Dr. Singh is my family doctor and she is so compassionate and kind. She listens and prescribes carefully. She looks after my 19 month old baby all the way up to my 75 year old father. You can tell she became a doctor and pharmacist for the right reasons! She genuinely cares and critically thinks about your health. We are so lucky to have her!

My doctor is great but the receptionists NEVER answer the phones, ever! I’ve been calling every day and each time after sitting on hold for like 10 minutes it just hangs up. No chance to leave a message or anything. Been calling for days and days can’t get a hold of anyone! RIDICULOUS that this can happen and so many other reviews state the same thing and nothing gets done about it!

Have been with this clinic and Dr Moody since I was a teen. All staff have been professional and courteous but it is also essential to be a reasonable and courteous *patient* to have this kind of experience for almost 40 years!! Seeing an oncall doctor has always been comforting as well, as it is most apparent that the doctors share a similar philosophy with family care. My entire family are patients, and have never had a negative experience with any of the staff. If I could give 6 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have been seeing dr Martino for over 23 years and it is an absolute nightmare trying to get an appointment in with him or his staff. He takes on too many patients/clients and rushes appointments, so I always feel extremely anxious going in to see him. I feel every time I see him I have to convince him of my own ailments... I would much rather go to a walk-in clinic and get charged than have to deal with contacting Queen Square Doctors. The phone staff are terrible, I've had many hang up on you for no reason, they'll pick up the phone and hang up after you've been on hold for 10+ minutes. They have little to no people skills and have no empathy towards patients. And don't even get me started on their Family Health Team...

Dr. is great but only complaint I have is every time you call in it takes 15-30 for someone to talk or answer. I've actually tested one day sitting in the office looking at the receptionist. I called it was not busy and they were just chatting she just put me on hold right away and continued chatting..That I hate but Dr. Garay is the best Dr, I've ever seen so guess its worth it.

Tried to get in to see my family physician, Dr. Thind, but the appointment clerk was rude and could not be bothered listening. Sad that front line staff can't be pleasant and shut up long enough to listen to a patient/customer long enough to see if there us a pressing reason for them being there. Love the Doctor but got to find somewhere else to go. Update : May/2021 After trying to get help for a leg rash from Dr. THIND in May of 2020 and having no help, he decided almost a year later that it was so serious that he had to take my license which was my employment, source of income and independence but still didn't consider it serious enough to help me with it even though the rash had become open sores and spread around my leg. Now without any income and isolated I have come to the realization that I was abandoned and ignored by my doctor and his team. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this unprofessional team if you need help. From my experience they are out to hurt rather than help individuals.

Dr. Varughese listens to concerns, explains and thoroughly investigates. He’s honest and will refer if necessary and follow up. Staff are friendly and helpful. Yes, wait times can be longer as expected during Covid. Appreciate that doctors and staff have been doing double duty at hospitals, clinics and long term homes. Great care at Queens Square and convenient healthcare options in one building!

The staff here are incredibly rude. They claim to help people with Mental Health but their staff are so rude on the phone and in emails that they are going to seriously make someone 'go crazy' as the receptionist said on the phone. My wife had correspondence one of the 'business managers' and she was awful! Very accusatory. Very unprofessional. My wife was very upset and shaken when she got off the phone with her. The receptionist are rude and short and do not listen to what you are saying. I would never step foot in the clinic. Stay away if you suffer from any type of mental health. They are not compassionate or kind. They will just speak down to you and make you feel worse and unwelcome.

I don't mind the waiting whether on the phone or when I arrive at the clinic; it's a busy clinic. The staff are great, highly efficient and they do the best they can. I love my Doctor, she's very understanding, approachable and most of all knowledgeable. The hours of the clinic are flexible, so it caters to people's busy schedules. I love how you can come in even though your Family Physician isn't around, another Doctor will take over. The place is clean and seats are plenty so patients can wait comfortably. One thing I'd say that needs improvement is their on-line booking, it's a bit confusing and not user friendly; please educate us more when using this platform. Other than that, I am very greatful that I am registered in this clinic.

Literally in tears from the way this office is treating me. My family has been patients of Dr. Thind for 5 years and because my kids had 2 no shows during that period and I had 1 they are refusing me as a patient. I had a medical procedure done there that is causing me issues now and they still refuse to see me. Mind you I also willingly and happily paid $50 for the non shows. Things happen, for 2 of them my kids woke up sick and I was tending to them totally forgetting. I have no problem calling to cancel if I am able to. Such a devastating experience.

I have had my family dr here since I was a kid and have been coming here for 30+ years. Always have had great interactions with every staff member here, very professional and courteous. The only downfall is sometimes trying to book an appointment first thing in the morning, if feels like you are trying to be the ninth caller at a radio station but apparently you can do it online now but I have not tried that option yet.

Dr Singh is a great Doctor, after Dr Lui retired it was an easy adjustment. But consistent to most of these reviews, the appointment center are horrible, ignorant, no compassion, rude. I have dealt with this office for over 30 years. Torn knee ligaments and the reception is telling me 10-14 days to wait for an appointment. Cluless, off to emerge again.

The phone lines have been busy for weeks to the point where a phone call won't even go through. Tried to call in to see the on-call doctor for days and I couldn't get through so I went in to make an appointment to be told that I should have called and I wasn't supposed to come in person. I understand being busy, but there are no systems put in place for this issue that been been prevalent for so long. The front desk staff are swamped with work resulting in them being snappy with patients. simply booking a doctor's appointment should not take this much effort.

I am so frustrated with the phone lines, I genuinely do not understand how I am suppose to book an appointment with my doctor, when I can't get anyone to pick up my phone, for FOUR days in a row. I always run into this issue and it is extremely unacceptable. Once the phone puts you on hold, it hangs up the call after waiting for 20 minutes. They also have an option to book appointments online, however your family doctor needs to "invite" you to be able to book appointments on the app. How is that going to happen, when I can't even get in contact with the receptionist to book an appointment. I live too far from the office to drive there just to book an appointment. I am so frustrated, and disappointed.

Been a patient here my entire life however it’s time to move on because they over book and over load themselves with too many patients. Waiting times to see your personal physician is 1-2 months and waiting times to be seen for your appointment can vary widely from right away to over an hour. The last straw was waiting over an hour for my appointment and watching people coming in 10 minutes late and being seen next. Done with this place.

You know-I'd love to give this office 5 stars-I really would. I'd love to say that this office is welcoming with friendly front desk staff but I can't. I have attended this clinic for 17 years and been a patient of Dr. Martino the entire time. Dr. Martino is a great doctor-he occasionally forgets to create requisitions ad things but I understand he is very busy. What I cannot understand is why the staff that answer the phones and work at the front desk feel it necessary to be condescending and rude. I find this mostly over the phone but in person isn't much better. I called there today to inquire if an xray requisition was ready yet (that I have waiting for since Monday-Dr. Martino forgot to create it and I have called each day since). She said back to be curtly, "what do mean "ready"? We email them". Her tone was very condescending and was upsetting to me who was simply asking if my paperwork is ready for me to seek an xray after falling down a staircase. Queen Square Doctors-please address these issues-I can see from other reviews that I am not the only person who feels this way. People go to the doctor for HELP-not to be patronized. I know you can do better...

Worst clinic in Brampton so far. I have no complaints against the doctors. But the staff.....We had a 7:30 am appointment, on a Tuesday. We were told to arrive at 7:15 so the nurse can check us in early. We came in at 7:10 and sat there in the empty waiting room till 7:35 when the first nurse arrived. After we were taken into the room we waited again till 8:01 when the doctor finally arrived. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never experienced this at another clinic. Not sure if I should call this laziness or ignorance, but waiting this long even after paying $300 is not acceptable at all.

My covid vaccine experience with this team was terrible. They never answered my phone calls and voice messages..Salman didn't inform me about the change in the location. I don't drive and they asked me to take taxi or bus to reach another location. And they asked me to stand in line to wait for an hour inspite of having an appointment at 945 am....very poor service by

The doctors are wonderful but most of the staff is horrendous. Dr. Grainger is my regular GP for over 30 years but I have seen Dr. Singh, Thind, Graham and Merker on call and have never had a bad experience. When I call in, I stay on hold for upwards of 10 mins at times. I have called from inside the office and watched staff talking to each other while my call was on hold. Now, the new automated system hangs up on you if no one picks up. By the advice of the staff, my pharmacy faxed in a refill request over 24hrs ago. Had I gone to see the on call doctor yesterday like I originally asked to do, I wouldn't be a day behind on getting rid of this infected cut. My advice, if you're looking for a new doctor try Wise Elephant. Again, the doctors here are great but you have to go through the unprofessional staff and annoying automated service to get to the great doctors.

The doctor I’ve seen here for the past 20+ years is incredible but the front desk staff need some training on customer service. There’s no patience or empathy whatsoever. The lady I spoke to today was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Despite speaking with her politely to make a request, she was short with me, cutting me off, and hung up on me mid-sentence. She needs another day job out of customer service as it’s clearly not her area of expertise.

Easy to get an appointment. Pre-covid, there was little wait time when waiting to see your doctor. During covid, front desk staff have been great at answering phones promptly and setting up telephone appointments. I’m happy to be a patient here, it is never a struggle to get through and set up an appointment. Dr. Merker is also an amazing doctor to myself and my daughter.

Was a patient of Dr. Leggett for almost 40 years. Went to see him regarding a suspicious mole on my back. He told me it wasn't a mole to worry about. A year later I moved to London and had it checked. Turned out to be cancer! Now I've had surgery to remove it and it spread into my lymph node under my arm. Going through cancer treatment. Don't ever see this doctor!!!!!

I am currently looking for a new doctor and office after what seems like years of declining service and rudeness at Queens Square. I agree with all of the comments about the poor quality of receptionists. First you have to hold for long periods of time regardless of when you call only to get a rude and clueless person 9/10 times. The reception makes everything a time consuming issue. They have forgotten to send my referrals to specialists leading me to have to babysit them and keep calling to check up on whether or not they have done their job. I have waited 6 months for a report I need to get additional care and they told me flat out it was up to me to call and check to see if they received it, that it was not their responsibility to notify me. To cap it off, just wait and see what happens if you want your own medical history or any documentation. Several of them have no idea what patients' rights are to their own information...they tell me I need the doctor's permission to my own medical information... LOL. They are very defensive and the first question is "Why do you want it, are you leaving?" Then they don't know which form you have to fill out to request it because that responsibility belongs to the information office which is only open during inconvenient daytime hours. When I asked a form to be left at the front desk so I could come after work and fill it out, the information office staff was incredibly rude saying they were against this... because apparently you need to be genius to fill out the form properly. They made the process of submitting a form take 2 weeks when it should take 10min and made me feel like how dare I ask for information that is my right to have. Some of the nurses are also clueless. The nurse brought in a test kit for a test I had done a month earlier because either they forgot to record it or they just couldn't be bothered to look at my chart and see I had already done it. The older doctors here are also just coasting until they retire, trying to cash as much money as possible before retiring. From the two doctors I have been treated by their mentality is "everything is fine, you are just spending too much time reading webMD". One of the doctors completely ignored my concerns about a medical issue and that led to further complications. I had to go to the hospital where I was told what he knew all along but failed to inform me because he is a coward and didn't want to admit his indifference to my concerns led to my condition. All around, for your own health and sanity avoid this place. I would give it 0/5 if I could.

This review isn’t for this clinic but for those respectable individuals who deserves to know the truth about this clinic. Especially about how unbelievably unprofessional their front staff is, credit goes to especially Natalia. For any sort of appt or request with the doctor you have to come in contact with these women in front and let me tell you, their unprofessional attitude will surprise you. Take few minutes and find a different location rather than being humiliated by their staff members. And clearly they won’t take any action jf you are disrespected because they are desperate and have no other choice than to keep these girls. They have ignored numerous surveys and reviews left on their websites regarding their unprofessional and condescending attitude.

Dr. Moody has been my family physician since I was a child, I find him to be a great doctor. I have had to see some of the other team doctors when Moody has not been available they have been very good as well. I do not know what I will do when Moody retires. Most of the staff I have found to be pleasant and helpful. Trust is paramount for me and I trust this team.

I have been a patient here for about 10 years. I absolutely love my doctor and pre-covid everything was great with even the front desk but lately it's been a disaster. Every time I have attempted to call to book an appointment I am on hold for 10-20 minutes and then the call cuts off or it says "there are no available agents in this queue" and it hangs up the call. I can never get my call picked up. I try to book an appointment online and it says I am not registered. I need to urgently see my family doctor and its impossible to get through to get an appointment. I don't know what's happening here but it's very disappointing. Health care is a priority and an essential service and it's impossible to access any care when you can't even get an appointment with your primary care physician.

Dr Moodey is AMAZING, So are the rest of the staff, although I also had a recent, small, problem, regarding my records, with one of the reception staff... Queens Square Doctors is a fantastic Clinic. It takes a really, tight, team to run smoothly like, the one they have at, Queens Square Doctors. There are quite a few Dr's who work out of that Clinic, hence there are a lot of patients that are from that clinic. Myself and/or family have known the Clinic since 1980 and would say they are the best around. I totally trust them.

I love the doctors there nothing but great. But the front staff is terrible. Awful. Every time you call your on hold 5-15 minutes before someone answers. Sometimes when u are on hold. The automatic will hang up on you saying to try calling back in a few minutes where u are put on hold again. When you are in waiting area there’s always at least 7 people working back there I don’t understand the issue. It wouldn’t be so bad if the staff were warm or sympathetic but just short and rude

I have been going here for over 20 Years. I personally hate going to the Dr's but anytime I do I feel welcomed. I'm fortunate enough to have a Dr there that has great bed side manner and cares what's wrong and doesn't guess. She calls you as well when you're panicking to put your mind at ease when results come back.

The receptionists at this clinic are rude, unprofessional, condescending and disrespectful . I’m surprised how they get away with it, on a daily basis. Calls are not answered, calls that have been answered are put on hold and then either they are not forwarding the message to the Doctor, or the Doctor doesn’t seem to think my health and concerns worthy of a response. Three times I called just last week alone after 20 attempts of hearing a recorded message. Once they hung up after hearing my voice, the second I was put indefinitely on hold and the third time I was told they would call back with my information but still have not. For some bizarre reason there seems to be a dearth of GP’s to take on patients as a family doctor in Brampton. I loathe my interactions with this clinic and have the misfortune of being stuck here till I find a new clinic.

I was a patient of Dr. Martino for 20+years until I moved to a different city....I cannot say enough about this team at Queen Square....Dr. Martino I miss being a patient... In the last 4 yrs I have had health concerns that the dr I had didn't listen to...by the time he did..the cyst was 25cm but 19cm by 12! Yes a complete hysterectomy Jan of this year. Staff always professional and very courteous. If I could give 10 stars i would!

This doctors office has become completely useless. Time to find a new doctor. After spending months trying to book an appointment, my phone appointment request was declined by Dr. Takhar's office. This is with even stating that my blood pressure medication has run out and wanting to discuss if the covid vaccine is safe with my condition.

I have been a patient in this office for 44 years and 4 different locations. Dr. Lui was my family doctor for 40 years and when he retired I was devastated. However, Dr Singh took over his patients and made the transition with compassion and understanding. Though I miss Dr Lui but glad to have Dr. Singh as my family doctor. Thank you to Queen Square Doctors for initiating Covid 19 vaccines to their patients. I received my first dose today and am looking forward to getting my second dose soon.
