I had to reschedule my appt, because of school but now I got to wait several months to get my yearly cleaning done. Its always so booked, because they book ahead. I’m looking into next year for a simple cleaning. Good luck getting an appointment! :(

Dentist and hygeniest were great, but to really thrive as a business, your front end staff shouldn’t be demeaning, insulting and downright rude. Plus, be mindful that as a new patient, you have to pay for your first two visits up front (no direct billing to insurance??). Not sure what kind of policy that is, but those receptionists sure could use a lesson in how to talk to people and explain the policies thoroughly. “That’s the policy” isn’t good enough when you’re expected to shell out $300+ even though you have coverage.

Suffered trauma to my face, and one tooth and lip took brunt of fall. My visit at the clinic today dismissed any fears I may have had. Staff are professional and very compassionate. That sure goes a long way as we find ourselves in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I would gladly recommend your business!!

We have been going to this clinic for years now. Dr. Birks has been our family dentist. She has been great with is and our kids. She genuinely cares and provided excellent dentistry as well as showing patience and compassion. We have never had reason to complain about this clinic. Everyone there is great, from the front staff to the hygienists.

Called for an infected tooth for my son. They were amazing and got us in within the hour. Reception was very polite and helpful. Dr. birks and the hygienist we had (i didnt catch her name) were excellent, calming for my son, and have him on his way to no pain and an extraction... i am happy i took him there

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was so rude.. why should I spend my money at an office where they are going to treat me like im inconveniencing them.. I ended up just going to Victoria dental.. when I called the lady was very friendly... I can't believe how rude that lady was... So disappointing

While I respect and like the dentist we've been seeing after several unpleasant conversations with the receptionist I am not sure I want to continue visiting this office, the person I spoke too told me my reason for canceling my appointment wasn't a good reason and didn't end up canceling the appointments so when I went to make appointments later the same person said if I missed even one more I'd no longer be welcome when I had said to cancel well before the dates they just didn't think it was a good enough reason and I have a witness to the conversation as I had them on speaker so someone else could hear what I was dealing with they have a unwelcoming tone and it always sounds like you have inconvenienced them and that they have no time for your needs, they are rude and not willing to listen or take in what the clients needs are. I have had no idea who to talk to about these issues and they have been going on long before the pandemic I have just had enough especially when they took the same tone with someone I know and I now know I'm not the only one this was the only thing I could think of to address the situation currently

We see Martine (hygienist) and she is great! my son who’s 9 years old enjoys her service and she is a amazing with kids!! Jokes with them and is very pleasant to talk with as well. I definitely recommend her. Our dentist is Dr. Burks and she has always been very amazing as well! Kind and respectable doctor.

She went above and beyond. Very friendly people and my hygienist is also incredible. Dr Tran is very friendly and happy to answer questions with thorough answers. They do book up quickly so you need to call well in advance for routine appointments.

I had my dental cleaning with Martine Dec 1. I am so impressed with the pandemic protocols practiced and followed at Brandon Dental! I appreciate the time Martine takes to listen to me and her skill and expertise she takes with cleaning my teeth! We do not stop and realize how much extra everyone is doing in the dental industry to allow us to continue with our appointments and service during this pandemic - from all the extra safety measures to the change in practice such as manually cleaning of the teeth. Went smoothly considering Covid-19 protocols in place. Could not polish my teeth when cleaning or use water or air for procedures. Staff friendly and helpful. Well organized.

First of all the experience was terrible. The Hygenist I saw made ignorant racial remarks and did not listen when I explained I was feeling pain and explicitly told her to stop. I’ve been seeing my regular dentist for 19 years and until I came here I had NEVER experienced a more painful and unpleasant visit. On top of that I called to switch hygienists and when I explained the issue I had on my last visit it was trivialized and I was given the most fake apology “I’m sorry YOU feel that way.” no apology about my experience or anything else. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

This was an emergency visit. This staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I got in within a few minutes of my appointment time which was nice. With COVID-19 affecting us all, Brandon Dental has a good system (messaging) to get into the building and they followed all required protocols and then some. A great overall experience!
