The worst service I've ever received at a heath care facility. Made me wait an hour on top of what they initially told me. Both girls at the desk were extremely rude and condescending when I inquired as to why my wait time was as such. Eventually I just left because I hadn't seen the doctor yet...who by the way showed up 30 min late.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would do it without hesitation. I waited 2 and a half hours to see a doctor that wasn’t even in! The receptionist didn’t even care to mention this little important detail. I called in first to see if getting a skin tag removed here required an appointment or if I could walk in and the receptionist said I could walk in. Two and a half hours later and guess what? Doctor tells me he can’t do it because he doesn’t remember how. Waste of my time! I should have listened to the 1 star ratings.

I seriously was very hesitant coming in this clinic due to the poor ratings. BUT the staff, the nurses, and Dr. Dabilly are the really nice! They were able to accommodate me of my needs. The waiting time is not the worse.

Worse walk in clinic I have ever been too Went to get my ear checked - given antibiotics - went back 12 days later as the ear was still bothering me Was told I had a pallid in my ear - nothing she was concerned about but would NOT give me antibiotics Was there when they opened at 11 - waited 45 minutes in the waiting room I waited 45 minutes in the examination room - was told she saw 8 patients prior but I was #6 - as I counted - They NEVER keep their "waiting time" up to date WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN

I'm giving a five star review because my family Dr. is the absolute best, Dr. Baumander. Although the receptionist can be a bit nicer you have to realize they are human and get frustrated as well. But overall I have no complaints.

The doctors office MCI in the city centre mall they are not welcome in medically exempt individuals such as myself Hopefully they update their guidelines in the future to help individuals such as myself who are medically exempt Sad what the world comings to can’t help me out because I’m can’t not wear a mask

I normally don’t post reviews but this place is terrible, I could hardly talk, had an extremely high fever and my tonsils were swollen with spots, I was in a lot of pain as well...obviously signs of an issue,the doctor sent me home with nothing and swabbed my mouth, three days later I’m horribly sick I called to see if anything came back and the nurse said yes 2 days ago you need to come in you have strep throat, they are horrible at what they do and there wait time was 2 hours AVOID THIS PLACE!

The walk in clinic organization system is terrible. Patients are standing outside and calling the receptionists and no one bothers to pick up phone. My suggestion is that, they should have a token system installed to ease the traffic. On the other hand the doctor was pretty good.

Been going here off and on since December. I've been sick and no doctor here seems to know what I've have. Went today and the doctor told me "God only knows what you have. Do you know how many viruses are out there?" So he gave me a prescription for allergies and extra strength Advil and told me to steam water and cover my head and enjoy the steam. There was also a cotton ball with blood on it on the floor (must have been from other patient), when my fiancé told the doctor about it, he told him "it's fine." So I'm still sick and have no idea. I'm definitely not coming back and finding another doctor.

Went in with my daughter at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. Front desk staff were all friendly. After 30 minutes we were in to see the doctor. This is the second time I've seen this doctor (the first was at least a year ago) but he remembered me (and personal things we discussed, not in my file). He was patient, took time to talk to my daughter, and was very sweet and kind.

Misleading information for people seeking consultation. Worst service. They said they were open on th web page & by phone, but we get there turned out that a Dr. will call you and you didn't need to go to the office. We understand it's COVIDs time, but c'mon people need accurate information MFs. Don't even vome close to this people! Please stay away!

The postive : nice reception. The negative : the Doctor I engaged with was unprofessional, disheveled and lazy. Did not wear gloves prior to my examination, changed his diagnosis 4 times during the visit I requested a cold pack, instead they gave me a small packet of unknown solution that was not cold and they allowed one of their friends who arrived after me, to be seen before me despite a 3 hour wait. I strongly recommend ANY Walk-in clinic besides this one.

Corrupt, untrained pieces of garbage working here. NOT DOCTORS! My friend's company (and 2 others I've heard of) pays them to give passing WSIB physicals to injured employees. I've been to school with this type of "Doctor". Six of them, actually. Stay away. Stay out of Brampton to be safe. I live here and would never trust my health to a Brampton "Doctor".

Receptionist don’t give a damn about the patients. They Dont know how to do their job... all I was told was they don’t know what the day shift receptionist did, so call during the day. This was after my 3rd visit of trying to tell them that my specialist has not received a referral.

The nurse Michelle and clerk were very nice. I was seen by Dr Sharma who was an older gentleman. He was very slow and had difficulty processing the information I was giving him. I gave him a form from work to fill out for my sick days and he said he's never seen such a form. I don't know why that's relevant if he can read and have 10 years post secondary education. I had to explain the form to him so he can fill it out properly. I told him that I returned to work the previous night and he said he can't put that on the form because he can't verify that I returned to work. He put on the form all the symptoms I told him that I had when I got the migraine. He wasn't able to see or verify those symptoms but still put them down and now he has a problem putting the date which can be verified by my workplace. He rushed me out of the office rudely and said he'll finish the form. When the clerk gave me the form he put "unknown " as return date to work and told the nurse that if I want the date on it I have to put it on it myself. Just to sign a simple form became a difficult thing. I will never return to this clinic even if I was dying.

I today visited the Bramalea located Dr MCI one. And gone for the walk-in clinic. I have been assigned Dr. Fibi Sourial, but she is such a weird lady that instead of understanding my problem, she came shouting me. Very horrible experience, I have.

great nurses and 2 great walkin doctors i mainly deal with. other walkin doctors don't seem to want listen to what you are trying to describe to them. i rate this a 3 as the wait times are attrocious. sometimes up to 2 hours.

My first initial visit was pleasant, the doctor I seen for walk in was extremely nice, they told me results would be in , 2 days, I never recieved a call but I was having symptoms I've called every day then, finally on the 6th day they say results are in, then I come in and wait a whole 2 hours just to receive my results unacceptable

The First time I called them they told i need to come to be clinic to be a new patient for the family doctor. When I went there they told the doctor has gone home as he is over booked. Then when i went next Friday taking a day off from work the receptionist told that now the doctor wont meet but he will be first doing "meet & Greet on phone". They scheduled that for Tuesday but after a week of this schedule when i called they said might be the doctor might have missed out. If your doctor is not interested in accepting new patients let them know at the first instance atleast their time and money would be saved Very un-ethical people.

My entire family have been going here for 2 years and our family doctor is Dr.Poitier. He has been super helpful and has been attentive everytime we go in regarding our health concerns. If it wasn't for him, my partner wouldn't had gone in for back surgery. Dr.Poitier was able to diagnose and pushed us to go to the ER. All the nurses are amazing, it is a bit busy but you can't blame the staff for the long wait times even with an appointment. Blame budget cuts and Doug Ford. Overall, call ahead and make an appointment is my suggestion.

Let me start by saying I’ve been here 2 times prior and had no problems. It was very clear the receptionist did not want to be there, her demeanor showed that. The doctor I saw didn’t even do a full checkup yesterday in the evening. Did not check to see if I had congestion ( which I do) , just looked at my throat and started writing. When I asked him what it is, all he said was “yes, you need this”. Did not want to give me any information what so ever. Went to the pharmacy to see what it was today and turns out it’s advil and allergy medicine, which even the pharmacist agreed made no sense. I don’t have allergies and don’t need Advil. Dr. Ramesh Sharma was incompetent and did not listen to what I as a patient had to say. My advice is that if you feel the doctor does not provide you with the necessary instruction as to why they are prescribing, have it noted in your file.

There is almost no doctor or only one doctor present and wait time is always more than 2 hours. It’s happened all 3 times walk-in, I visited, never gonna come here again.

I would prefer to rate 0 for the services and supports. but google allow 1 as the lowest. The receptionists are very rude and don't understand the patients. Never get the prescription on time. They don't allow email. Only allow fax, and mostly it is not working properly (given excuses by receptionist when ask about delay in delivery of prescription). Pathetic services. I don't recommend

I came to see Dr. Niesobska (had some history with my mom) back in January to get started on my autism diagnosis, and was referred to Dr. Noorani on May 25th, 2021. Fast forward, I saw Dr. Noorani at Brampton Civic Hospital, only to be told that he wasn't trained for autism diagnoses, as he assumed that I was already diagnosed. He has diagnosed me with high anxiety, which helps but still doesn't answer my question. So I went back to Dr. Niesobska to start the process again, this time with my referral to CAMH sent at the end of May/beginning of June. Since then I have been back and forth between CAMH and Dr Niesobska for several months to date over missing information. For whatever reason, CAMH won't speak to me over some confidentiality policy, and wants to my Doctor to call in instead. So for the last few weeks, I called in multiple times to have Dr Niesobska call in to see what information is needed and relay that information to me (if applicable). I even had to come in person today, Oct 21st, 2021, to get a hold of Dr. Niesobska to get her to call CAMH with no success. It seems the office is a lot more disorganized than I thought or they don't care. And I am aware that the receptionist is rude (gave me a hard time when I kept saying Wednesday as part of my date of birth), but that is not my main complaint. I'm more upset at the fact that no one called me for a follow up, when I left the receptionist a message to have Dr Niesobska to have her call CAMH for what information is missing. Update: Dr. Niesobska was able to see me last minute and was able to address my concerns and update my information. Will be in touch with CAMH for additional inquiries.

The nurse was nice. The doctor was not... She basically pushed me out of the way. She was very short with us. Also, when I walked in the clinic I told them my son had issues breathing, I still waited an hour or so when it was 8 pm and there was 2 people in front of me. It didn't seem urgent. When I saw the doctor she sent us immediately to the emergency room. Shouldn't they have been as worried when I came in describing his symptoms? Now you have a sense of urgency...? Ridiculous. Thankfully, I know now to go straight to emergency. My ignorance. But they should know better. This is our 2nd time going here. The first experience wasn't much better. Same doctor (older woman). I'm giving it 2 stars because I liked the nurse (younger blonde woman).

Get a new receptionist for the LOVE OF GOD. My mom called in today and the receptionist that was in today Saturday, December 5th is so rude, annoyed and irritated as if shes being inconvenienced for doing her job that she is being paid for. Also the receptionist was asked to provide the patient her prescription as all doctor consultations are virtual on the phone and she refused saying that they dont email prescriptions. Pray please, how else can a patient get their prescription? I have always received prescriptions electronicall during covid virtual appointments and seems the receptionist is too lazy to do her damn job and unwilling to actually communicate how else a patient can get their prescription. Anyways, they were asked to fax the prescription to shopper's drug mart pharmacy and were given two shopper drugs mart pharmacy locations nearby to fax to in case there were any issues with the first. The receptionist never said who they faxed to, and when I called both of the locations no one had received the fax. The prescription was important considering it was antibiotic cream for a bad burn!! If the the prescription was given or emailed to the patient, they would be able to go take it to the pharmacy themselves instead of relying on your disappointing administrative skills. What a joke. Do yourself a favour folks, go somewhere else if you value your time and peace of mind. And doctors, please get a better, respectful receptionist that isnt huffing and puffing everytime she speaks to your patients. There are already other reviews specifically referring to YOUR RUDE RECEPTIONIST, maybe you should take a hint.

Absolute nightmare! I got out of the in just over 2 1/2 hours and there was 2 people ahead of me when I got there. The first question I asked was about the wait time because I was in a rush and the receptionist told me it should be 15-20 minutes and another told me he wasn't in the building. When I finally got to see the doctor he was extremely rude to me and wouldn't let me fully explain why I was there. When I asked him to prescribe me what my family doctor gives me and he decided to lecture me on medicine and how my family doctor is not doing her job right for about 20 minutes. No wonder it took so long for him to see each patient.

The receptionist is horrible and impatient. I have never encountered such a receptionist in my life. Today I called in for my placement and asking if she got my email without getting my details just on the basis of my name only she started searching for it and when I started giving her details further then she interrupted in between and said I am behaving rude on any context rather she was rude with me.Even then I say sorry as I have some administrator skills due to my course but she said I wished that I would not go far in my life due to my behaviour and said even if she got my email she will never secure here placement for me.I wish that if she could able to control her anger on this Christmas Eve and I feel I am blessed that I am taught in good college where I know how to talk with clients and not losing our patience!!!! Despite I came here today late, they still gave me an excellent service.I was searching for the place outside due to wrong location on google maps. The receptionist and all the staff members took care of me and were very professional, polite, humble and friendly. Thanks Heads up, search for 25 Peel centre garage on google maps to get to the closest correct entrance point to MCI doctors office .If you entered from the other side it will be a VERY VERY long walk Thank me later :D

This walk in seems extremely inefficient. I went in early in the morning, around 9:45 and they open at 9. They had a LOT if staff working at the front, at least 6 people including the receptionist, but they only had 3 patients total waiting, myself included.....I was waiting for 35 minutes before being placed in the room, another 5 minutes or so and a nurse comes in and asked what my issues were. she left and said I should wait for the doctor....i waited for 5 minutes and then left. The doctor MAYBE would have come shortly after but I was waiting for 45 minutes for basically nothing and this is when they aren't busy so I got upset. If I ever came when they were busy i would have to clear out a whole day's schedule for what would likely be a 2-6 minutes appointment with the doctor..

Where do I start. First off, If I could rate them -3 stars then I would. The receptionist I encountered was not the sharpest tool in the shed. Matter a fact, looking into her eyes I could see to the back of her head. After waiting 2 hours, I noticed my clean shaved face grew stubbles then finally I was called. They put me in another room where I waited 15 more minutes. Then the doctor came.....I thought I was in hogwarts, I looked around thinking what's next frankenstein? She was straight from an episode of Harry Potter. I said "I have a rash on my stomach" she said "I don't take cash" . WHAT?! I said rash! she then said its dry skin use some lotion. I left immediately to get a second opinion. And guess what?.... I had shingles. If you don't care for you life then go to this clinique.

The staff know me by name and do a great job in this very busy practice. Dr. Baumander is a great Dr. On-site lab is very convenient for blood tests. So happy with this MCI location.

I went to see Dr. F. Sourial at the walk-in clinic with a very severe physical issue that was quite noticeable. I was in so much pain and I couldn't even sit still, absolutely excruciating pain. Although the wait time was long, I kept telling myself it will be worth it. It however was not. Once I described the medical situation to Dr. F Sourial, she immediately asked if I had a family doctor. I did not, officially. Then I asked her for something for the pain and inflammation that would be effective. She gave me ineffective meds and told me if the pain is that bad go to ER. That is what she was right about, I should have gone to ER, rather than waste my time with Sourial who was rude, abrupt, unprofessional, lacked medical knowledge and had zero empathy for her patients. Avoid her at all costs!

I attended the clinic due to a rash on my arm. I saw Dr. Yostos. He was less than friendly, less than helpful. He chastised me for not having enough information, told me I had shingles followed by "I don't know, this is my opinion, maybe I'm right maybe I'm wrong" and gave me a prescription and told me to see my family doctor tomorrow. The whole reason I went to a walk in clinic is because I can't just go to my family dr. He usually takes 7 to 10 days to see. I was sent away with (according to the pharmacist) was a heavy dose of anti-viral meds. Since I couldn't see my doctor I decided to go to the ER (I thought walk in clinics were meant to alleviate the stress on the ER) the doctor took one quick look and said "There's no way that's shingles" and directed me to stop taking the meds. He followed it up by telling me that Dr. Yostos needs some retraining. My experience with Dr. Yostos was uncomfortable and he made me feel as though I had done something wrong by getting a rash on my arm. He has no bed side manner whatsoever, not to mention he completely misdiagnosed me and sent me home with a pricey prescription I didn't even need. What gets me the most is that with his back to me he walked out the exam room saying "I don't know, maybe, maybe not"...who does that? I will never return to this walk in again...EVER, and if anyone tells me they are going there I will direct them elsewhere while sharing my story with them. UPDATE: It took them 3 years to respond to my complaint comment, and to make things worse, they responded to everyone's complaint with the exact same blanket comment!!

Hands down the worst walk in clinic in the GTA. Had tests done and the doctor and nurses were rude and made me feel as if I was making things up. Came back to get the results to which I waited almost 2 hours and was not seen while plenty of other people just walked right in. Had to return the next day first thing in the morning and again waited 35 mins to be seen only for the doctor it embarrass me. Would NOT reccomend.

WORST first experience ever! Every person literally has to wait 2.5 hours before being called if you're as a walk-in. What's the point of having such a big walkin when you even don't have a couple doctors on duty to take care of the patients! Receptionist is from another world. So rude with her words. Never coming back!

Today I went to this walk in clinic for the first time and had a great experience the ladies at the front desk are very polite and friendly I’m not sure why there’s a lot of bad reviews. Dr Michael Debilly is really nice as well I’m so thankful that I got him, I’m pregnant and he prayed for me, everything went well. I walked out feeling amazing!! Love this doctor office was having a bad day today and left in a better mood. God bless them.

I hate going to this walk in clinic THE MCI DOCTORS OFFICE located at bramalea city center . The lady on the reception of walk in clinic is too rude as well she does not have manners how to deal with the patient, I was having fever and my doctor was Mrs. Fibi Sourial MD in this clinic and she was too rude and even she did not spent five minutes with me and did not checked me properly in fact I was having fever and she was saying me that I have ear problem like how ? When I asked doctor Fibi that exactly what problem do I have she did not responded anything to me instead of telling me my problem she was saying me thank you can leave now … I was treated like a beggar there ….I don't know how she is working as a MD doctor she even don't know how to say how are you to anyone . I beg every one who is reading the comment list that please do not go in this clinic if you are really concern about your health.

For the time being it has served its purpose as I just moved to the city and my family doctor is hours away. There is one very rude receptionist... rude on the phone and in person ( can clearly tell who it is) Wait times vary. I've been in and out within 1.5 hours... yesterday she told me over 2 hour wait and it was in fact 3.5 hours. The rest of the staff are friendly and so far no issues.

Staff including nurses and receptionist were unknowledgeable. I'm pregnant and wanted a flu shot. I had to wait to speak to a doctor since they weren't sure if I could have one. They should have known. My biggest frustration was that I had to fill out a consent form and the document mentioned there was a vaccine specific to pregnant women and they were out of it. I called other clinics and my family doctor who informed me there is no such thing as a flu vaccine just for pregnant women. Needless to say I wasted my time but also now have the knowledge that the staff doesn't know what they are doing. I will never visit this clinic again under any circumstances. This is the only Google review I have ever written but it had to be done. I called the clinic this morning to inform them of their error and the receptionist shrugged it off as no big deal. Not sure what other incompetencies they could be responsible for. Very scary that these people are in the medical profession.

I agree with all revewers about the receptionist, she doesn't know what customer service is, she hang up the call without noticing you & without proper listening. And the doctor (walk in) I wasnot ask anything, I went for upper abdominal discomfort but doctor assumed it abdominal pain, which is not. Even after reminding also doctor assumed as pain. And without checking my abdomen& without asking any previous medical history Doctor suggested for blood work instead of ultrasound. They even didn't check my blood pressure. Not going there anymore.

Went in on a Sunday, early. The staff member who opened up and sat behind the counter was great, the RPN was great, the doctor was awful. Dr. Sharma, middle-aged, bald, glasses, South-Asian accent. I had my phone to show him the picture of the accident I was in, he said put the phone away and let's talk. Ironically he didn't want to talk, he rushed through the assessment. I told him I was in a car accident and I was on a bike, he didn't bother to look at the areas I told him I was feeling pain in. This morning I noticed bruising on my body that he never saw because he didn't bother to do things properly. I said I had questions, he didn't bother to listen or answer. Just rushing through selfishly, terrible. You should be ashamed of yourself, Dr. Sharma. UPDATE: Have to give credit where it's due. Upon my follow-up today, the Lady who manages the front-desk for the walk-in was great as always and Dr. Portier was also great. Ironically, there were more people waiting this time than last time and my wait time was longer, too. However, in spite of that, Dr. Portier didn't rush and ignore my questions like Sharma did. Dr. Portier took the time to answer the few questions I had about my injuries and overall was likable and helpful and I'm grateful for this experience. Thank you. UPDATE: Follow up, this time with Dr. Sharma again. He was much better this time. Polite, cordial, positive. Good experience, thank you very much. Athina behind the desk and the blonde nurse as always were great, they do a fantastic job. Thank you.

I was seen quickly, and immediately given a referral to see someone else. The doctor put the wrong gender marker on the form I was given for the referral despite all of my information being clearly marked with an M for MALE (I'm trans, but there's an M on my license and on my health card, there is absolutely no reason why there should be an F on any of my forms)

Very long wait times (both in the waiting and examination rooms) and dismissive/rude staff only to be rushed out within 5 minutes. Won't be returning even though this is the closest clinic to my house. Would rather WALK elsewhere.

Lost hearing in 1 ear. Tried to book a walkin visit 7 minutes from home. Took 3 hours to respond. I requested next day as I was at work. With not so nice response I got 9am nest day. Arrived at 850. Called in was told my booking for phone consult. After 3 disconnects. I am told not sure if doctor comming in to wait in the mall. Glad I was not in pain or with a sic child. Left and drove to my doctor in Toronto. NEVER again. DO NOT go here less than poor service.

Dr. Baumander is an AMAZING doctor but he needs his own personal receptionist. Why do the receptionists turn off the phones??? Get a new job !!!!! When they do answer they are rude. MCI look at the reviews, do you not care ??? Why are these receptionists that people have been complaining about for a great amount of time now still there ? Horrible wait time. Waited for 2 hours and doctor (old small lady) only gave 2-3 mins of time saying that she cannot attend to a kid as walk-in. I did not have OHIP and had paid personally just to wait and be told that they'll not attend me. I should have been told this at reception before taking the payment. The blonde nurse was though polite. Horrible experience with the doctor. Wondering why nothing is being done on the reviews being posted!

They didn't want to give me a wait time for a walk-in appointment, so I looked it up on their website - not sure what the difference is. The website said 1 hour. What they did tell me when I checked in just after 12:30pm was that there were 6 people ahead of me, so I waited. And waited. At 2:30pm, I asked again how many people were ahead of me, and I was told 3. I left at that point.

I should have done this long time ago, we are SO grateful for Dr Baumander, after several paediatricians and many foot specialists, we went finally back to our family doctor, and guess what?, he direct us to right specialists, my daughter after a long journal was finally diagnosed with what he thought she had. Never mind everything else in our family, he seriously he takes care of his patients...we love him! AWESOME Doctor hope i never retires!

They're okay. Receptionist was friendly, waited about 45 mins just to get a tetanus shot and a blood sample taken. Doctor saw me for a second, but the nurse pretty much did everything. They're very rushy and seemed to be trying to move me along as quickly as possible, which i guess just comes with most clinics in general. I've been to better clinics, but they get the job done.
