Unfortunately my experience was not a good one, but only with the optometrist. This was my first time here and I would not recommend Dr. Anne Baczmanski. The receptionist was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind, and the technician was very personable and lovely as well, but I found the optometrist rude, condemning of other clinics, a poor communicator, disrespectful, and lacking in decent customer service skills from the moment she walked in the room. I believe she is only there on Fridays as she has her own clinic in Stratford, so in order to have a more pleasant experience than I did I would recommend making sure your appointment is not with Anne Baczmanski.

I have always had a great experience every time I have walked in the door. They are super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. The office has a great selection of frames and the pricing is family affordable. Keep up all the great work ladies.
