Please have some manners or quit the job. People call you when they are not well and your behaviour make them more stressed. Just quit it if you cant do it.

By far the worst doctor’s office. I came in before my appointment time was told to take a seat it’s been 45 mins after my appointment that I am still waiting. And I was told that I am the next patient someone else was sent it so very poor management to say the least. Be organized and learn trike Managment.
They are rude, but does have 1 really nice pharmacist, take hours to call you back for the smallest thing, and the pharmacy has tried twice! To give me a prescription I stopped 2 years ago and was informed by doctor never to take again OH AND GOOD LUCK FAXING ANYTHING TO ANOTHER PHARMACY THEY SAY THEY WILL DO IT AND HOURS LATER NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE

It’s very sad how this doctor’s staff handle appointments. The doctor might be amazing but his staff has no knowledge of how to do their job. I called last week to book an appointment. She booked it for me for this week then I called again this week to confirm it and the staff put me on hold and kept answering the phone 5 times and asking what is the call regarding. I guess she didn’t know how to use the phone. Then she told me there is no appointment booked for my child. She said to call back later and talk to the doctor. The worst experience of my life. These incompetent staff needs to get fired. I would not recommend this doctor because of his staff.
Dr. Aziz is a fantastic pediatrician! Diagnosed our newborn with a milk protein allergy just by a quick glance and a couple questions, then prescribed the perfect solution. We couldnt be happier with him and his assistant Anna, who is also wonderful! Shes extremely helpful! The only downside to this clinic are that some of the receptionists have terrible phone etiquette, such as mumbling, incredibly rude comments, insane wait times on hold, then being hung up on to top it all off. DR AZIZ & ANNA ARE WORTH IT THOUGH!!
Dr. Aziz is an amazing Pediatrician. He’s great with our daughter and she loves him! He makes her feel so comfortable. He’s also so patient and takes his time and listens to all your concerns and doesn’t rush you. Anna, his secretary is such a great receptionist. Whenever I need an appointment, I ask for her directly. She’s very friendly, organized and knowledgeable.

I am not sure why some people are trying to rate 3 to this clinic, where this clinic deserves 5stars, Mr Warwich is my Family Physician and I am extremely happy with him .He is very knowledgeable and very human where he doesn’t want to confuse you with some medical terminology and left with confusion and trauma.I am very grateful to him ,he helped me with my pregnancy where minimum confusion can lead to would be mother in stress and he was a saviour for my family where one of my reports cane false positive, he helped that critical time and until now ...I still remember before checking the baby he used to say bismillah ,which means “In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful” -what else you can expect when your dr is so human and so kind.Their paediatric unit is amazing we love Dr Mahmood . There might be an wait time because Dr Warwick he has a huge fan following and they all don’t mind waiting .
I don’t usually write such a long and negative review, but after my experience I had to ensure no one else went through the same thing. On August 2, I made a walk in appointment as was seen after about an hour and 45 minutes of waiting. I began to mention to the doctor, Ishan Warraich, that I had a few health concerns and was immediately cut off. He started aggressively rambling about how it is unfair for me to bring all these issues in at once. I could see he was physically upset by this. Now I can understand that it is better to bring a few problems at a time to a doctor as their time is limited, this was an exception and purely coincidental. But Dr. Warraich wouldn’t let me even complete a sentence or thought in order to explain this. The worst of all this is what he said right after. He mentioned that he gets paid by the patient and said, “why should I get paid so little to do so much work when I can see more patients in the same amount of time”. I have never heard or seen a doctor so blatantly display such a mercenary and money-minded attitude. I felt really uncomfortable as I’m just a number for this guy. He rushed through 3 of my health concerns, without seeking proper checks, or even bothering to ask sufficient questions. Then he said my other problems would be looked at another time. This was a very dehumanizing experience, especially when it’s coming for such a respected and esteemed profession. No other patient should have to through this again.

This location is near my house and service is amazing....friendly environment. All the doctor's are amazing here..of course u have to wait for ur turn...wait time is less as compare to other place. They have all the services at one place..family doctor..Child specialist. .pharmacy. .u don't have to run around. ..I won't go any where else..
I wish there was less than 1 star to describe my experience here. If you see the name Dr Abu Yakub, please RUN FOR THE HILLS! I called the walk in clinic for my daughter who had a persistent cough (negative for COVID). Due to COVID they did a call back 3 hours after my initial call, in the evening. I didn't catch the name of the doctor I spoke with, but after I explained that I had been to the ER and my daughter was COVID negative and negative for pneumonia with a persistent cough, he said that he would prescribe antibiotics. Upon hearing this I asked him how many times a day and he said 3. My daughter is in preschool so I told him that she would need a doctors note for the school to be able to administer medication. He said that he had to consult someone and would call me right back. Nobody called me back that evening nor the next morning. I called the clinic back the following afternoon 5 times to follow up. I verified the doctor's name who was doing walk ins the previous evening and it was Dr Yakub. He also has an assistant Dr Raman. Upon calling them a 6th time that evening, the front desk had already closed for the night. I had to call the in house pharmacy and the pharmacist was the one who was able to speak to Dr Yakub to get him to return my call. He finally called my at 8pm where he was very rude and dismissive. I asked him who I spoke with the previous night and he kept saying maybe one of the assistants. Said that there is no antibiotic prescription pending and that if her symptoms persist to bring her in. He refused to tell me who I spoke with. After this call, I called the clinic the next day to find out haw many assistants Dr Yakub has and they said only 1, Dr. Raman. So obviously either I spoke with Dr. Yakub and he was lying, or I spoke with his 1 assistant and he was covering for him. The worst experience with a doctor EVER.

What is the point of making an appointment when you have to wait another hour when you get here. If this happened once I wouldn't mind but it's happened over 6 times in a row. Just ridiculous. When I ask the front desk they just say "we're running behind schedule". Well that's just great. Should just start showing up an hour late from now on. Problem solved.

I booked for an appointment with Dr. Wriach, and some Dr. Khan called. This happens all the time, you never get to speak to the doctor you intend to. this doctor is not even bothered to know what the issue is..less than 1 min call and totally in a rush to clear the phone call appointments. I have an existing issue and he did not even bothered to know what the problem was… just hung up on me. I booked an appointment at 9 in the morning and call did not come until 6:30pm. Very very rude and inconsiderate

Unprofessional Receptionist . First time it felt like that am not in Canada’s clinic.For walk in they refused to have me despite clinic was opened for another hour. Receptionist suggested me to book an appointment for tomorrow. Next day i was at the clinic 15 mins early from my appointment and made me wait for 1 and half hour. They were keep sending patients to the doctor who came after me. Which really drive me insane. Dr. Mahmood is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak with the parents when they are already very tensed becoz their child is ill. My son was few days old when i encountered him - His staff gave us appointment to see the doctor and he was mad at us why are we in clinic becoz my son had cough...I can understand the pandemic of corona virus but then why are you giving in clinic appointments if you don’t want to see the patients with cough and then talking with them unprofessionally and arrogantly. He did not even see my son.Front staff is very unprofessional, never have correct information, never really want to help anybody and very less knowledge and skills. Reception ladies and unprofessional . If you can't handle too many patients at your clinic then stop over booking your appointments . Dr Waraich is an outstanding family physician. He knows his patients very well. He goes an extra mile in digging his patients hidden issues including stress, anxieties and various psychological problems.

Took an hour just to get me into the office then a man came in and didnt speak for 5 mins. He finally asked me my symptoms, took 20 minutes to type 3 sentences and told me the doctor would see me and I'd have to wait an additional 20 mins...doctor ended up being thorough but wait was ridiculous
So me and my wife came here for the first time. I Have to say the place is very clean and sanitized well. We did wait for 35 min after are appointment time which I feel is standard any time visiting the doctor. One thing that has been very annoying through this whole experience of having your first child is both parents are not allowed in the room together. This was beyond frustrating for me. I have already missed all the important appointments. Finally as the government is lifting restrictions I thought I might be allowed in as well. The doctor in the hallway said it is no problem the room is big enough for all three and the baby. So I was relieved but as soon as the lady from the front desk came in to weigh the baby I was asked to leave. I told her about what the doctor said and she said they don't work for him and the other doctor won't allow it. I thought this is ridiculas since we can easily social distance and also for the fact that having both parents there is critical in making sure all questions are asked and understood. As I'm standing in the room with three adults and the child already what is the difference when the doctor comes because the lady from the front is going to be leaving. I really hope things change soon in the health care system. We get vaccinated and we wear masks so that we prevent the spread of these viruses and if this was so important for them to only have one parent inside why did they not inform us over the phone since we spoke to them multiple times or even why not have signs on the room door stating only patient and one person or a maximum in the room. As a dad who wants to be there for his wife and child and has a lot of questions I just feel like more can be done to accommodate both parents in this new life changing experience.
First of all, I'm usually a regular patient here because the location is very efficient. Every time I go here I get a rushed service and they prescribe me the most expensive medicine with the least common effect. But that's not all what really ticked me off is when I went yesterday morning. I came at the time the medical clinic opened at 9:00 am. Only to find not a single doctor or secretary is there. After a 40 minute wait I'm treated not by a doctor but an assistant who told me I had the flu and my throat is fine. He did nothing but check my fever and neck for pain. After this he prescribed me a 5 day flu pill, when I needed something with a direct response. Now a day later even with resting staying inside and drinking lots of liquids. I have a really sore threat on top of my fever. On top of that the assistant told me the note will be $10 but when I come back the doctor is charging me $20. I don't mind paying the $20 but atleast say the right price the first time. Overall I'm a very dissapointed patient.

The lady named as SHAGUFTA was so rude and have no sense how to talk to patients.My baby was sick and she told me to come after 2 weeks even on Walk in. So much attitude while dealing with patients even on phone. Worst service. I advised dont call them , go directly to clinic.
It was great experience. I visited for the first time and got out in no time. Just half an hour to complete everything. Doctor and nurses are very polite and understand everything quick, some patients were rude but they take it in fun way and served best. I will recommend this place to international students.

This clinic is very very unprofessional, they tried to scam me with $180 for emergency service, I had a tiny cut and had a health card. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, i looked for the nearest walk-in and received way better service and no emergency charge as it should be.
Dr Naseeruddin Mahmood is a very good pediatrician. He appears very knowledgeable and experienced. He has great soft skills and address your concerns. I have seen him 4 times for my newborn and am glad to find this doctor. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it is generally at every doctors office. Sending prayers for Dr. Mahmoods well being. Hoping he continues to serve all kids at his fullest potential.

If my review was for Dr. Aziz alone - it would be a 5 star review. However, the incompetent ladies at the front desk deserve MINUS 2 stars for their unprofessional, daft, inept demeanour over the phone AND in person. Only Dr Aziz's nurse (I believe her name is Anna) is decent. All other reception staff (who I have personally encountered) all need re-training. It's an absolute BURDEN to have to phone this place and make an appointment. Not only do you have to repeat yourself multiple times but you have to do so while being put on hold once or twice during what should be a very short call. Nobody ever seems to know anything for certain. They are all borderline rude or simply just don't know what they're doing. With better front line staff - I believe KMC could be a great place. Sadly, the reception staff there now - absolutely bring them down.

The doctors are so helpful to patients specially Dr. Waraich. He listens to patient carefully and advice patient accordingly. Staff at the reception are amazing and helpful. They manage the patients with appointment and walk in cheerfully. I am going to Clinic since last eight years and can never think of switching to some other family physician. Great job done !!

Dr Aziz is a gem! Not only is he knowledgeable but compassionate as well! Being a first time mom, I was a nervous wreck when my son got sick. Dr Aziz calmed me down and took his time to check my son thoroughly. My son got better overnight. On top of our initial visit, we received a call from his receptionist Anna, who is extremely sweet and caring as well, 3 days later to ask how the patient was doing!
This has been the worst experience ever never go here unless you get very lucky to have a slot with the pediatrician from 10am-1pm. Even when following up the receptionist don't have any ideas when asked for basic questions. 1 star for poor service and overall interactions.

I apologize for long story ahead but i want to prevent moms who are looking for pediatricians for their children to go through what I went through.Avoid this clinic at all costs. My 16 month old son was diagnosed with Otitis Media and put on antibiotics. Next day he developed severe rash,diarrhea and other symptoms I attempted to call clinic to see Dr.Aziz but was told to call in a week as they disnt have his schedule,we ended up going to walk in clinic where I was told to stop antibiotics as my son DID NOT have ear infection. In next few days rash was getting worse and I called clinic again and again I was told doctor is booked and to call back in a week to make appointment for 3 weeks ahead. That night I ended up taking my son to ER where at this point they were not able to tell if its roseola or reaction to antibiotics which he didnt need bc they confirmed he didnt have Otitis Media. After this I tried to call clinic several times to request to see dr Aziz. But it was always the same answer. So I never saw dr.Aziz again bc I could never get appointment. At that point I requested clinic to send referral to different pediatrician for taking over. It took 2 months with repeated and repeated phone calls to this clinic to get transfer done. Every time I called nobody knew anything, or de.Aziz or his nurse was not in. Twice I was told by his nurse that she has faxed papers but the other clinic never had received anything. When my cup was full I went to clinic and requested documents to be given in my hands and that was end of it. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, lack of manners and just ignorance and it's a little child who suffers. if u love your child and expect continuity and best care from your pediatrician NEVER take your kid to this clinic. As a medical professional myself I cant believe there is a clinic that is open for patients with this kind of care. Of you want to be able to see your pediatrician when he needs to be seen and not only to book appointments for 3 to 4 weeks ahead take your child somewhere else. It will save you stress and and terrible attitude that you have to deal with with front staff at this clinic.

Dr. Aziz is nice and helpful. The front staff were lost. I found the location unorganized. My appt was for a certain time and I had to wait over 45mins to just get into a room. Once in the room it wasn't sanitized and cleared from the previous patient. Medical supplies were left all over the examination table. I found that careless and dangerous. I had young children with me. There was a mentally unstable lady (one of the front staff disclosed this to me) that came in for her weekly shot. They finished with the lady in the room and had left the door wide open for all of us other patients to see this lady with her pants down and everything showing. Careless once again! Needless to say, I won't be returning.
We love Dr. Aziz. My girls 5 and 7 only want to go to Dr. Aziz for any health issues. After their last appointment they did not want to leave and wanted to go back to Dr. Aziz when we got back home, no kid wants to go to a doctor lol. He's very friendly and professional and knows how handle kids in a polite and friendly manner. He gives you time and listens to all the problems. He has been my kid's paediatrician since they were born. I totally recommend Dr. Aziz.
Dr Aziz and Dr Ihsan are very good, but to see the doctors you have to pass the front desk lady with head scarf (hijab) who is very rude and lacks customer service. She should find another job that requires less personal skills and customer service. I have several examples to proof my claim but the last just happened 2 days ago (Friday Dec. 28) when I arrived to the clinic at 3:50 pm and waited in the line for 10 minutes, when It was my turn at the front desk she told me that it is 4 o’clock and they are no longer accepting patients, I told her that she should have told me that the minute I entered the clinic instead of wasting my time waiting for nothing, she replied in a rude way “don’t you see that we are busy, come back later” Very insensitive and unprofessional.

Great clinic & pharmacy; great doctors. Just make sure to arrive early during the week to avoid delays and decrease your waiting time. This clinic is located down the street from my neighbourhood and this intersection is one of, if not the busiest in Brampton.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Listen , you will never find a more knowledgeable doctor than Dr Aziz! He is very professional, knows his stuff, and will always put your child's needs first! He absolutely loves children and they love him!!! We have been seeing him for over 8 years with our 3 boys and he always ensures my boys are taken care of! Not only does he ensure to send to the correct specialists for needed testing , he also follows up with me within 24 hours if he feels the situation is urgent. Can't thank him enough for all that he has done . Can't forget his FABULOUS assistant Anna!!! She will also go above and beyond to accommodate your family in urgent situations! So now .... if you don't like the attitude of the other doctors receptionists who cares! , are you there to make friends or seek fabulous health care for your family!!??? 5 stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ L.Wilson
