Everytime I call they're always closed for lunch some how. How does every receptionist go on lunch at 12 and get an hour and a half break? Are you kidding me. You work 9-5 yet you cant take breaks separately and leave someone to answer the phone for appointments. Absolutely ridiculous

I've been going to Brantford Medical Pharmacy since they first opened and until this day I appreciate their professionalism and service.

Used to be run by some of the best people. Since the main Doctor retired, it's now run by a small man with a god complex who's fresh out of school and thinks releasing a patient who's diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease isn't cruel simply because he can't "respond in emergency" which isn't what a family physician does anyway.

I'm surprised with all the negativity toward the receptionists. They have always been friendly and courteous when I call. When I am at the clinic my experience is always great. The only reason I don't 5 star is the WAIT. I called to make an appointment for an ailing leg issue and I can't get in to see the doctor until 1 month 12 days later. I suppose I should just try to ignore the problem until than? I understand I can just go to emerge but why would I want to do that during a pandemic not to mention they are always short staffed at BGH. 43 days ..... Well I hope its nothing too serious! lol.... I can't blame this clinic entirely, everything is ridiculous now with the pandemic and lockdowns and such... but why even have a family doctor at this point? Family doctors give you that soothing feeling of comfort and trust. Shame I have to go to the walk ins all the time.... I like my family doctor!

I am very put off by the lack of professionalism at this clinic. My wife and I have been in many times for ultrasounds for our upcoming baby and everytime we're waiting in x-ray/radiology - the same heavy set brunette (camo coat), and blonde (both working at 1230 on May 1) swear like truckers and do nothing but talk about their dramatic lives. If I wanted to be at a bar, I would be at one. But instead I'm at a medical clinic that has the same table manner as two doors down at 2am on a Saturday. Don't know how this passes? I suppose it's just an utter lack of management.

THIS IS HEALTH CARE AT ITS FINEST!!! THEY BOOK MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AN APT FOR 620 TODAY..... STILL WAITING (8:10PM)!!! THEY GET PAID ALL THIS MONEY FOR THEIR TIME AND TREAT EVERY OTHER PERSON LIKE SECOND CLASS CITIZENS!!! NOT EVEN IN A ROOM YET..... YOU WORK FOR US.... START HAVING SOME RESPECT FOR PEOPLES TIME.... Any time I have tried to call you get nothing but a rude woman on the other line. I think they need a lesson in customer service. the lack of personality is embarrasing.

Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. 30 mins on hold to book an appointment, The practice shouldn't have so many patients if they cant handle answering a phone call. Assembly line medicine. Looking for a new family practice for my geriatric father. Disappointed

made an appointment only to find out that my doctor had left the country. That's two doctors who swore that they would remain in the practice and they left. This is not health care at its best!

I find it absolutely disgusting that Dr. Jahromi is ditching all her patients and making the patient pay 40.00 for your medical records to be released. Are you kidding me.

1)front desk Girls are slow, miserable and rude not welcoming experience. 2)never answer the phone!!! even with the 800 receptionists... seriously no hussle at all. 3)$4 parking. Every.single. Time. 4) waiting room is NOT baby/ toddler friendly . Not event 1 picture book!!!! 5) Nurses are miserable and non personable They seem fail to put any real effort into their job. 6) seriously , the waiting time for one of these receptionists to answer the phone is an average 34 minutes. 7) ice cold experience from getting a parking spot to leaving said parking spot 8) Dr Jerome leaves the country every summer for 3-+ weeks ????????????????????????‍♀️????‍♀️????‍♀️????‍♀️????‍♀️???????????? PEACE OUT SHELL HOLE .

I am not one to go out of my time to write bad reviews, but I am sick of the way I am treated every time I call this place. The receptionists I have experienced all have been extremely rude even after I have been nothing but kind every time I called about my prescriptions NOT getting faxed to my pharmacy. The doctors here are great, but I can’t stand the way I’m treated every time I call. (which I have to end up calling A LOT because my prescriptions never get faxed right away) I’m going to look into getting a new doctor just because of the receptionists here making me so uncomfortable.This is rediculous and I hope you look into getting new staff soon. From the other reviews I’ve read other people have had problems with the attitude of them too.
