I’ve seen Dr. Leung for surgery three time’s this will be my fourth time. I saw him in the er yesterday August 12th 2021.He told me I would be brought in for surgery on Friday the 13th, but he somehow for got to tell anyone about me because he also Sid someone would call me after 7am to make the arrangements.So by 1:10 no one had called me about and I called them at the hospital only to be told that my name wasn’t even there.I just don’t understand our health care system or why it works this way!In the end it was sorted out only by me calling back to the er and speaking with a nurse who looked it up in my file and only then was it fixed by her. When you’re in pain and trying to pass kidney stone’s as big as I have someone should have their act together.Clearly this doctor didn’t!
