When I moved to brantford not many doctors offices were accepting patients. Dr. Akinbiyi graciously took me on as a patient. Has been very helpful and recognized an ailment I've had for years other doctors overlooked and got me to the right surgeon. So relieved he was the only doctor ive had to solve my issue. You have to understand government cut backs family doctors, it is not always their fault they are behind schedule. Ive never waited more then 30 minutes whereas old family doctor ive been stuck waiting almost 2 hours in waiting room.

I have been goig hear for years and I have had the doctor say it's all in my head. then I go to the er and get told I have strepthrought, my faimly thinks I'm over reacting but idk I thought your supposed to be able to communicate with your doctor, I'm 16 and when i go in he talks to my dad, I am old enough to say what's going on with myself. not to feel like im 3rd person iv pointed it out and every time I tred speaking to him he would turn and talk to my father. Currently looking for new doctor

Great place, lovely staff. Awesome Dr that cares very much. I find some of the other people that come to use the service are very impatient, loud and rude. They believe they are entitled and it needs to get done the second they walk in the door. (During one of my appointments, his phone was stolen from his office. I've heard him be yelled at and the ladies behind the desk and that's just a start.)

This Dr is rude and arrogant. I have to give one star to make a comment, otherwise he is a zero. The facility is dirty and found the staff behind the plexi when walking in abrupt. I am sorry people have to go to a place like this for medical 'care'. I went with my very sick brother since this was his doctor. As we waited in a one room I could hear loud laughing and talking with music playing in another. When he came out I asked for the music to be turned off or lowered so I could hear during the consult. He was abrupt to me, spoke down to my brother, showed no compassion and interrupted me when I tried to ask questions. My brother has since passed on and I am so grateful for the kind Dr I have and the clean facility I can go to. This man is a sham of a doctor and very unprofessional.

This is where my doctor is... I like it because I don't have to walk far when I leave to get my prescriptions filled 205 colburne is also a pharmacy and methadone clinic where people can get scrip or if you are on methadone he is also a doctor who you can get your drink from. Doctors office walk out his door rite into the pharmacy

Doctor put my girlfriend on Zoloft (mind you she’s never had any kind of definitive diagnosis). Was told to call back after two weeks on Friday (today) to follow up about how she was feeling. This is not a medication one should go days without, especially given it will set back its effectiveness. She called Friday and the secretary was very rude to her. She passed the phone over to me as she has anxiety in these kinds of situations and the secretary was extremely ignorant with me as well. We were told the best she could do was set an appointment on Monday so she will now have to go without her prescription for 2-3 days which is just ridiculous. The doctor should have arranged something to prevent this from happening. We have also had issues that were mentioned in another review with prescriptions not being faxed over even when we were told they were. Good thing we called the pharmacy before picking up as it was a 40 minute drive each way to get the prescription. This clinic should be reported to the right people. We will be searching for a new doctor for my girlfriend ASAP.

Love the dr never had an issue ever until now the new secretary is a huge b**** who shouldn’t work in something she can’t keep up too. Def do not like the new secretary!!!!!!

Terrible. Appointment was at 9:45am I got called in at 10:45 dr. Didnt come in until 11:05 I was leaving at 11:15. This is how it is usually. Appointments mean nothing come when you want it is first come first served. That is straight from the reception.

Fathers review-- terrible for saying prescriptions were faxed in took multiples times just to fax one prescriptions says it was and drugstore says it isn't in. Most of the time behind for appointments . Most ppl go before who arrive after him. Terrible .

Words cannot describe how much I dislike this doctor I wish I could rate him 0 instead.Very often, I hear his patients scream at him, behind the walls. He is always very late, and one time after waiting close to 2 hours with a newborn, it was finally my turn, and I could hear him talk on his cell phone taking a personal call, laughing, giggling and having the best time of his life! Needless to say I was livid and felt compelled to tell him this was unacceptable and that he needed to do a better job not overbooking himself. Since that day, he has been very rude and condescending to me, with no bedside manners whatsoever. He doesn't even look at me, mumbles through his teeth, while staring and typing on his computer. He is already very hard to understand, so imagine trying to communicate with someone that doesn't even look at you... So I called him out on it and he started yelling at me, as if he were my dad. Once again, I had to put him in his place. He is acting like an egotistical child, certainly not like a doctor. Very unprofessional and rude man. Don't waste your time going there. The receptionists are nice. I like Victory.

Me and my wife are patient since 2016. He is the the the best doctor. It is hard to describe in words. The best Doctor and best human being. He always listen and help patients. We can easily get family physician locally but prefer to travel to see bin. Gid less him and his staff.
