Dr. Sameh, Dhwani and the entire staff at the Blue Ridge Walk-in Clinic are Fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. If you are ever in need of assistance they are always available to answer your questions and are quick to get you back on your feet! In my opinion, they are the best clinic in town.

Omg! All clinics should run this way. Clean, efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I had to go there 3 times in the last year. Never waited more than 10 minutes. The doctors were friendly, thorough and were able to diagnose and treat my condition each time. Always recommended a follow up if I was not improving. Send my wife there twice and she was thrilled. However, I am a little concerned about writing this, as I may have given away Brantfords best kept secret. Please Blue Ridge, keep up the great work!

Clean clinic and great doctor. Was seen within a reasonable amount of time and Dr Sameh had a great attitude and was able to address my concern quickly and efficiently. The in-house pharmacy had my prescription prepared promptly as well.

I went in today (Monday) around 10:30 am. I was there maybe a half hour. The doctor was very nice. Thank you for your help. The pharmacist was also very nice. I am terrible with accents but she spoke slowly and carefully on her own, so I didn't have any problems.

Today was my first time here. I am so impressed with how friendly and effective their staff is. Who knew healthcare could be like this? I have horrible anxiety and the doctor was so kind and reassuring with me. This will definitely be my go to location..No more ER waits for me.

this is the second time I've had to get him to send me a stronger med. I told him that the the first time I had to be given a stronger antibiotic to clear up a problem but he didn't listen or check and now I have to take another round of 10 day antibiotic. Try listening to the patient and checking records before prescribing.

The Blue Ridge Walk-in Clinic was an absolute pleasure to visit today! From the friendly greeting from the receptionist to the bright, clean and fresh reception area and offices. There were only a couple of people ahead of me so the wait was very short. The Doctor was kind, respectful and thorough! The pharmacist and staff were very friendly, quick and took extra care with the instructions for my prescription. I will recommend and share with others about this wonderful walk-in clinic experience. Thank you Blue Ridge Clinic!

My family doctor was away today, and I needed an antibiotic ASAP - I called this clinic and they set me up with a phone appointment today before 2pm, and then they're going to send my prescription to my local pharmacy. So happy I don't have to go into the clinic and wait in line! :)

Went there at 4 pm but they told me that it’s close at 3:30 pm? Before going I checked online and called and they told me that it’s close at 6 pm!!!!!!!!! I don’t understand why they are playing with people? And don’t like this kind of ridiculous game

Brought my 18 month old here today, was our first time. I packed a bag thinking we would be in the waiting room for hours because thats how all walk-in clinics we have been to are! but no! this place was amazing! went at 3pm and only had to wait a total of 10 minutes to see the doctor. He was so fast with testing my son and figuring out the problem. When we were done our visit the prescription was ready to go and we were out the door! I will never go to another walk in clinic again!

By far the best customer service, the Doctor that saw me made me feel welcome and that I was more than just a number like other clinics. The clinic itself is clean and the pharmacy inside filled my prescription in 5 minutes.

Phoned to make an appt. for the walk-in clinic as per Covid and they now have the doctor call back for a phone interview first. Everything done on the phone within 30 min and prescription was ready to pick up right away. Awesome service, just need to follow Covid protocol. Very happy!

My aunt who is a senior went in to the walk in to get her eye checked as she has a minor issue with it. She was told to wait and book and an appointment by a blonde receptionist - which was fine. As she was waiting she happened to miss the receptionists call but came up to the desk right away and the receptionist said someone was already was in with the doctor and sorry but she would have to wait longer and was quite rude. My aunt waited longer and then was then turned away. We ended up just taking her to the walk in clinic at our doctors office. Will not be going back here. Very disappointed with the lack of service and respect displayed by the staff here.

I am beyond happy with this clinic! I went in today, after a long day at work, expecting to be waiting a while to see a doctor. I didn’t even sit down in the waiting room, I was put right into a room and the doctor came in almost immediately! Awesome doctor as well, made me laugh even though I was feeling awful! Blonde girl named sierra who works at front desk was extremely rude to me. I walked in and asked to make an appointment. Instead im told to call and make an appointment even though im already there. I ask how long will it take to wait for the appointment and then she tells me im being rude for asking that? No, your the one whos rude. She tells me to leave and that she wont book me anymore. So i left and i will never come back to this place as long as she works here. This girl needs to be fired.

Dr Sameh Mikhaiel is my family doctor and he is professional and super friendly. When we need to book an appointment, the receptionist is able to schedule us within a day or two. She also always answers the phone whereas other clinics usually never do. Their hours are great espcially for a working family.

Horrible first experience here. I went thinking I could walk in and get a same day appointment. Not a chance. Not only was the receptionist rude and uninviting but she also had a bit of an attitude when she cut me off and told me she wasn't finished speaking yet. She told me they weren't offering any in person appointments and the doctor could call me on the phone and send a prescription or book an appointment if necessary in the future as they were all booked up for that day. What a joke! I thought this was supposed to be a walk in clinic. You may as well just go on web MD with the amount of effort you get from their service. I don't know how they have good ratings. At least mention it on your website so I don't waste my time driving there.

I called last month to book an appointment and the receptionist was friendly and got my information professionally. The doctor was amazing! He called later, addressed my health concerns and decided that I needed a prescription. The pharmacist was very nice but did not know how to submit my claim to my insurer; therefore I had to submit a claim myself.

Doctor was very friendly and helpful. Very little wait time. Only issue was after filling out the intake form and listing my allergies to medications the front desk failed to enter them into the computer. After receiving a prescription that was sent directly to the pharmacy I noticed it was for a medication I listed as an allergy. The doctor saw me again and mentioned no allergies had been loaded into the system, he corrected things and the pharmacy reimbursed me. I would use this clinic again but I hope they are more careful in the future.

Rude receptionist. The doctor, pharmacist and clinic itself here is awesome, I’ve been coming for the last few months and have had nothing but good experiences. Unfortunately today we had the misfortune of dealing with a younger blonde receptionist who was rude over the phone and in person. Always had a positive experience coming here so I didn’t appreciate the poor customer service and lack of decency she was providing. She’s definitely not helping to improve the clinic in that regard.

That the dr would call me and if things didn’t get resolved over the phone he may see me in person. I got a call from the dr that day and picked up my prescription a few hours later.
