I had my blood work done on March 23, 2016. I called a week later on March 30, 2016 (Wednesday) to get an update on my blood work. The receptionist confirmed she has received my results and hasn't taken a look at them yet. She then advised they'll be in touch NEXT week because the doctor is off Thursday, Friday and the weekend. I called today on April 5, 2016 at 3:50 PM to see if anyone has checked my results yet and they picked up just to tell me that they're closed for the day!! I want my results, I need to know what's happening as anemia was suspected hence the blood work was done in the first place. It's super unprofessional to be waiting one week after the results were received to contact your patient. I often visit walk in clinics because this isn't the first tardy experience with my "family doctor". Time to to seek a new doctor!

Dr. Mukhesh Saini is the best doctor. I have seen quite a few doctors over the last 28 years. Before I found him, I was in a state such that I would not believe that a Doctor can be truly helpful. I had seen quite a few doctors, but all of them are busy or don't pay the needed attention. I am with Doctor Saini since 2003 and would not change. I moved to a different city, yet I still come to see him - driving 80km.
