I have been going to Dr. Grewal (and Dr. Sharma) for about 10 years. Despite my bad experiences, I kept going because there were no other doctors in the area. Dr. Grewal has no bedside manner, she is incredibly rude, uncaring, has no emotions, is cold, and acts like this is an assembly line. I have never met someone so closed off and like a witch. Dr. Sharma is equally rude and doesn't care. They will not hear what you have to say. The referrals are to other incompetent doctors as well. The washrooms are always in a state of disrepair and she doesn't ever get them fixed. The good secretaries who were friendly and helpful even left. And now there are random ones who never pick up the phone. They have only 2 toys in the shape of a block that has been there before I started going. It is black all over..don't let your children play with it. Do not even go there..out of desperation.

from my experience with ms grewal,I have no reason to disbelieve the Nancy K. review. if you value your health and sanity, you should find a competent doctor any review over 1 star is obviously fake
