Went yesterday to have our annual exams. They charged me for an imaging test that, when asked, I didn't want. They moved me from room to room 4 or 5 times and I saw 4 or 5 different people none of whom identified themselves as the optometrist......won't be returning.

Terrible receptionist issues - listening skills are dreadful - sounds like she could care less and as though you're bothering her.

Great service. All the staff there is very nice, patient and kind, especially with children. Dr. Harrison treated my son. He listened to my concern and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. I'd definitely recommend to anyone!

Busy Optometrists office and Retail store combined. The Optometrists are tops in their field and very efficient! Staff are very helpful when picking out glasses or contacts. If you have children, this is the place to take them. Dr. Madill has been instrumental in developing a method for checking children's eyesight!

Dr Harrison is the best. He always takes great care of me and my family including kids from 4 to 17. We usually see him in Paris but see him in Brantford as well when we need to. My wife and I both trust him a lot and have recommended him to practically everyone we know. Thank you!

Friendly staff , always make it right . Been going here for 10 years. Dr . Murray is really good with children. A bit more expensive then other places but it also depends on your insurance . I recommend them to families with children often .

As usual unbelievable service from the staff at Brant Family Eye Care, I usually always deal with Cheryl there and she is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people to deal with but the entire staff is great to deal with. My appointment went 15 minutes behind. Clients kept on coming in and were being helped and we still had to wait while walk ins were being helped. I can understand if they are running behind but help the people that have appointments first before helping walk ins. Also, maybe go check how much longer the optometrist will be so were not made to wait with no update. Poorly run.

Double billed me for my eye exam. Billed my benefits provider(which pays them automatically for this service) and then made me pay by debit on the same day because they messed up and ran my insurance card through too many times. I have both pieces of evidence and I've been made to wait over a week and will be waiting possibly 2-3 weeks to be reimbursed, because they only have one staff member who does or has access to their insurance billing. I have a debit receipt and my benefits statement which says that they have been paid twice. I'm sorry but $140.00 is not chump change to everyone. I'll never go here again.

I recommend her to anyone and everyone I speak to when the topic of eye care comes up. I was told about Brant Family Eye Care from a friend when I moved to Brantford years ago and after my first visit there, I decided I won't go to anyone else. Dr. Beal cares so deeply about her patients and it shows in everything that she does. I'm so thankful she's my optometrist!

Fantastic team of staff, frame selection and atmosphere. I recently got Transitions lenses from here and I don’t think I could ever go back to glasses without them. When I step outside, the lenses automatically change into sunglasses. So thankful for the awesome service and friendly staff that ensured I found the perfect frame and lenses for my lifestyle. This is the place to go for your eye exam and glasses or contact lenses if needed. If no prescription glasses are needed they have the most up to date fashionable sunglasses. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will help you along with all of your decision making and make sure your new glasses have the correct fit. The Doctors are all thorough and show they care about making sure that the prescription is right and the correct lenses are picked for the patient. Each of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond. I would most definitely recommend Brant Family Eye Care for all your eye care needs.

My family has been going to this office since we moved here a few years ago. My kids had to come to my semi-emergency appointment this weekend and the staff was amazing with them and all of their little kid questions! Dr Harrison was very thorough, answered all of my questions and was wonderful with my girls!

Was told I'd get 100 off of my year supply of contact lenses but they never gave me the mail in rebate offer form or rebate code to do it. Called multiple times and questioned and they act like they never said this. I will never buy from them again I'll stick to online

If you’re on a budget this isn’t the place for you. They don’t tell you the cost of anything and they keep trying to add things on. I hadn’t had an eye exam since I was a child so I had no clue what things cost. They should tell you when you book but they don’t even tell you when you’re there and you ask. They repeatedly ask you if you want a scan even after you say no. Incase you’re wondering an eye exam is $158 and the scan they want to give you is $68 so you’re looking at $226 to get your eyes tested here if you go all in. Each lens was $124.42 after a discount. My frames were expensive but I picked an expensive brand. That’s the only thing I knew the price of before being handed a bill because there was a price tag on them. My glasses were ready quickly, my vision is crystal clear when I’m wearing them, I love my glasses. The people who work here are nice, if they took the time to explain the cost of things and toned down the high pressure sale vibe I’d definitely return. As it stands now I’m happy with my glasses but I don’t know if I’d go back here for an eye exam or to buy another pair.

I called today as a patient and I have an issue with my 1 eye and was told they are not seeing anyone because they are doing job action and I would need to go to the emergency room if I had a problem. I asked if they would be comfortable going to emergency with an eye issue during covid and was told by the girl on the phone she would not. Will never go back there and recoomend no one else does. They are only doing regular eye exams at this time and dont care if a patient may go blind. Disgusting
