Long wait hours , don't even have drinking water available for patients, waste of money and time . Only 1 doctor sees many patients so too much of a wait time. Don't expect them to do a third party billing , they just want money no hassle and no care for patients. So painful and disappointing.

My family doctor is great. She's always been professional and helpful. However, this morning when I called to make an appointment I was asked to provide a call back number. I told them to use the number they had on file. The receptionist went ahead and repeated a phone number that was not mine( it was my mother's #). Seeing as I never provided my mother's phone number as my primary phone number or at all, I was very confused as to why they decided to change the number on my file without consulting me. I am a fully grown adult. I book my own appointments. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. My privacy is not being taken seriously here.

You have to call multiple times at reception to speak with doctor and when you speak to the doctor , they are so in rush that after hanging up, they forgets to send prescription to pharmacy. Would really give them zero star if possible. Management really need to look into the service of their clinic .

I have been a patient of Dr. Puja Aggarwal since 2 years. She is one of the very best things that have happened to me in Canada. Dr. Puja really have true concerns for her patients and she make sure they receive the best service. One of the biggest examples, is the way she refers you to the specialist and you don’t wait for decades to hear back. Dr. Puja takes care of it, and she make sure referred doctors call back early in a week or a month max! I recently had a MRI appointment. The date i was given by hospital was 5 months after. Dr puja called me for a follow up and came to know its 5 months away and I didn’t even complain or said nothing. A day after I received a call from Brampton civic confirming my appointment is scheduled to next week. I have so many good positive experiences like this. I am not a person who usually writes review. But she deserves more than 5 star. I have encountered so many people who has very bad experiences with their doctors including my own fiancé. My fiance have been waiting for his ENT reference since a year. It is so clear that his doctor doesn’t care and she never even made a follow up appointment. I always try to pull my fiancé’s leg by saying how good doctor i have. Jokes apart, Doctor puja is the best and i am really lucky to have her! MY the god bless her!

Despite showing up 5 mins before appointment at 1:20pm, still had to wait for 55+ mins to be called and then further 20 mins to see doctor coming in . For a 110 seconds interaction, spent almost 1.5 hours with an appointment. Have seen walk in patients getting free before me. No satisfactory answer upon asking for reason. Got late for my next appointment.

I feel google should have an option of - 5* too. Waiting time is too long, staff is arrogant and doctors.... can not even explain. I generally avoid being here as much as possible because they are least bothered about your suffering. They just need your visit to make money. Doctors generally guide you to google the medicines. If you book apt your waiting time in lobby is minimum 1 hour and then they direct you to doctors room and you wait for another 45 min in room. And this is not just one time experience, it is experience for past 2 year. Total wastage of time, energy and money

Really incompetent staff. Doctor prescribed tylenol when my mom complained off tingling sensations on her extremities which is ridiculous. Not happy with the accountability of the doctors. They forgot to prescribe cholesterol meds which was prescribed by the doctor when she was admitted to hospital. I am really disappointed at the doctor's sense of knowledge and accountability. Its more about taking more patients than taking time with each patient. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO SIGN UP WITH THEM. PRESCRIBING TYLENOL IS NOT AN ANSWER TO EVERY DIAGNOSIS OR SYMPTOMS!!!!!

Extremely unprofessional & disrespectful reception staff...they do not want to listen but try to prove that they are always right. Dr.Amandeep, Dr.Janice, Dr.Grewal & Dr.Sethi are Amazing Doctors. But I guess the Frontline staff does not know customer service at all. Not only on one occasion but several times I have had this issue with the reception. I go there because they have really good doctors. Literally 0 stars for the reception &10 stars for the doctors.

Today I visited this clinic for the first at shy of 1pm today, later than I intended so I acknowledged I'd have to wait. I visited for walk in, and asked the lady at the desk how long the wait would be because I had to pick up my son for 2:15pm. She said there were 4 people ahead of me, so approximately 40m, I was fine with that. 2:05 pm arrives and my name is finally called. Absolutely ridiculous, a 1hr and 10m wait (not including waiting for the doctor inside the room. Not only was the wait long, I witnessed people that came 20/30 mins after me go ahead. At one point, I stopped a person that came after me to ask if they were walk in. They said yes. So the reception desk was putting people ahead of me. I went up to the desk to ask why they were sending walk ins ahead of me, and she rudely told me to go behind the guy that she had been ignoring at the reception desk for 5m. This is hands down my worst walk in experience. I normally go to B&C right above it, and at this time I'm still in and out 30m maximum. Frankly, that particular receptionist is incompetent and should not be in customer service roles. I won't be coming back here and I'll ensure to tell anyone I know not to come here. EDIT: Oct 6th 2021. I came back to update my review because of a new event relating to my visit. I visited the clinic for a requisition for blood work, but I didn't have an opportunity to go to Life Labs until today. I spent 40m driving out to Georgetown because everywhere else is booked solid. I get to my appointment 20m early and hand in my requisition... for them to tell me that this is not the right requisition. The problem? Northpoint's incompetent receptionist sent me off with SOMEONE ELSE'S requisition form. I didn't even think to double check because this has never happened to me before, in all my years of getting requisitions. So I'm standing here with someone else's private medical information (health card number, address, phone number, what they're getting tested for), and that means someone else got my requisition. I may not know the rules surrounding patient confidentiality but I'm 100% sure she broke it by doing that. I will be contacting the health ministry to let them know about what occurred today. I'll repeat for a 2nd time, DO NOT GO HERE.

Just switched family doctors to Dr. Janice here. Facilities are clean, reception is super friendly. The nurse that helps people get to their rooms and does blood tests etc. is an amazing person and always is super nice. The rest of the team here is also great with Dr. Guninder also being a great doctor during walk-in visits! Never super packed either but I kinda expect that to change as the years go on. Tends to happen with most doctors in the GTA.

This clinic never answers the phone! I always have had to follow up on referrals. They either send it to the wrong place or there is missing information and then the wait time to see a specialist is longer. Another thing I have noticed is they push you to book phone appointments rather than see the doctor in person! The Dr also rushes through the appointments and stands up to tell you they are done answering your questions and if you have more concerns book another appointment! They don't entertain more questions but love to make more appointments so they can bill again!

Came to the walk-in clinic here today for the first time and was very impressed. The reception staff were nice and the waiting area seemed very clean. The doctor that saw us was super friendly and knowledgeable, as were the nurses. What stood out most to me was that all the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which speaks volumes about the good management of this clinic. I'll definitely be returning to this clinic in the future.

Dr. Snape has my doctor for quite some time... I moved out of province and he filled out my scripts for a few months until I got a new Medicare number in New brunswick. Now that I have my New Brunswick Medicare number, and by the way there's a shortage of doctors in New brunswick. Dr Snape will not refill my meds...I have made multiple attempts to call to get my anxiety meds and he has not responded to me. I've spoken with all three of his stuff and they just give me the runaround. They say he's going to call me and he never has. I used to have a high regard for Doctor Snape. But now that I'm out of province and cannot get a family doctor here he will not even return my calls. I guess money is more important to him than refilling his patients anxiety meds.

I met Aryan at the front who was very professional and polite and helped me get in as a walk in so I don't have to leave to come again the next day. I met Dr Mani. Very polite and kind. Dr Grewal and Dr Amandeep are the best doctors in this area. Very knowledgeable and listen to you carefully. They never rush and always make you understand why they are giving you prescription or required tests. Other doctors I've seen during Walk In appointments are also good. In last couple of years the wait times have increased significantly. Sometimes it takes couple of hours.

I went here for the first time for a doctors note, I think I checked in at like 10:10am and I had my doctors note signed and paid for at 10:30am. The doctors note was only 15$ and I am very happy with this clinic. I will be going here again when my regular clinic is closed.

I was treated by Dr. Amandeep Singh in the walk-in couple of days ago and Dr. Manpreet Singh in the walk-in recently for a follow up. I had to write a review for everyone to know, how fabulous the clinic is in the respect of listening to the patients and really care with a deserving attention. Not so keen on "first impressions matter" but I may now believe in it. Front desk was compassionate enough to their highest with a smile and warm welcome on their busiest day. Very rare to find this scenery..pretty much at any clinic in this town. Such little things matter. I was given a proper attention by Dr. Amandeep Singh in my first visit. He is a good listener and understands your symptoms with a great energy to rectify the problem. Despite of the lineups to which I had noticed in the waiting room, I was surprised of quick turn. He speaks great volume of knowledge and one can feel comfortable easily. I wanted to sign up under his practice as a new patient as I am new in town but sadly, his practice is full. Hence, I was referred to Dr. Manpreet Singh. Dr. Manpreet Singh is a new gem to this corner of a town as he can be your buddy while giving you caring vibes at the same time. Instantly felt comfortable while talking to him and explaining my symptoms to him as one should. Time matters to him and as it should and must to every doctor. Some of the negative reviews left here baffles me to the point where understanding their reasons would be interesting. Sure, I may not know the whole story or picture behind their harsh opinions but one thing I know for fact is that I have not seen such a proficient staff or fantastic doctors anywhere else. One has to be patient to receive a good virtue, after-all; we are all named patients for a reason. I am absolutely happy with my received care here.

The doctors office is great however the doctors almost never take appointments . They are always just doing walk-ins which is extremely frustrating. Would not recommend for a family doctor only walk ins as it is nearly impossible to ever get an appointment.

WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN. I would never recommend this clinic. Waiting for somebody pickup the phone takes forever. They can hang up phone call after u waiting for 45 min and u need to wait another 30-45 min in line to just only book an appointment so doctor call u back on next day even if u calling about your doctor forgot to do his job. This is not normal! Especially dr manpeet singh! This guy is not professional at all, very lazy, and don’t care about his patients. I’ve had a pain in my ribs after sport accident, he told me to go walk in clinic. Why are you than my family doctor? For my wife he forgot to send referral. We’ve been waiting for a call for 2 weeks, nobody call us. So we decide to call back to doctor many. And again 40 min on phone just to book appointment with him. Told us to wait until next day. I’m done with this unprofessional clinic and useless doctor!

The doctors so far have been ok but the staff is SO incompetent ! I was diagnosed with a urine infection and for that the nurse on duty (Filipino, short, with curly hair probably named Rovina) was asked to collect a sample. She labeled it incorrectly with wrong information about my Name and DOB and date of specimen submission and the Lab obviously trashed the specimen because they could find no record of any such patient. As a result I ended up having the wrong antibiotics one round and then another round of the correct one. If you MUST go to Northpoint ask your doctor if you can get a prescription from them to go to LifeLabs (their lab which is right above their office in the same building) yourself and deposit your sample there instead of at the doctor's office.

This clinic is focussed on making money, please check your health card, it may have been charged without you been visiting there physically. Honestly, they don't deserve a single star. But I have no choice but to award it a star. Nobody answers the reception phone. I've been calling the number for 5 days, more than 10 times a day and only the answering machine comes in. 2 years ago I made the same claim to the company, they offered to improve the service, but unfortunately every time the reception service is worse, with employees who are not interested in the satisfaction and happiness of the client. I went in with my new born baby to see Dr Manny Singh,he was totally unprofessional in the way he attended to US,he left the consulting room without any notice while we were attending to our baby who was not even a week old,the baby was crying and i try to feed the baby when he came back and saw me feeding the baby, he said we should go home and feed the baby,how can someone in the medical field lack so much empathy?After we questioned his behavior,he arrogantly told US we should go find another family Dr,I have never seen that level of arrogance and unprofessional-ism in my life not even in less developed countries,another Elderly Doctor came and said if we are not satisfied with their services,we should leave and go find another Doctor,he clearly stated he is not interested in whatever happened between us and Dr Manny,those guys should not be in business,they have completely messed up the medical profession,he left his office without letting us know and that it was wrong for me to have attended to my baby while she was crying,while we were still trying to get over his attitude,he walked out on us leaving us in the consultation room.it's over,I will he never step my feet into that clinic and I will not recommend this clinic,they are all bunch of insane people.

I have never posted reviews anywhere but I needed to let others know what service to expect from this place. One star is far too much to rate their empathy and concern,especially in their line of work. Each time I dial the number I'm given a number in line 17, sometime 13 if I'm lucky. The front desk clerks argue with me over calling me back but I didn't pick up however she did not leave a message but it was logged that a call was made so dont mind that I still didnt have a set appointment. Now appointments need to be made one week or more in advance, dont mind if you have an urgent concern, call back the following day to book appointment because it simply can not be booked today. My advice- Find somewhere else to be treated like a patient because you are only a number at this clinic.

I have been to the clinic before and had good experience with front desk staff, though Dr. Amandeep is rude. I will agree with previous posters, Dr. Amandeep is very rude and impatient and has bad listening skills...no empathy towards the patient or their concerns... He was extremely rude towards my elderly mother and kept on putting her down. He was pushing us to sign up with Dr. Many as a family doctor and when we reminded him that he told us that a lady doctor will be joining soon and we are waiting for her to join, he asked us who told us that a female doctor is going to join. When we reminded him that he told us during our last visit, he got angry and asked us to go with Dr. Manny. In my limited interaction, he seems to have good medical knowledge, though he lacks empathy, listening skills and seems to have mood swings from day to day.... Not going back to him again .....

9 doctors, about 4-5 phone lines I think and 3 staff at front desk. Heavily understaffed but hopefully not underpaid! Attn to Manager/Owner: Your phones are joke, an absolute nightmare; specially during these tough times for everyone, but don't tell me that you don't make enough revenue to overhaul the system and provide the betterment for your staff and for yourself, including with getting more help! Unsure if they have changed the system to which they promised me..about 2 years ago, if I recall!! Also, if they can edit "New doctor taking new patients and Covid Alert" on their website, they cant edit or change this line: "We are not currently making appointments via email!" Email is the only way I have been communicating with the amazing staff since past few months and they are rapidly better than functioning phones at any other place! Says everything about the management/owner's intention of providing excellent customer service. This clinic is always busy with their phones. Always! TRUST ME, when I tell you that you don't want me to upload my screenshots of hold times. No wonder the staff is getting flak about everything. Ironically, the saving grace of the clinic is staff too as they are the ones who answer for everything and handle the flow.

Front desk was proficient, but not friendly. Waited two hours to be seen. Although the doctor was approachable, I was misdiagnosed and the delay in treatment for the correct illness is why I'm laying here in extreme pain. What's funny is that when I complained to friends about my symptoms, they knew exactly what it was...go figure...

I called the clinic the day before and was advised that Dr. Manpreet Singh was accepting patients and I am in need of a family doctor. I was advised of his walk in hours so I came in during that time to see him. I explained to him my medical history and my current medical concerns and his response was "there is a clinic across the plaza, they are accepting patients so you should go see them. I don't know you so I won't be able to help you". He turned me away as a patient, did not even bother to assess my current medical concerns and as I was crying in the office he literally just walked out without saying a word and saw the next patient. I have never met a doctor so arrogant, rude and heartless.... He could get himself into a lot of trouble if he turns away a patient and they lose their life because of his negligence. Don't waste your time there. I waited two hours for nothing. No solution, no answers, just a recommendation that I visit the clinic across the plaza because "they might be willing to help you there".

I took my 1.5 year old daughter to see Dr. Manpreet Singh during the walk in hours. She was complaining of ear pain and I wanted to ensure it was not an infection. Dr. Manpreet Singh refused to see her because she had a runny nose a few weeks ago, even though we all tested negative for covid. He was SO rude to me and my daughter, I have never experienced such a behaviour from a professional let alone a family physician. TAKE YOUR FAMILY CARE ELSEWHERE.

Every one walking out of clinic with frustration of waiting. Don't know what they are doing? First they said 3 people ahead of me then after half an hour they said 4 people ahead of me. Then said 3 people and then said 1 people. 7 people gone in after that and still their answer is 1 person ahead of me. 2 hours of wait. Everytime we visited this month 2 to 3 hours wait. Family doctor not available and no one to cover them. You have to wait.reception staff is very rude with answer. If I can give them -star I will do so.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am beyond disappointed with this place. If my family doctor was not here I would never go back. But at this point I am considering finding another one because I can't even reach anyone here for a simple prescription refill. Dr. Grewal if you are reading this - the customer service is not professional. I called over and over. I was put on hold for nearly 45 minutes. See attached photo. This is after being put on hold twice before for 15 minutes at a time. I don't even know why I waited this long but what can you do when you need your prescription. The lady who answered my call did not even listen to me but put me on hold right away. Therefore cutting me off! That is NOT the way to do it. I've worked at places with higher call volume and IT IS MANAGEABLE. I have never put anyone on hold for more than 5 minutes. If I had to I would at least check in see what they need and let them know if it would take me more time to address their request. This place is so unprofessional I'm not sure how this lady was hired as a receptionist. Extremely disappointed and if changes are not made I don't see myself or anyone I know sticking around. I still don't have my prescription refill... at this point no one is answering my calls. Not to mention - my pharmacy requested the prescription days ago so I am having to follow up on something that should've been faxed over by now!

The receptionist is very rude. She has no sense on how to talk to patients. My husband and son went to the clinic to see a dr at around 8pm. The open sign was on that's why he went in. But the lady at the front desk told him "Don't you see we are closed for walk ins" on that my husband said your open sign is on and she said there are timings written there. And there are no timings written on it and he told her. He said that's fine you can say it nicely that you're closed instead of saying that "Don't you see " on which she just smiled instead of apologizing.

So I showed up on time at 940 for my appt with my family doctor. Other people that had appointments with the same doctor (I confirmed) were called in before me. Someone at 1030 was sent in by 1015 and I was STILL waiting. I asked why, and they said they marked me as late which I was not at all because I was cautiously watching the time. then they made an excuse that he has only one room, but he clearly had two when I saw him finally. Front staff said they’d “let the doc know” and regardless of my complaints still let people go in front of me. How is it fair that I’ve been there since 940 and someone coming in at 1015 for their 1030 appointment goes in before me?!! I was so livid. So much inconsistency between the front desk staff and the two Filipino nurses that placed at least five people over me. She even said “you were late so I had to put people,” when I actually was not!! I’d been waiting there since 940. Finally I ended up seeing the doctor over an hour later!!!! Honestly, super unorganized and pretty unsanitary, the urine samples are placed by various people in the bathroom in that cubby where the door is left open and when it gets busy there’s often one left there. Between people coming in and out no one wipes down that cubby and area where strangers place their urine samples. Also this Creates room for error cus no labels on the samples prior. Overall this was an absolute horrible experience I would NOT suggest this clinic. Avoid.

This facility is very clean and tidy, and I don't know what I would do without my family doctor! My problem lies with the poor phone lines. Ever since the pandemic hit and I've been doing telephone appointments, I've had to make calls for appointments and have sat on the phone waiting to speak with one of the receptionists for upwards of 30 minutes. I hope that they can perhaps hire more reception staff to relieve these wild wait times, since I've had to wait way too long just to be on the phone with the staff for a minute or two.

It was a my first visit to this medical centre and it was a bit of a wait to see a doctor. I saw Dr. Lisha Sethi and I was impressed. She is a very compassionate, caring and capable doctor. I was in so much distress when I went to the office but this doctor is a good listener. On top of that she knows her stuff! If I were still living in Brampton I would have wanted her as my family doctor.

I feel disrespected. I dont know about the other doctors there but with him it was the worst medical experience I've had yet.

I saw the young dr at the walking and i had some pain in my neck and i had prescription and i told him not helping me he said take tylenol with it which is very harsh on your liver . They dont care if you destroy your liver just keep and intakig medication that doesnt help

Front desk staff/ receptionist is horrible- I agree with the other reviews. I was in the waiting room and a patient came in to book an appointment. English was not his first language and the girl at the front desk was horribly rude to him. He left since he could not see a doctor. But then the 2 girls at the front desk started imitating and mocking him with total disregard for the other patients sitting there. Their attitude on the phone is no better. They are impatient and always interrupting. They should understand that the people coming in or calling in are in need of help and don’t deserve to be treated like trash. No one does

The front desk is absolutely horrible! You call right when they open and you will be caller number 20, or sometimes 30 etc. I called this morning and I was caller number 19, I waited until I was caller number two for so long and then it pushed me right back up to caller number 18. There is seriously something wrong with her call waiting system. I have been trying to get an appointment for over a week and no one will take my call.

The doctor was rude, not empathetic, and did not seem confident at all as she kept looking for medical advice from her computer screen. I don't think anyone competent works here. The front desk staff consistently screw up my appointments and the wait times are insane every time I'm there—even when I make an appointment first thing in the morning. I've been calling the clinic for two days trying to get information about a referral they were supposed to make for me two weeks ago and my calls go straight to voicemail every time. The one time I actually spoke to a person, I was told they'd call me back but they never did. Avoid this clinic at all costs. Dealing with them is a headache.
