Drs are good however time management is an issue, If you make an appointment then they should be more on schedule. Receptionists are good but when it comes to having documents faxed or received from tests they always seem to go astray, which isn't acceptable if it is time sensitive. Spoke to management about it but didn't get much feedback from him other than they are working on solving this issue. He even avoid me when I said I would like to speak to him in person...They should be looking for a new office manager.

Honestly. The centre should invest in something called Call Waiting. I can't even count the amount of times I have called and the call just hangs up with just busy tone because their lines are busy. Especially when I needed to address an urgent matter. I will be switching medical centers soon.

Awful, just simply awful. If you are not currently with this group. Find somewhere else to go, save yourself the trouble, headache, and stress. This place is utter chaos, it's painfully outdated, and the service that I have received over the past few years is enough to drive anybody crazy. I am doing everything in my power to find a new doctor, because I literally can not stand where I'm at right now. So disappointed in this office.

Really good doctors but terrible receptionists and customer service. Receptionist are unprofessional and disorganized. If you have an afternoon appointment the wait times can be between 1-3hr to see doctor even with an appointment. On a positive note there is a blood clinic and walk in centre on site.

Contrary to the negative reviews about receptionists from some clients, I experienced a very positive encounter on the phone with a receptionist this week when I telephoned to leave a message for one of the physicians. My call was answered promptly by a courteous, efficient receptionist who was professional, patient and responsive to my inquiry. As a retired health care professional, I understand that working in busy medical practices in population-dense communities like Brampton can be challenging and stressful. Thank you!

Late for family doctor's appointment for 20 mins and they give you another appointment for 2 hrs later. No consideration. Receptionists are not nice enough to even tell you to wait to squeeze in when the slot is available. Extremely Dissatisfied.

Dr. Vaidyanathan and his staff are simply amazing. I have received prompt, compassionate and excellent treatment over the years. His experience, knowledge and genuine care reflects in each visit and I simply cannot imagine having anyone else as my family doctor. Cannot recommend him enough!

Dr Vaidyanathan is very efficient and knowledgeable in his field. I have seen him twice and couldn't stop writing a review for him. Very thorough with his work and explains every treatment procedure nicely.Takes us right on time for the appointments. Would highly recommend Dr V to any one who is looking for a physician.

All the 1 stars aren’t giving enough of a reason to do as so. I have been seeing dr. Beard since I was born, 25 years straight with this amazing doctor, my mom went too her and took me too. I would never consider another doctors office. You need workups ? Done You need referrals? Done You need paperwork or forms filled out for work, WSIB, immunization ? Done They are efficient at what they do but not everyone works in the medical field so of course from the outside looking in you see rudeness- I see dedication and focused nurses and receptionists dealing with 4 calls and email plus you standing over them tapping your health card like the impatient patient you are being. You booked a doctors appointment , you should know there is a wait... I’ve never had to wait longer than 15mins past my appointment time and it’s not like they take that 15 mins away from your appointment time so be patient and really understand what you are seeing before you judge! They have actually renovated the office it’s not drab or gross it’s ,just, an office????????‍♀️if you want to see wait times lessen then don’t carry on about other things in the appointment, be aware of what you’re there for so you can have it attended to. One thing, if there’s many issues tell them so they can book an appropriate length of time or make a note of such. Be the type of patient you want others to be! It’s a good place if you really consider the service and efficiency of the property- Labs and xrays on site, physio around the corner ? Fab.

The Reception...including the front office manager...mislead their patients. They cancelled a confirmed appointment with Dr Samir Shah,saying the Dr was out of town. I had to make a walk in appointment as I needed a prescription refill. Reaching there..I see Dr Shah present and working. Requested to be seen by Dr Shah( as I was there at 12:30,my original time booked)..I was told that I was not an urgent patient for him, so I will be seen by a walk in doctor.. thats ridiculous. I advice the front desk to work more sincerely.

Front desk person is a kind of medical helper, if person is nice and accommodating more good for patients. Need to think . Please look into it . More good for your patients. It’s covid and doctor is god before God .
