I went here over a year ago because my previous doctor was on garden ave (self explanatory) this doctor is happy , polite but when it comes to finding out what's wrong with you you may as well get a diagnosis from the fn Walmart greeter. They messed up meds and blow off every concern . I actually went there and they ran tests on me and he actually smiled at me and said all tests were negative. He had no answers or any other kind of tests he just wanted to inform me the tests they ran were ok and his smile was suppose to make me feel like its acceptable to spend the rest of my life with no results and having to live the the rest of my life with this discomfort and no answers or referrals to specialists. Hope you just need basic meds because that's basically all hes good for. THIS IS THE PLACE I WENT TO I'M SORRY I'M NOT CONFUSED NICE TRY THOUGH

Great service, extremely cute and friendly pharmacist. Was out of town and had to run in, he was full of smiles.... he turned my day around..... joking and everything. Wish we had service and pharmacists like that in Brampton.

This is an absolutely terrible doctor's office. The front desk staff do not answer the phones and it is very difficult to get through. Dr. Kaldas is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I am so happy that we were able to find another doctor in town. For anyone looking for a new family doctor, I would recommend that you continue looking elsewhere.

Brought my ill daughter in. After seeing doctors and specialists for over a year, nobody notified us that her health card expired a year ago. So I had to pay for her appointment BUT we couldn't have been happier. Prior to going I had read the google reviews. The reviews were all positive and I had great expectations. My experience was also a 5 star. We had the male doctor and both he and the pharmacist were amazing. Really, really caring and friendly people. The receptionist was friendly (genuinely) and that is a rare thing. This is one of those gem places where you don't want to tell people because then you know it will be packed all the time. As soon as my daughter gets her new health card, the doctor said he will happily reimburse me the small fee rather than have me chase down the reimbursement via Service Ontario. Thank you all for being awesome and friendly. It is almost unfortunate that we don't get ill often enough to go back. I felt that my daughter was appropriately and well taken care of.

If I could I'd have given minus 1 star. We have an out of province health card coverage, and the not so welcoming stuff, made sure to tell us as soon as we came in that if it was out of province we had to pay from our pocket and submit a claim to whichever province, how rude. We had to pay $60 upfront just for consultation, this was and is ridiculous and archaic. I ended up going to another walk in. I'm never going there ever again.

Been going here for over a year. Doctors, admin and pharmacy staff are always warm, helpful and provide great care. Highly recommended if you are looking for a family doctor (check with them if you are looking for one.) They also have a good walk-in option if you need to see a doctor quickly!

Jan 12/19 - Started out at Bonavista Walk-in Clinic at 10am when they open, more than 20 people deep and 1.5hr wait. I left and drove 2 minutes up the road to Brantford Commons Medical Centre...ONLY 1 PERSON in lounge. I was greeted warmly by the pharmacist who advised if it was my first time to kirby fill out the brief information sheet on the front desk to help the receptionist out. Only a few questions in a d the receptionist took my health card and started entering information. While waiting the pharmacist introduced himself personally to me and gave me his business card and explained some of the services offered. Right after that I was quickly escorted to my room where I waited less than 10 minutes to see the doctor. She was pleasant and personable. So, from 10:05am-10:25am I was in and out! Never had such a great walk-in experience! 100% recommended for quality of staff, cleanliness and efficiency!

This is a team of people who are friendly and very efficient. The wait to pick up a prescription is rarely more than five minutes. They call and let you know when your prescription is ready. The pharmacist works hard at getting your prescription authorized by the insurance company as quickly as possible. most important they walk the extra mile to guarantee your satisfactions. A++++ Great customer service!! Great pharmacy!

I'm not pleased with this doctor's office. The woman doctor isn't a good listener and doesn't care about her patients. So when they asked if I wanted to schedule a meet with her I told them I didn't and why and they still ended up scheduling me. Then my grandfather passed and I've been in my right state of mind to call in and it's not like I planned for him to pass on the day I was scheduled to meet the doctor and they are charging me $30 for missing the appointment said no to in the first place. Pretty shady if you ask me. Please add your lunch hours on Google for those who are taking time off to come and find out when they get there that you close for lunch.....

Dr. Kaldas always has a way of putting my mind at ease. She always shows how much she cares through her kind demeanor and doesn't just hurry you along. She takes the time to listen. I am so glad to have found a great doctor closer to home! The girls at the front desk also always make you feel so welcome! Stacee makes a point to remember you by name (or maybe that's just because we call all the time! haha) Either way, couldn't be happier with everyone at this office! Dr. Nazmy is very kind as well and we have only had great encounters with the pharmacist there! I feel like they all make a point to really know who you are! I have referred quite a few people here when they first opened and I hope they ended up going here because I know their experience will be nothing short of excellent! I'd give negative stars if I could. They never answer the phone and accept more patients then they can handle just to pull in more money. The office staff are useless and will ignore your calls if you call too many times trying to get through. No one at this place cares about you or your health and should be booted off a cliff. They are walk in only since they dont prescribe enough medication to last until your appointment and insist you drive the 30 minutes each way just to get it renewed. This should be criminal as my depression and anxiety is worsened significantly each time I have to interact with these clowns. Literally any doctor would be better, including just googling symptoms.

Dr. Nazmy is fantastic, personable, caring and unbelievably capable. My family is beyond happy with the change we made (our family dr was out of town). The ladies at the front are equally as great. As is the pharmacist. I am hoping they dont leave to a bigger town like many other GP's brantford has had. Thank you Dr. Nazmy and team!
