I have been to this walk-in clinic approximately four or five times in the last 20 months, all for my baby who is now 20 months old, and each time I saw a male doctor. Every time I saw him he seemed very diligent, hey never prescribed my baby the same medication two times in a row even though he came in with the same old thing, ear infection. It was so frequent he was even knowledgeable to suggest that if it happens I think he said five times in a year, he would I suggest speaking with our family doctor about it and possibly getting tubes put in his ears if the infections were consistent. I never noticed whether or not he washed his hands or change gloves oh, it's just something I assume and don't typically have the time to ensure when my sick children are screaming at me. And I will be honest yes the front desk girls are rude and I could definitely go without dealing with their ignorance and judgment but I am happy to get in and out as quick as I have in the past. The doctor did always seemed to be kind to ask if I had coverage to ensure I don't pay too much for the medicine. But also didn't treat me like a poor person like some people do in those scenarios. Despite mine and my children's well polished appearances. I will be ensuring he has a new set of gloves on. And I do recall seeing him sanitize his hands at one point, can't recall if it was before or after our appointment. But I will be paying closer attention if my children allow me to this time. Haha. I have to agree with everyone else in regards to the front desk girls, absolutely rude every time! I can understand somebody having a bad mood day or dealing with something but the fact that I have to sit here and be honest and say they were rude every single time and that's at least four times goes to show that it's not just a bad mood day it must happen a lot. None of us want to be there if you're miserable with your job,find a therapist and learn to keep it to yourself so you're not making everyone around you uncomfortable and feel belittled! I can't imagine it feeling too good to read about every person you come into contact with you left feeling bad about themselves and hating contact with you! Think about it. Not mincing my words.

Highly recommend Brantford West Medical Centre. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the reception area were very congenial and pleasant. We figured we had a long wait according to the number of people in the waiting room. We were out of there within 45 minutes! Doctors are fantastic and truly care! There is a pharmacy on site as well. Wonderful to have this clinic in the southwest end of the City. Very very impressed with the efficiency, care and professionalism at Brantford West Medical Centre! Will definitely be recommending to others!

Clean and quick response times once you're in the building but extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone through telephone. I've tried several times to contact them through telephone starting early in the am and not able to reach anyone until the afternoon. Sadly the answering machine won't allow for msgs. Other than that no complaints.

The last time I was there they treated me with so much respect and dignity! I'm grateful they are open close to me! I couldn't ask for better service and anyone who has bad things to say , well sorry for you! The receptionist was awesome and the Dr took the time to address my concerns! Have been in this place twice. Once for my infant and another one for me, both cases the doctors diagnose has been disappointing. With my child her suggestion ( I don't know her name) was to basically try every moisturizer for baby's eccema in the market and for me the Dr told me to book an appointment rather with the Urologist instead of giving me some medicine to reduce the UTI.

Great experience. There were more than 5 patients there ahead of us when we arrived with our infant. We were out of there in less than 45 minutes, I would say. Everyone from the receptionist, the physician, the pharmacist and assistants were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend over Charing Cross Medical Walk-In Clinic.

Worst walkin-clinic ever and service is rude , just for one vaccine i had to wait almost 2 hrs and even i had to pay for it too . Very unorganized walkin & appointments are same time with one doctor. The sign outside of clinic it says WALKIN-CLINIC not family practice . Waste of time & Money.

my mom and i have been to this clinic for years now and have always had good experiences. recently my mom needed to see our doctor as soon as possible after her results came back. everytime the scheduled day came, she would be told that she was late by 5 minutes so she would have to come back 2 weeks later, this happened 3 times and dragged over 3-4 months. the front desk ladies are usually very kind and welcoming, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. i understand that the clinic can get busy, but if a client needs urgent care, it’s really unfair to make them wait months to finally be seen by the doctor. my mom got the most disrespect from a girl named Michele up at the front, please be more kind to clients especially when you’re one of the first people they’ll be speaking to upon arrival. Was very happy going here til the recent experience, quite disappointed.

If you guys are going to be closed on holidays then state on your website and on voicemail that your CLOSED. NOT hours are depending on New Years day. Giving people the hope that YOU ARE OPEN and drive all the way there sick when u could have stayed in bed sick. Almost got into an accident trying to get to your clinic because i was so out of it. Dont go here, i called to find out if they would take walk ins, I was told yes. Soon as i got there the receptionist told me the doctor wont take patients until 4pm. I tried my luck again at 5:30pm, I called to see if I could go back and the receptionist told me to come asap as it was slow, I got there 5 mins after the phone call and I was told the doctor is not taking any patients for the day. Does a doctor even work here??? Thanks for wasting my time.

Im going to make this one short and sweet.I went in here ONCE and saw a European woman doctor with dark hair that works there.She was the RUDEST doctor I have EVER met in my life.I dont know who she thinks she is treating people the way she does and talking down to them but she was unbelievably rude.Like rude,rude,rude.I dont know who owns this clinic but she should be fired on the spot for her bedside manner.I dont care if someone doesnt have a great personality but I DO care when someone is deliberately ignorant.I wouldnt suggest this clinic to anyone.Nobody should EVER be treated like this.

Went on a Sunday and the place was closed. No notice on their answering machine or anything. Drove 20 mins each way with two little kids at home. From a service and common decency standpoint this really sucked.

In my experiences there they 1. take the time to actually listen. 2. Wash their hands between patients. 3. They are faster than going to hospital. Going to walk in helps the hospital system treat more acutely ill patients faster.

Worst experience. I left feeling worse then when I got there . Dr.mahmood rushed me so fast and rushed me through my answers and just rolling her eyes. Even admitted she's not from here and is just gone after she's done. Needless to say terrible bedside manner and no compassion whatsoever. Definately will be going elsewhere. My Cat gets better care at beatties vet then I did here. If u don't care about patients or want to work weekends don't volunteer. We need quality doctors not someone just collecting a Check.

So I figured I had strep throat because my throat was red and swollen badly, so I went to the walk in clinic and decided to get it checked out, I waited for an hour only for a two minute appointment, where he felt my glands and looked at my throat, no test, nothing. I was enraged. He prescribed me Teva-Amoxicillin, which was fine because I've had it before until today, where I felt sad for no reason so I searched up the side effects of it because normally, I have a reason but it came out of the blue and I saw that what he prescribed me conflicted with the effectiveness of my other pill I take; birth control. Thus, making me go through A WEEK of severe pain. honestly, never going back.

Pharmacy had to fax doctors office to get code for prescriptions I was provided. This was done at noon. I called at 5:30 PM to ensure it would be done because it was for antibiotics. They said it would be done before they close at 7 PM. GUESS WHAT - it wasn't. So they gave me two prescriptions I can't get filled. Great patient concern. Don't know if it's the staff that does not care or the doctors, but would be very leary of ever going back there again if you can't get important medication that you desperately need.

I walking in at 9:58 with over 10 people in line ahead of me. As this clinic doesn't open until 10am I thought it was nice that they were seating people and arranging appointments. I was only in here for a total 50 minutes. In that 50 minutes this clinic helped me plus appx 15 other people and I had my prescription filled. I have never had such amazing service at a walk-in clinic and an added bonus was the interior was nicely designed and welcoming.

Wednesday, Nov 27th. Came to the walk-in-clinic at 3:25 pm. No doctor was available ( only working doctor today was on a break till 4pm) At 3:55 receptionist disappeared. Patients started coming. Full room of people . Huge line up. No receptionist till 4:15 . No doctor till 4:20 pm ( break should have finished at 4:00) It’s 4:30. I’m still waiting . The worst clinic I have ever had experience with .

I have gone to this Clinic and I find the reception is really friendly and professional. When I went in with my mother in law the doctor was great very concerned and helpful. She now deals with the female Doctor. I can say she is very professional, caring and patient and amazing with my mother in law. I think the doctors and the clinic and there service here is amazing. You aren't waiting to long you are in and out.

Went twice for my toddler son on weekend. Very good experience. I have a family doctor too but my son was very sick with runny nose and cough so Friday evening we took him to walk in. Doctor looked at my son in 15 minutes. Gave antibiotic. But it was bit bitter, my son was not taking it, we went next day again and another doctor was more than happy to change the antibiotic to a sweet flavored one after a second check up. We again got in just in 10 minutes. I had horrible experience at the Emergency of Brantford General, they wont look at you even after 4 or 5 hours unless they feel its life threatening. You feel more sick and emotional waiting there.(Its not totally their fault, until recently we didnt have walk-in clinics in Brantford, so there were too many waiting at the Brantford General and they have to prioritize) This West Brant walk-in is a ray of great hope for people like me with little kids who get sick often. They are open everyday. Pharmacy in that location is good too, they are polite and they said they were giving me couple of dollars discount. My only fear is this place gets too crowded due to all the good reviews and we have to wait for hours in line!!. Thanks to the team of doctors.

Read all the reviews and was nervous to try this walk in clinic. I luckily had a good experience. Waiting room was full just after 10am when I arrived but I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Took longer for my prescription than the whole wait time to be seen.

Dr. Abdelhussein is my family doctor and has been since June of last year. I find him to be compassionate yet straight-forward. I am usually in and out within minutes. The staff are friendly and the clinic is clean, and, as a bonus, the onsite pharmacy is always prompt and accurate. Overall I highly recommend this clinic!

This clinic had 2 girls at reception that are completely unprofessional. I witnessed them being very unfriendly, talking with attitude to patients. They called us up and dont even look at you. They made me want to walk out but they were the only clinic open. The dr. Was nice and helpful but only 1 dr. To handle a lot of patients. Best place to for little ones....Mine are 2 and 1.... Wide open space... Very bright, Nothing is fabric! It's always clean. And I have been there 5 times now and all those times, I was in and out with meds in hand in less than 40min!!!! And parking is free!. Once I was in and out in 15 min. Pharmacy staff are always nice too!

I just had my first visit to this clinic and I am so impressed!! Even with 5 people ahead of me, I was out of there (with medication) in less than an hour. Everyone I dealt with were so friendly and caring - the nurse at the Registration desk, Dr. Abdelhussein and the staff at the Pharmacy. I hope I never have to come back again, but if I do at least I know I'm in good hands!!

I believe in giving everyone a second and even third chance. Our lack of healthcare options means I had to give this Dr. 4 years of chances. His staff is ignorant and lazy. They don’t answer the phone and you are not able to leave a voice mail. They will not renew prescriptions over the phone or listen to more than 1 issue at a time. This clinic/ physician are a prime example of greedy practitioners. I had to actually fax my request to be removed from their roster bc I was not able to reach them in the phone and I have a job... I don’t have time to spend an entire morning trying to reach a negligent physicians office by phone. Lots of incompetence as well with this Dr..... can’t remember he sent me for tests last year, can’t recall I can’t take a certain med, prescribing wrong dosage.... the list goes on!

Such a great place! The ladies at the desk are super nice! I switched over to Dr. Salman here and discovered that he is a very efficient and knowledgeable doctor. It's a very clean environment and overall a very trusting clinic. There is never a wait time unless you go during busy hours but even then, you'll wait about 10 minutes and the doctors will always pay close attention to your concerns and never rush you out. But, they never answer the god damn phone! I understand they're super busy so you usually have to go in if you want to book an appointment for a future date which really isn't a big inconvenience. This place is truly great and I'm very particular in which clinic/doctors I can trust!!

I needed to see a Dr. today, I don't go to walk-in clinics, too crowded, too many sicknesses to share, too long a wait, people can be frustrated and rude. Today I had no choice so went to this clinic. The two girls at the desk were warm and friendly. They registered me then asked me to return in 45 minutes because Dr. was on lunch break, she was outside looking for me and another patient when I returned ,so cheery. The clinic was so clean in appearance wide open and I listened as the staff kindly spoke to others and directed them to examining rooms. the Doctor was pleasant and professional. What a surprise in this crazy sick world

Will unfortunately have to agree that the front desk staff are very rude and dont make me feel things are very confidential with the gossip i hear them talk about. Awful. The girls at the front desk really need to work on their people skills. I'm sure they could find better employees. They should be let go if they are going to treat people like garbage. Not to mention the gossiping, dirty looks and whispering about people that walk in to the clinic .. forget about your file being private.The doctors are also pushy and don't care to actually find out what's wrong. The clinic was running with one nurse/ receptionist who had no time, other than changing exam table sheets, to disinfect at all among sneezing patients!!! Dr Hussien abdulhussien jumps from one room to another without cleaning his hands or disinfecting his exam tools!!! If you find yourself needing to go there, just make sure you won't end up catching a new bug. Very interesting place indeed.

Ignored when I said I already see a chiropractor. Asked me if I wanted to file WSIB for my injury without asking if I had reported it at work, and when I said NO, the doctor would not stop pushing me until I said ok. Now my job is on the line and I've never been more unimpressed with this clinic! Oh I forgot to add!!!! The girls at the front desk... Once they were done with their customers ahead of me they both sat there doing something else not even acknowledging I was there to sign in for a good 5mins! I've never been so displeased with this clinic.

The doctor that saw me never even introduced himself, or double checked that I was the correct person, but the biggest, most disgusting mistake was that he wore the same gloves in to see me, as he had worn in with the previous patient. I had a dog bite, so I don't need anymore germs. And he didn't change the gloves after the 30 second inspection he did on me either. Definitely will never go back, and will never refer anyone there either

The receptionist and pharmacy were very nice but the doctor we saw was horrible. I was trying to give her a brief history of my sons respiratory issues because he is prone to bronchitis and we are only here visiting and can’t get to our regular doctor. She cut me off, spoke over me and has zero listening skills. I had to argue to get her to prescribe my son anything. She kept saying that she would never give her son antibiotics and I felt like she was trying to make me feel like a bad mother for allowing other doctors to prescribe him medication. She is awful and I wish I could give zero stars.

I won’t go into specific detail-but basically I have the European female doctor with dark brown hair (Dr. Ban I think) I had gone in for something very personal and that very much weakened my quality of life. I had been told to ask her to refere me to a certain specialist, when I asked her she didn’t take my concerns seriously and sent me to someone else. (The wait time was 3 months) I had been in to see Dr. Ban on 3 different occasions regarding the same thing. First time to diagnose. Second time after doing research to ask to see certain specialist. This is when she made an appt with who she thought was correct. Third time i was in tears explaining that I don’t think I’m going to the right specialist and that I really want an appt with a completely different type of specialist. All times she blew me off as if my problems were a nuisance to her. I was so sensitive and didn’t even like bringing up what was going on because it’s hard for me to even admit to myself.Finally 3 months go by-the specialist I had waited for had told me that I needed to see the one that I had told Dr. Ban from the beginning that I needed. The specialist that Dr. Ban sent me to said that this was out of his control and that he would give me a reference so I could go where I needed to. Now I have to wait another 3 months. In the meantime Dr Bans office had called me. They told me that I was seeing this certain “specialist” regarding my weight and when the appt would be. I already knew when the appt was because I had gotten the referral l from the different specialist that Dr. Ban oringinally sent me too. This was EXTREMELY hurtful for them to say it was regarding my weight. My weight actually had nothing to do with it. This started in February and I am now still on the wait list to see the original specialist I had been wanting to see since my first appt with Dr. Ban. I haven’t been to this walk-in since this and have changed my doctor. Not to mention the service from front desk is VERY belittling and ignorant, and the service from Dr. Ban was atrocious. I hope this is understandable to read. I would include the type of specialists but it is a personal matter. Basically to summarize I have never had a good experience from this place, from the girls at the desk to the doctor herself. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on anybody.

0 Stars if possible. Doctors are very dismissive. Diagnosed at every visit with a "quick glance" for an infection. No testing. Given medication repeatedly over a course of 6 months - which is not good for your immune system over time if taken repeatedly, for an infection I did not have. Went back to my family doctor who is in a different city as I was now getting concerned, and after finally getting testing at this office, my doctor was adamant I stop the medication this office prescribed me immediately, as no infection was present. My immune system suffered. Misdiagnosis. Lack of proper treatment. Neglectful. Treated for something I did not have. Quick "in and out" process here. No genuine concern for patients wellbeing. Will never go back. Do not recommend this office.

Worst doctor I've ever been to. He ignored any concerns I mentioned which led to a misdiagnosis. I was also told that they may not call me with my lab results because they "get busy". I don't know how they can call themselves Medical Professionals. STAY AWAY

They are open till 3 go in at 215 and they say no we cant help we don't take in patients at this time. Waste of time and they should change their hours of operation if they don't take people in till 3pm. Waste of time. Gotta love our private health care practices smh.

I saw the doctor there I don't remember her name but it was the girl .The reason this clinic is fast is because she rushes you through and listens to nothing that you have to say. I tried to emphasize how bad my back was hurting because I was 99% sure I had pnemonia. She cut me off, told me I had bronchitis and sent me home with massive anti biotics. I did end up having pnemonia she just didn't take the time to listen to me. My sister has chronic bronchitis and our systems were not the same.

Doctors here are great, but the girl at the front Kayla is a mess!!! Get it together...You’re the face of the business and you’re rude!! I’ve been on hold at this office for 15 minutes before with this girl.... It’s insane... They need more staff.

Slow service, racist receptionist you can see the way they talk or address individual with colour. Kept waiting for our turn and saw other people were called before us who had come into the clinic after us. The two receptionists kept chit chatting with each other and kept looking at us back and forth while chit chatting. Unprofessional behaviour!

Fast and efficient. Very professional. Need to dedicate a nurse for bloodwork as the two on the desk are already stretched to the limit. Great pharmacy too.

First of all..the girls sitting at the reception need to know HOW to be polite and talk to a patient in a good way.No one wants to be in the clinic out of free will..We walk in to see the doctor only if we are sick not just to be badly talked to..Also if the clinic closes at 3pm and you walk in at 1.55pm,you will be very rudely told to go away because apparently the doctor has stopped taking jn patients and that happens EVEN if you have a baby with you to be seen by the doctor...In that case you should write the timings for "the last patient to be taken in" on your website because we do not travel to the clinic to be sent away 1 hour prior to close timing of the clinic.I am never going back to this clinic..The doctors are good but the first impression you get when you enter the clinic by getting rudely talked to by the so called FRONT DESK STAFF is HORRIBLE..I wish I could give you ZERO rating.
