Typical medical receptionist, horrible wait time at the start of covid for a call back, needed almost a day in advance, no emergency or irate system. Invalidates patients emotions and experiences would not recommend for new patients looking for a welcoming and inclusive space. For reference it’s been my family doctor for 18 years and I still do not feel like it’s a space I can go to for help.

Dr. Wudom is amazing he always listens to my concerns and doesn’t rush me out his office like other doctors. He is by far my favourite doctor. The receptionist are nice as well and this is the only office I trust with doing my blood test because they always find my vein on the first try. 10/10 service I highly recommend.
