By far the worst experience I have had at a walk in clinic. I understand that clinics get busy - tis the season! That’s why I called at 9am to book an appointment for noon. Only reason I did this is because the woman working at the front the last time I was there told me to do so since I only have 30 mins for lunch. So I went ahead and did what she said and when I get there another woman tells me that it’s over an hour wait and that if she had talked to me herself she would have told me not to come.. The woman who took my call and JUST confirmed my appointment when I walked in just sat there and said nothing. So irritated. I have strep throat and a nasty fever «I get it several times a year » and just wanted to get some antibiotics. Regardless, we are all there because we are sick. Your clinic needs to clarify amongst each other what is and is not allowed. I will not be back to this clinic. Service at the front is too inconsistent.

Although the wait is long, especially if later in the afternoon because it's also a walk-in clinic, the doctors are excellent, friendly and concerned about their patients. Advise booking appointments earlier in the day.

Been over an hour since my scheduled appointment and still haven't seen the doctor. Receptionists says we're next but then they keep taking walk ins that came in after my appointment time. Do not recommend at all.

The gynecologist is very good, but the time management is worst, everytime they give you appointment and you have to wait minimum one hour after your appointment time.

this is a clinic that accepts walk ins so right away you know you will have to wait..its to be expected but regardless of that the staff is nice and the doctor took his time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I have no issues with this clinic and I would recommend it.

Came to write a review about my experience. Not surprised to see many others with the same bad experience. The doctor was so rude for absolutely no reason. Especially to my 5 month old baby. My first bad experience here the doctor misdiagnosed my baby because he refused to listen to me. Kept telling me to google…. Lol even though i 1000% knew my baby didn’t have what he was claiming. And that was confirmed by a different doctor as i went to get a second opinion. Now my visit today he was so rude and dismissive and saw us for literally 2 seconds. If you don’t like people why are you in a profession dealing with people ??? This is ridiculous. I’ll take my services elsewhere because i really don’t understand why everyone is experiencing the same whether its the front desk or doctors and nothing is being done about it. 0/10 would not recommend. Go somewhere else where you’ll be treated like a human with respect.

The doctor/gynaecologist was very nice and professional, however the front desk staff were not. 2 out of 3 nurses were not wearing their masks, coughing and sneezing with them off. There is a sign before you walk in that states you must wear a facial covering or mask with in the building so I’m not sure why they’re exempt from this rule. All while laughing about patients and talking with eachother as if they’re the only ones there. They have consistently told me the wrong date of my appointments over the phone and expect you to triple check your emails and call them to make sure you have the right day. Not the best experience especially during COVID

I am not racist but the Person on the Front Desk need to be replaced. We reached before our appointment time. While checking she swipe the Health Card and told 2 Hrs waiting time and threatened us too that if You Leave Now will have to pay $ 100.00 . ?????? 5 stars go directly to Dr Zaidi. Management and administration have gone to pots. Wait times are much longer than they used to be. There seems to have been an influx of people lately. Making an appointment is no longer worth it as you will only be dumped in with the walk-in queue. Not sure if your family Dr is one of these doctors, if your appointment would stick. Driver exams cost $100 here whereas they're $60 everywhere else.

Go somewhere else! Here's why. The receptionist is unprofessional and uneducated on health cards. Tried to tell me the red and white one was expired. 30 minutes in, finally another person helped her and ran my card to see in fact, it is valid. Then waited another hour and a half, watching other patients that walked in after me, get seen before me. I heard these people say they did not have an appointment. How does that happen? When I questioned her about it, she said there were still 2 patients ahead of me. I had to call my mom to come get my two year old, because even though I came armed with tons of things/toys for him to play with, he is still a 2 year old, and he was tired of being in the same place. Finally saw the doctor for him to tell me in less than a minute and a half, that there is nothing wrong my sinuses. Take some Tylenol cold and sinus if I want. Thanks. Just thanks. Two and a half hours wasted for that. I expected a wait time, but this place was ridiculous. Again, just go somewhere else.

I made an appointment for my 11month old son who has been sick for 2 weeks. Waited over an hour to see a dr who was friendly but felt dismissive. He told me my son had a "lingering viral infection" and to just use salinix. No a few days later I've seen my own dr as he hasn't gotten any better .My son actually has an ear infection and pneumonia!

This is one of the most terrible walk in clinics I’ve ever been to. I’ve been consistently going here for years because I live across the street and every. Single. Time. It’s been such a horrible and rage inducing experience. The nurses at the front desk ignore you and when they don’t theyre disengaged and incompetant. The wait times are ridiculously long because they only have 1 or 2 doctors on shift. They don’t take people in the order the came but rather which ones they want to deal at that time and leave you waiting as long as they feel like it with no information as to whether or not you’re next or how long it will take. When you get into the doctors room, they make you wait EVEN MORE. I waited 2 and a half hours in the waiting while everyone went ahead of me, constantly asking about my place in line and getting back a dismissive response. Then they made me wait another 45 minutes in the doctors room until a doctor came in who asked me 2 questions, made me pee in a cup, and then LEFT ME WAITING AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. They’re uninformed and disengaged and they could care less about your wellbeing. They refuse to acknowledge or listen to the issues you came there for and try their best to get you out of there without prescribing or providing any solutions. Their whole system is arbitrary and disrespectful and they have no sense of professionalism. This is THE worst clinic I’ve ever been to and I’m saying that sitting here in the doctors office for the past half an hour while the doctor and the nurse chit chat and no one is doing anything. They treat you when they feel like it, I would highly recommend anyone to complain to and about this place, it’s a disgustingly horrible establishment.

Listen DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! the staff is horrible! The front desk staff is horrible! They show absolutely no concern for you…it’s mind blowing how cold and disrespectful they are over the phone and when you coming in for assistance….I was in so much pain and the staff showed absolutely no concern didn’t even try to help I hate this place! I am very disgusted by the service I have received by the front office. I called to have my prescription faxed to my pharmacy which I have always done, the lady at the front desk proceeds to tell me that this is not allowed and that I have always come in person to refill my prescription. I called the next day and another person tells me that their process has now changed and the Dr requires me to come into the clinic for her to write me a prescription refill I book an appointment,leave work early and seat in the waiting room for a full hour and then the lady in the front desk hands me a prescription and tells me I can leave, I have not seen a Dr and and my vitals have not been checked, they have swiped my healthcard and will obviously charge the government for this visit when I did not see a Dr. Save to say I will be moving my file and will never deal with these people again. It is quite sad as Dr Ngambia is a good Dr and I actually like her as a person, the people who have however been hired to handle administrative duties on her behalf are nothing short of incompetent and should be audited as their processes are leave much to be questioned.

I had the worse experience with receptionist . I was in a lot pain and asked receptionist very politely to transfer me to the doctor on call. Instead pf helping sge ignored me and suggested me to go to the hospital. I didn’t call her to ask what should i do she is being so rude to the patients without realizing that someone can be in very serious condition. I really want to request to the clinic to change theire receptionist service So it will be helpful for people.

Wait time is more than the usual wait times comparing to other clinics...Doctors overlook patients complains..One doctor diagnosed eczema for my 6 yr old son while he had some fungal inf on face..my son suffered like anything because of the wrong diagnosis.

Terrible receptionist. Not helpful at all. Dismiss you very quickly and you will wait wait minimum an hour. Once was made to wait 4 hours just to obtain signature from doctor. Doctor himself is very nice and kind. But the rude, unprofessional reciptionists make this somewhere I come only as a last resort.

Horrible receptionist , not sure whom I spoke with but it was a female , I could hear a Caribbean accent to her she told me to expect a call several times & never called me back trying to ignore my reason of calling, the reception here fell off horribly , my sister once worked for the clinic & around the time I never had to make any type of complains with the reception there. Just seems like people don’t really want to be there.

This place is ridiculous. They’re so unorganized. Do not come here for prenatal care. They have you wait hours past your actual appointment time in the waiting room with walk-in patients that are sick. Every appointment I’ve had here only takes me 5 mins but I wait almost 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Poor service, will not return. I was referred to this clinic by my GP, and received my appointment date and time a week in advance. I waited an hour and twenty minutes before being seen. When I was called into the exam room, I waited ten minutes. The doctor then took my medical history before leaving for another ten minutes, only refer me elsewhere. I can appreciate that each appointment takes a different amount of time depending on patient need, and that front desk staff are not able to provide the most accurate wait times; however, I did not appreciate being told dismissively, "two seconds" each time I asked.

dr zaidi is the worst doctor. a doctor needs to care for his patients. a doctor must do his best to treat his patients. he hates sending you for tests. i got so much negative things to say about him but i wanted to make point short. i don't know why so many negative feedback's for the receptionist!. the receptionist have always been extremely friends to me. dr, isakomi is very nice but unfortunately i have to deal with dr ziadi because he made himself our family doctor when he came to this location. i am looking around for a new good family to care for me and my family.

Dr. Zaidi is the worst family doctor we ever had. My famil had bad experience with him. I don't understand why he was very reluctant to write a diagnostic test, prescribe drugs, and to request for undergarment stocking and other covered by company insurance, instead he advised us to buy if we it need it. What kind of thinking was that? it is our benefits and he wanted us to spend money from our own pocket. He was not even reading our file, he doesn't care at all.

Not a great experience. Doctors at this place don't seem to care about patients (I saw Dr Zaidi three times). Came in originally due to a severe injury I sustained to my knee. This was a month after something heavy fell on my leg. Doctor sent me for an x-ray and said he found no problems so it must be fine. Ended up waiting another two months and still couldn't walk properly and noticed the injury wasn't healing. Went to see the Doctor again who sent me for an ultrasound this time - said he didn't see anything wrong in the scan and said there was nothing he could do and I had to do physiotherapy for it to heal. After almost a year my leg still was giving me problems. Went to a physiotherapist and did 2-3 months of rehab only to have my leg give out on me at work moving something which resulted in another injury to my leg. The physiotherapist I was dealing with told me I had to go back to the doctor and get another ultrasound to see if there was further injury to the area. Ended up going to see Zaidi one more time. Waited almost three hours in the waiting room to see the doctor who spent less than 5 minutes seeing me. The entire time he acted like I was wasting his time and never took one second to look at my leg that was still severely swollen from the previous day. Was basically spoken to in a condescending tone the entire time and told there as no point in doing another ultrasound and that the only thing he could do was was refer me to a specialist. I was told his office would follow up with me in a few days but that was about 2 months and no one bothered to call me or follow up with me. Going to this doctor has been a waste of time and I'd have to be dying before I'd go here again. It's now been over 15 months since the original injury and my leg still gives me problems. I don't know what to do at this point but try to live with it. If you have any serious problem just find somewhere else to go and don't bother with this place. This is what happens when doctors care more about money than helping their patients. I'd give this place zero stars if possible.

The doctors are sweet. Only thing wrong with the office is the receptionists. They'll always give you attitude. You'll wait minimum an hour for a refill paper, you over pay for doctors notes, files and all that. Don't waste your time by coming here

Horrible experience if you get referred here due you self a favor and change it right away . They book you in bulk 123 people at same time and you will have to wait 1 to 2 hours to get seen . I git my appointment by 8:50 am . Waited outside my car due to covid for 10 minutes...I called back just so the receptionist can tell me .."if u wanted to be seeing by the doctor you would have to wait another hour because there was 3 people in front of me and the doctor starts at 9 am so she wasnt even in yet .

Horrible. I was being ignored because of a personal choice. I waited about 1 hrs 45 mins. Just for them to keep telling me, he’s too busy and I have to wait for him to call me back. The first called the reception told me the doctor was calling me but I didn’t receive no phone call from them at all. The worst part, I was sitting in my car watching people going in and out less than 20 mins. The last reception what she was telling me was so illegal going against human rights. And all I wanted was help get a refill for one of my medicine. I end up going to different place, which I had no problem.

Appointments are never on time and never within 15 minutes. You always have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to be seen. Staff are disorganized, and have no ability to follow appointment schedule and they do not care. I have asked on several occasions why bother making appointments if they are not respected? Doctors are inefficient and have no respect for their patients time. They have no follow up or follow through ability, after one incident of failure to do their job I never went back. The clinic should be closed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Dr. Zaidi gets a 5 as he is patient and very caring. I am giving 2 stars because of the front desk staff who seem to lack knowledge regarding the process of referrals, calling back when they say they will and just overall following through.
