Wait times are long, especially if you’re going to walk in. Overall I’ve had a good experience with my doctor. The only issue I have is sometimes having to wait ridiculous amounts of time for a scheduled Appointment.

Busy place. My Doctor is a Great Doctor. Waiting room floor can be extremely slippery when wet. I saw a kind, gentleman fall flat on his tummy in isle at this place. :( Be careful.

EDITED 11/25/19 Receptionist susanna was rude and disgraceful telling a pregnant woman with stomach pains to wait and deal with it like everyone else. DISGUSTING SERVICE. Called to see if they’re accepting new patients- receptionist was VERY difficult and short with me, seemed too busy to help. UPDATE went in as a prenatal doctor is urgently needed- receptionists are JUST as rude in person- they need to be trained on how to treat people accordingly

The receptionists are rude and treat people poorly. Any time dr. Says he will have reception do something it's almost never done, more surprised when it is. Clinic should really think of rehiring new staff. Doctor is not interested in more them treating symptoms not finding the root of them. with the state of health care right now might as well die silently in my house, the smell will alert someone eventually.

This clinic is very well managed. The layout of the clinic has been thoughtfully designed for patients and staff. I've always recieved good care from most if the doctors and health care aides.

My Dr. here is amazing. But it's almost impossible to see him without weeks waits. I usually just end up in walk in. Reception has not felt super friendly, and in fact hung up on me this morning. ???? I get it's busy, but really?

Wait times here are horrible. Scheduling needs to be reviewed. I have always had to wait about 2 hours to get in for a scheduled appt. What's the point in making an appt?

Masks were not being required for visitors in the middle of a pandemic. The doctor I seen was very stubborn, and unwilling to listen. The front staff were nice enough. +1 star for them.

Offers walking great! even after telling i am in pain didn't gave any notice to see dr. khan, i was told i am 4th patient in row so i assumed probably 1 hour max.... but had to wait 2 hours, when i went back at front desk they said it will further take more than hour and when i said why i was not informed, lady at front desk got very defensive and said do not fight with me i didn't check u in.... moral of the story its better to go to emergency rather than walking into this clinic.. stupid staff...

First time I had to wait for 1.5 hour. 2nd time for almost 2hours. The worst part I guess is one of the receptionist : she s borderline rude. Happy with the dr I saw but overall It doesn t worth it.

Best clinic in Brandon. Wait times can be long but that's because most of the doctors here are thorough. The reception staff are friendly and will let you know the approximate wait time. Nurses on staff are all great as well, plus having a lab on-site is convenient.

The receptionist is so useless. She can't do her job right. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different walk in clinic who treats you with respect.

I love my Doctor, Dr. Gaiser-Edwards; she's great! Very attentive and easy to talk to. However, the receptionists there are very rude and condescending. It's a battle every time I need to make an appointment; it's not just a one-off, it's every single interaction I have with them. If I didn't love my Doctor so much, I would never go back.

Wait times can be long but honestly that’s just because of a lack of medical staff in the country, and each doctor/nurse has to take the appropriate amount of time with each patient. Honestly I never had an issue here and I’ve seen about 6 different doctors and about 6 different nurses at various times here.

To offset a long time sitting in the waiting room, when I get to the Clinic, I ask the Receptionist how many are ahead of me. If the Receptionist says "Three," I know I have roughly 45 minutes to go and run an errand, and come back. When I come into the Office the second time, the Receptionist sees me and says, "Don't sit down--you're next." By taking that time to run my errand, I'm not "taking up space" in the waiting room, I get my errand done, and then I can go on to something else after seeing the Doctor. At that point, waiting doesn't seem like such a "chore," anymore.

Honestly if I could give this clinic a 0 I would, if you are smart you will stay away from this clinic. I recently moved to brandon and had some previous medical work done and needed the results. Both myself and my boyfriend. We seen doctor Thames which I'm not sure if she even looks at any of the medical records she kept on asking me about my period And I no longer even have a uterus got quite irritated with her as she kept on saying in on several different occasions. Im a 37 year old woman who had a total hysterectomy 3 years ago.The boyfriend has thyroid issues and we've been waiting to find out what levels his thyroid is at but cannot get any information. middle of May if you were smart you will stay away from this medical clinic and go elsewhere we will not be returning to this medical clinic highly recommend you stay away from it. The receptionist know nothing about what they're talking about they are not allowed to give you any information as it is it a privacy issue where we come from in a small town it isn't as much of an issue I guess. The receptionist was abrupt and slightly rude. Again if you know what's good for you stay away from this Clinic if you don't want to wait months for results or even any answers all they did was waste our time. If you care about your health or your loved ones you stay away

Had to wait one hour in the waiting room for a walk-in plus half an hour in the actual office. We were told there's only 2 people ahead of us so we expected a quick walk-in. Had to leave because I didn't want to spend my whole Friday just to visit an incompetent doctor.

Dr. Blyth is the most incompetent doctor in Brandon. My health has improved drastically since I wiped my hands of him. I suggest all his patients do the same for their own good. Blyth won't mind. He's more interested in palpating Wheat Kings. ????‍♂️

Came into to book appointment for new baby, which I explained to the receptionist. She sent me away and said she'd call, her message said appointment should be for baby and not me. I clearly explained that to her but maybe she didn't hear me because she didn't look up from her computer once to talk to me. Very rude and condescending, I would have booked by phone but everytime I called I was on hold for 5 or more minutes and just hung up. First time there and when I'm done with this appointment, I'm never going back.

Would give this clinic 0 stars if I could, I just sat in the office for 3 hours waiting for my name to be called as I had booked an appointment a month prior. I finally gave up and left. I eventually called reception to see if I had the right date and time, was put on hold for 30 minutes. Eventually a receptionist answered my call and had said I had come at the right time and date. Showed no empathy for me sitting in the office for 3 hours waiting my turn. Was rude on the phone. Never going back.

The nurses and doctors are absolutely wonderful (5 stars) but the receptionists are horrible (0 stars). They are the most disorganized and rude individuals I have ever come across in the medical field. They lack compassion and are very rude in person and over the phone. They certainly give off the vibe that patients are an inconvenience. I have seen them yell at patients on numerous occasions and have left some patients in tears. If I didn't love my doctor so much I would leave this clinic.

I really like my doctor, she’s really friendly and understanding, she listens to my problems really well and helps my find the solution I need 5/5 stars for her. But as for the front desk… not so much 1/5 starts because they’re always cold and unfriendly towards people, also every time I need to make an appointment for my self or for clients I’m on hold for at least 45 minutes. Never less, sometimes longer.

I have asthma. I go to see a lung specialist. Some Specialists are at this Clinic summer at Brandon Clinic Etc some are actually in Winnipeg it just depends who you need to see.

Doctors are good, when you can get in. Evening (walk in) receptionists are super nice and helpful. There is one receptionist if you call during the day that is very rude and just not nice, slams the phone down in your ear.
