We love this clinic. Our little guy consistently receives great care and we always feel welcome. The doctor have given us great tips on dealing with problems like eczema. We are always seen ASAP and have never had to wait. The receptionist is excellent, I can't say enough good things about this clinic.

To put it simply, Dr. Mkondo saved my son's life. If it wasn't for Dr. Mkondo and his keen medical attention, my 21 month old son might still be suffering from a brain tumour. In the midst of a pandemic my son started exhibiting subtle symptoms that would come and go. Our family doctor dismissed these symptoms as nothing urgent. However, Dr. Mkondo seemed to know almost upon first glance that something was very wrong with my son's health. He immediately called MAC ER and spoke with the pediatrician on-call and asked them to see us ASAP. Within an hour of arriving to MAC the doctor's found the tumour on our son's brain and a plan was put into action. We are forever indebted to Dr. Mkondo for helping end the pain that our son was suffering from. We are happy to report that our son is tumour free and doing amazingly well! Needless to say, we recommend Dr. Mkondo 1000%!! Thank you forever and ever! ????❤️

Clean and inviting clinic with lots of free parking and easy access. We were seen instantly with no wait. The exam was thorough and Dr. Mkondo was very attentive to my child. He called McMaster ahead before referring us so they knew to expect us, and his receptionist called us a few days later to see how my child was doing and to wish him well. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to take my kids there again...HIGHLY recommend.

If I could give this clinic 100000000/5 I would in a heartbeat. I’ve had such bad luck with Paediatricians UNTIL I found this clinic!!! Everyone is so friendly. I love how Dr. Mkondo is interactive with my son during his visits. It creates a very safe and welcoming environment for my baby boy. He is very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions I have. I’m so grateful I found this clinic for my son!

We had an incredibly sketchy experience at this clinic. We came in with a sick 3-year old who needed urgent attention. The receptionist told us her health card was expired - odd, since her pediatrician has accepted it with no problem. We were told we could pay for a visit and then get reimbursed if we showed proof of a new health card within 7 days. Not sure it's possible to get a new health card within 7 days? Regardless, we were okay with paying... until we were told *they only accept cash* (?!) Yes, this "children's urgent walk-in clinic" TURNED AWAY A SICK THREE-YEAR OLD CHILD rather than treat and then bill afterward. Rather than wait hours at the hospital - as the receptionist advised us to do - we went to another walk-in clinic, and were accepted immediately with the exact same health card - no issues at all. Sketchy, disrespectful, abhorrent behavior - avoid at all costs.

Dr. Mkondo was very genuine in his approach and very knowledgeable. Took the time to get to know my little one and what my concerns were. So reassuring. We were also in and out in a timely manner. Great experience for myself and my baby and would highly recommend!!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a clinic for my 3 year old. The place is clean with cute animals on the walls. My daughter loved the Dr. and the lady at the front desk. They squeezed us in for a last minute appointment just before they closed which was very unexpected. They are very efficient but we didn't feel like we were rushed in and out.

Always amazing service! Staff is extremely friendly and the doctor takes the time to know the patient. Not only that but we’re always in and out in less that half an house and satisfied ! Highly recommend!!
