frustrating consultation lasted literally ONE minute. This doctor did not make an attempt to listen to any of my concerns. I DO NOT recommend this clinic. They wasted my time and put proper healthcare to shame.

Jumpbrick (A Lupu)

If you want to experience the medical care of a failing communist state, come to this clinic on a Saturday. Join the line before the doors open otherwise don't bother. They will stop accepting new walk-ins by 10am.

Nicole Moore

Worst doctor I have ever met. So rude, ignorant, insensitive. This clinic is absolutely terrible. I recommend everyone go elsewhere. He was not helpful in the least. AWFUL

Sujin J

I just read the reviews and was so surprised they are so bad. I went there with two crying babies. The receptionist were super nice and the doctor was good too. I would definitely go back again!

Nav Bhatia

Both Receptionists were lovely and super polite very good service and polite, I did not have to wait long and was a pretty good experience . Dr Nagra was very kind and listened to my symptoms and I was able to fill my prescription at the Indigo Pharmacy also inside the clinic.

Alyssa McDonald

I’ve been to this medical centre three times. The first time, the doctor (I believe it was Dr. Ho) was very thorough and friendly. The second time, I had another doctor (a white male) that was very short with me and had no bedside manner. I had a few health concerns to go over - he was very impatient, giving me no room to think or probe into his very short answers. Within milliseconds of finishing my questions, he sped out of the room without looking at me, saying bye, or asking me if I was okay. He left so quickly I sat there for 2-3 mins because I thought he was coming back. When I realized, he just didn’t take time to respectfully finish my visit, it made me question his judgements and advice because he didn’t seem to have time to care about my wellbeing. Today, I walked into the clinic to see two attendants talking to each other. They said the clinic closed at 3 pm, although their Google page said it closed at 6 pm. I brought this up to the attendants so they knew to update the page. She seemed annoyed and said she didn’t know how to update it. Knowing lots of people consult Google to find a doctor, I asked if she could find someone who knew how. She didn’t seem to take my suggestion or care that I was sick and travelled out of my way to get there. I was extremely disappointed with her customer service and lack of care. She didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience it caused me, she didn’t help me find another clinic, and she didn’t seem to care to prevent this from happening to other sick people in the future. With two bad experiences at this clinic, I will not be visiting it again and I would suggest going to other drop-ins on Commercial Drive like Broadway Station Medical Clinic.

Stan Dingup

I've been going there for years. They have helped me a lot. They provide an excellent service to the community. The negative reviews must be from serial whiners!

Wade Alexander

I have never had an issue going to this clinic, I have been there multiple times over the years whenever I have had some illness. The wait-times are in line with other walk-in clinics, and if you go in early on the weekdays, if your schedule can allow for that, you'll be seen by a doctor almost immediately.

R Baz

My first visit was like a fast food drive thru in which you get half your order, and are asked to leave before you finish the meal. Dr. Baili addressed the two most minor issues brought to her attention and then refused to provide further medical advice, stating there was no time for it. In addition, she was disrespectful. My second visit, regarding the same issues, with Dr. Poley was better.

Call before you go! Advertised hours are not accurate. It has been over 2 weeks and I am still unable to see my doctor for a referral. Malpractice and causing harm.

Mary Fowles

I’m surprised by the bad reviews for carepoint! I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years and this clinic has been a lifesaver for me many times. Dr Polay is a very good Doctor and very knowledgeable. He takes you seriously doesn’t minimize your problems and gets the best possible care for you (referrals to specialists etc) in the quickest time possible. I’ve never been let down once by this clinic and highly recommend.

Joel Fieber

I generally appreciate their services, however, I have had TWO situations in which I showed up after work (5:30pm) only to be informed they are closed due to no doctors on staff. I transited across town to learn this information. Their website and clinic states service from 9am-9pm. While the receptionist explained that there was no evening doctor, she made NO EFFORT to help me find another clinic nor did she acknowledge my inconvenience. She didn't even ask if it was emergency or not.

judith ranchoux

Always helpful and professional

Jason Burtwistle

They called me and told me to come in, but I had a very difficult time understanding why I had to come in, and when I finally showed up they said they were closed because the afternoon doctor had canceled. Completely unprofessional and very poor communication. Finally pushed me over the edge to find a real family doctor. Wish me luck.

I am not sure if I already wrote a review on this medical clinic. All the doctors I have seen here are fantastic, Dr. Polay has know me for years, I attribute my good health to him. The ladies at the office, are friendly, efficient and very helpful. Also, I love that the pharmacy is right inside the clinic, makes it super convenient, and the staff are very informative and nice.

Julia Schmidt

I was terrified by the reviews but had to go to some walk in clinic and quite frankly the reviews for clinics in this area are all shocking. Reception was friendly and told me that it'll be a 1.5 hour wait which was no problem as I was already expecting a long wait. I set an alarm for 50 min and went back just to be sure I hadn't been called in already. Worked out perfectly, I asked the receptionist whether I had been called or not, she declined, I sat down for 2 minutes and was asked to sit in one of the examination rooms. The Dr, Dr. Mc'Something" ( cant remember his name) was very nice and friendly and very attentive. Judging by today's visit I"d come back again.

Auralit

Dr. Tong addressed my concern quickly and efficiently. There is definitely a wait, but that's true of every walk-in clinic in Vancouver. I'd advise getting there very early (before the clinic even opens).

S H

Dr. Polay is one of the worst doctors I've ever encountered.

Andrew Rottmann

Doctor is good but the YOUNG front desk girl is disrespectful , has a major attitude for no reason and is downright rude. My girlfriend went last week and told me about her but Ive been here before and had the older secretary who was a sweetheart to me , so I wasn't sure what she meant until I went today. I was super cheery and nice and was met with condescending remarks and an attitude out of no where . Told them I would just go to another clinic from now on . Definitely lost 2 patients because of her alone . I will be telling my friends and family to not go here .

Tabitha Schooner

Dr Polay is a pretty good doctor. You just have to go into the clinic prepared with all of your symptoms written down, and be sure to ASK him what you have when he writes out a prescription for you (IF he does)... otherwise he'll walk out without saying... it's a busy clinic. So sometimes he'll forget to tell you what he thinks the diagnosis is...

Alan Ranta

People are whiny idiots. This place is fine. You just have to wait for other people. It is public healthcare. Expect the public to use it. Can’t argue with the price.

Garret Ruiz

I have gone to multiple different walk-in clinics in Vancouver and Richmond. Care point is still the top of my list. They are great customer service and excellent professionalism. There is always a wait time but it worth it, I think that is the norm in every walk-in clinics.

Beck

I dont know why everyone is giving such bad reviews. The receptionists are helpful and I like Dr. Polay. If you feel like the doctor didn't help with your issue you go to another for a second opinion.

Jessica Simpson

They are the most respectful MOAs and doctors I’ve ever seen. Very kind, prompt, and courteous. The clinic abides by all COVID-19 requirements and is extremely clean. They are also LGBTQ2SIA+ friendly.

Chris Burgess

Jen Chia

The best clinic I have ever been to, hands-down the nicest staff, the most efficient doctors, the least wait. The efficiently get to the root of any issue and they deal with it with the proper treatment. I honestly have to really really rave about the women at reception, they are so friendly and welcoming whether you call or come in. Great job ladies and thank you so much amazing doctors at this location.

krista wallace

Front desk staff have very poor communication skills. Very rude and miserable.

Barry Leonard

There is no point rating a government monopoly. We are forced to take or leave it. This clinic is adequate considering we have socialist medicine.

Ekrtz Nekrtz

Dr. Jean Paul Lim is arrogant. Don't waste your time with him. Choose a better doctor.

Ania Ray

absolutely disappointed. I waited for my appointing for more than half an hour. and I just had to leave without receiving any planned service, because even then they were not ready to accept me, although after 20 minutes of waiting I asked how long I still had to wait, because I knew that I needed to leave soon, but the girl working at the reception she said that they would accept me now, they would only prepare a room for me, but apparently 10 minutes was not enough for that. just a waste of time. I do not understand why they prescribe appointing if they all take a walk in exactly, and do not take it on time. I signed up a week ago and do not understand why at all, if you can get it to come like this (although when I go for the first time I was told that they accept only by appointment). If you are a punctual person and value your time, it is better for you to find another place.

Emily Mervyn

This place is consistently not open when it says it is. Call first!

Constanza González

Everytime I call they never answer. I don’t understand why they have a phone number if it never works. I moved to a different city and it’s hard for me to go during the week. Also when I’m trying to get an appointment by phone, there’s no availability. Please answer my calls!

I called because I have an ear infection and they asked if I had a care card, I responded with "No ill be paying out of pocket" and she asked " where you from?" I said "Mexico" She responded with " Hmmmm.. Fo U $180 "

Brent Price

Wish there was a zero star option. Was told there would be an hour wait. Checked back in an hour and 15minutes later to be told I was still over an hour away from being seen by a doctor. When I asked why I was told an hour ago that it was an hour wait the emotionless receptionist said "Because thats what we are told to say" Dr Ho is great, but not good enough to have to deal with completely incompetent and careless staff.

Melanie Jean

I just called to ask if they did referrals for symptomatic covid testing; they said no. I then asked the person on the phone if they knew at which clinics I could get a covid test, to double check what I'd read online; they responded, "I have no idea." Lol

Mani Kalra

I like the place. Dr. Nagra is very nice. Receptionists are polite and always smiling. I recommend.

Waited an hour to learn I have to go to the er because they don't have the correct machines or tools or whatever. Complete waste of time, won't be going back.

Dorothy Neufeld

Dr. Kay Ho is compassionate and has a great sense of humour. Highly recommended.

Peggy Chen

I waited two hours for a doctor. Fine, I understand that it gets busy. But then I waited another hour because when the doctor came in to see me, turns out the nurse(?) forgot to test my sample. That is ridiculous. A medical clinic should have protocols for patients. Seems to me this place is very disorganized. If you can find a clinic nearby, I’d recommend avoiding this one.

Receptionists were super friendly but the doctor was very rude, not helpful, and doesn't sanitize his hands.

Will never go back - Dr Polyano spent less than 3 minutes with me and advised I starve myself with a giggle after calling me a big guy.

Alice Ferguson

The worst experience I have ever had at a doctor! I waited for 1hr from my allotted appointment time to be seen then was only seen by the doctor for 5 minutes. Both the receptionist and the doctor were very rude and dismissive . I don't recommend anyone goes here, ended up having a cry afterwards as I didn't even feel like I had been treated as a human being.

Sarah Whittall

I’ve been going to this medical clinic for many years. I’ve always found the MOA’s really friendly. Sometimes there is a wait but that’s fine, I can go for walk or for coffee and then return. Dr Polay has treated me many times. I find him consistently respectful and prudent.

Lilith Vine

Literally the only good thing about carepoint is Dr Polay, everyone else that works here is a joke.

Emily Davidson

I've had very good care provided from this clinic.

Meg Sequeira

I've never gotten anything but excellent service here. I've gone in expecting nothing and being very graciously helped by multiple doctors, but most kindly, dilligently and frequently by Dr. Mc. Don't go in here expecting to them to roll out the red carpet for you. This is just a walk in clinic. I'm fortunate now, due to my developing a relationship with one of the docs, to have a family doc.

heather k

Doc doesn't care much about sick patients, just wants to give you a prescription for a (literally) 10 second diagnosis. He hardly even looked at my son! We were out in 1 minute from when we saw the doctor.

Sophia Ceva

1 star is too much for them. It seems the entire staff is formed of absolute imbeciles. They got rid of my medical records because they are renovating. Legally they are supposed to keep it for 16 years. I went in to see if I am up-to-date with my immunizations for work. They told me they don't have my files any more because I haven't been there for a few years ( I stopped going precisely because of their stupidity) the front desk lady suggested I wait to see the doctor and ask for a test to be done at life labs. She said they would have the result the next day and be able to let me know if I'm immune. I spent a lot of money on taxi trying to get to the only open life labs in a Saturday afternoon only to find out the next day that this test isn't even processed at life labs. What a bunch of low iq waste of space. Go somewhere else!

Nicole Owens

I have had horrible jaw pain due to a trauma, due to his my jaw is constantly cracking and you can see it move when I open my mouth. the nurse was very nice and seemed more concerned than the doctor was, and spent more time with me talking about what had happened. the doctor touched my jaw for about 20 seconds, said I might need physiotherapy and then said there's nothing she can do and to just take an Advil or Tylenol despite the fact that I said how sometimes I can't eat for days because it hurts so bad. She didn't even refer me to a physio doctor and just printed a sheet of paper with jaw exercises to do. what a joke.

Henry Yong

Arbell Friday

Was easy to get in and very prompt. Having a pharmacy is also helpful. All staff were friendly.

Knaïve Thefuoel

They did their jobs. I was told it'd be a 45 minute wait turned out to be 10 minutes. Doctor was knowledgeable and reassuring.

B Myltoft

I have been seeing Dr. Polay for years, and have nothing but nice things to say about him. He truly care about his patients. He has helped me with so many aspects of my health. from referrals to specialists, disability, and even my mental health. He is the most caring and understanding doctor I've ever had, and am so happy that I walked into Care Point Commercial drive all those years ago.

3xperience

Have to agree that the young girl at the desk is rather rude. Everyone else who works here is very friendly and helpful.

Alison Mitchell

Both Receptionists were lovely and polite, good estimate on the wait time. Dr Nagra was very kind and listened to my symptoms and I was able to fill my prescription at the Indigo Pharmacy also inside the clinic. Very pleased with the service at both!

Jelena Denin Djurdjevic

This is my favorite walk in clinic. We have been going there for almost 10 years and always receive courteous service from both the front desk and the doctors. If these are any follow ups the notifications are promptly provided.

Jesse Bisch

If you are going here plan on getting your time waisted. This place is more like a business then a health care place. Anything serious don't go here.

R

One specific doctor hands out prescriptions like candy. Never trusted him. I got second & third opinions after receiving the prescription and always led to not getting it. This has happened 5 times.

Bronwyn Cashin

The receptionists were nice, but the doctor (Ho, I think) was rushed and not thorough at all. I went in with a concussion and didn’t get a chance to ask even half the questions I had before he stood up and said goodbye. He rushed through answers and didn’t bother getting all the info of the incident before deciding we were done. He wouldn’t have even told me to avoid more sport if I hadn’t asked. I had to pay $150 for the visit and I feel like I got almost no information or understanding about my condition or what I should be cautious of. Terrible.

justme you

I just walked into this clinic 15min ago the two ladies here at the front desk are very very rude to the patients no manners what's so ever if they don't like this job than simple punch out and go home we don't need attitude from these two old farts thay should just retire.

Sam Chudleigh

Worst diagnosis I've had. I've had a persistent skin infection it hadn't healed after 2 weeks. Went to the clinic the doctor told me it was nothing to worry about. Now it's been a month and it still hasn't healed. Useless doctor!

S Webb

The staff and the doctor were absolutely lovely

Diane William

Absolutely terrible. My bf went in today to request a prescription for deworming tablets. The doctor (I think Dr. Polay) sent him away quickly, couldn't care what he had to say and prescribed a strong antibiotic for BACTERIAL infections which we looked up and is extremely strong and generally not recommended except in severe bacterial cases which my bf does not suffer from. It is also uses to cure anthrax. WTH! All that was needed was a simple deworming prescription. Now he has to go to another walk in clinic and get a prescription for medication that is actually relevant to his symptoms. The wait was 1hr btw. Last time I was here, the doctor insisted on giving me birth control that I told him I had a bad reaction too in the past. Anything you say goes in one ear out the other. They don't care. On a separate occasion they called me in to see a doctor because my results got in. I get there (after +30mins commute) and thy tell me the doctor won't be able to see me anymore as they are closing early. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. We certainly won't be returning. Unbelievable.

Monet Forbes

Reception was lovely, I think it was a nurse practitioner I saw, very quiet woman of color, but damn, I went there new years eve and she put in a request to my specialist and bam, they called me Monday a holiday to get me in!!! Great service.

Jeff Sims

Great doctors - taking very good care of my daughter after a long time looking for this kind of help.

sunaina kalra

Very Nice clinic.

paul alexander

Treated me like an idiot. Lied to me about their polices. Misdiagnosed...years of pain because of these guys. NEVER GO THERE

Laura Twomey

Avoid this clinic. I went to this clinic as my normal walk in had stopped taking patients for the day. I seen Dr. Polay who was extremely abrupt, rude and didn’t listen to me as I tried to explain my symptoms. He kept cutting across me as I was speaking and I had to push for an X-ray as he just wanted to prescribe me anti-inflammatories. He finally agreed after I told him my physio suggested I get one as my condition was worsening. He seemed like he did not care and wanted me out of there as soon as possible. Will not be visiting this clinic again even if it was my last resort.

K S

Update your website or put up a sign on the door if you are not going to be open! There are plenty ways to communicate with your clients these days. You just need to try!

J M

Receptionists poor. Not helpful and booked me in twice and still didn’t get my phone appointment at the end of the day. Highly advise you not to waste your time here.
