If this is the clinic in Shoppers World. I would like to tell the Middle Eastern looking Doctor (he has a body builder type body) a big “F*** You”. You gave me a test that no other doctor that I’ve spoken to heard about nor have tested their patients. You had me panicking and stressed the f*** out. I spoke to a Specialist and even the Specialist said this test was a waste of time. I would recommend no one see this doctor because he tests you for nonsense and gets you panicked. Thank the Lord, I got a second opinion and was able to sleep at nights!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. If you can avoid going here, do so. For your sake. The doctor was one of the rudest people i’ve ever met. The first thing that he said when he walked in the room was, “what do you need” I told him that i think that i have strep throat. I get it all the time so I know what it feels like and he can do a swab to check. she told me I didn’t have strep without doing the swab, I told him that i was sure that I had it. He said “what do you think that you’re a medical mystery?” Finally went to do the swab, i’m not confortable with it and usually my doctor lets me do it himself he said “are you serious, what are you like 18 years old get it together” and proceeded to grab me and force the swab down my throat. He filled a prescription of antibiotics for me and said “you better be right about this” The oldest, grumpiest, hag of a man ever. Seriously avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible doctor. He was rude an unconcerned as soon as I walked in. I explained my issue which is bumps to the back of tongue and throat. His only suggestion was gargle salt water, which I had been doing with no relief. He didn't even want to take a swab until I begged him. Never going here again and this man should not have a medical license.

Doctor Greywal is amazing she gives you your due time and listens to your problems calmly. She is my family doctor BTW. In the beginning when I heard a female doctor is taking patients I went right away . The wait has been there always even another half an hour in the room which is ridiculous. The main problem I find is getting hold of someone to talk to them when the started they were quick at answering phones but now either its always busy or there are messages playing giving options which is a total waste of time .Although Dr.Greywal is amazing but cannot afford long wait hours and no one to talk to for booking oppiontments. I am looking for another family doctor.

Worst clinic ever. You have to wait for hours. If you need an appointment, still you have to wait for a whole week to get an appointment. The staff is very annoying. Never send you to doctor at your turn. They keep you waiting for ever. All the patients coming after are sent first on the personal choice of the staff. Never register with this clinic. I am repenting a lot by doing so. Just to get my refills have to wait that long. Shame on them.

I thought I was the only one that had a problem with this place. I went there a few times, and i dont think im ever going back. First of all two of the receptionist are very nice and seems to know what their jobs are. There's one that is disgustingly rude (she looks very manly) As for the female doctor I don't feel comfortable having her see me, she seems to discuss your issue with the receptionist, so as for your business being confidential (Noooooo!!!!) She's definitely in a hurry whenever you go in the room with you, no time to listen what the issues are. If I could give them a minus 5 star I would

Dr. Dwight is amazing. We saw him in the NICU at Brampton Civic and he has followed my son since then. I trust him fully with my son's care. He's funny, always in a great mood, never rushes and genuinely loves what he does. Would recommend to anyone searching for a pediatrician!

Dr. Grewal is good and informative. But the front office is pathetic. They rescheduled my Baby's vaccination and I took a day off to take him to their place and they were closed. They didn't even informed us and the very next day I called them. They were not bothered about the incident. Then they scheduled me for Thursday 1.45 pm and on Wednesday they informed they rescheduled the appointment for 1 pm without even asking me. I told that time is not convenient and they are least bothered about our convenience. Dr. Grewal is good but have terrible customer service.

I've had great experiences here. I've gone here pretty much all my life and I've had no bad experiences. Waiting sucks. Really depends on when you go in how long you wait. Go in during the on times your gunna wait some time. Go in when you don't expect anyone then your fine. Pretty much a universal truth.

About a week ago I had my first visit to this clinic as I had been vomiting non stop and I had some sort of flu. The receptionist was nice, however I had to wait for an inordinate amount of time before I could see a doctor. Big whoop it's a walk in clinic whstever. My problem however starts when I saw Dr Grewal. I sat down and tried to explain what I was feeling however she seemed very eager to get me out of the office and completely ignored what I had to say in regards to my vomiting. Whithin what was literally seconds after I sat down she printed out a prescription for an antibiotic known as "azithromycin. At first I thought it was strange that there was only few pills bibi figured it was ok, after all she is the doctor. So I took the pills and after everytime I took the pills I would get more and more nauseous and I'd start tothrowt up more and more. After deciding enough was enough I stopped taking the pills and I went to my family doctor. When I explained to him what was happening he immediately told me to never take those pills again as they were too strong of a prescription and not designed to fix what was wrong with me. He told me that these pills were actually doing more harm and was causing me to vomit and feel more nauseous! He told me that I shouldn't actually be on any meds as they would make it worse (especially the azithromycin as it's biggest side effect is nausea) and that this pill is the strongest of it's kind. Fast forward to now I stopped the pills given to me whithin 3 seconds of my visit from Dr Grewal and I've literally just been drinking gstoraGa as my family doctor told me and I'm already feeling slightly better. Moral of the story? If your visit to the doctor here is rushed or feels rushed in any way, go get a second opinion it will work wonders..... PS: apparently doctors get paid based on how many prescriptions they write so.... Yeah.

Worst service. Brought my newborn in after they said they would see her and then they refused her because he didn’t have time. I had called the day before and they said bring her no problem, my son had a booked appt so I thought I would bring them at the same time because she’s got a cold and she’s so young and small, and I got there and they said no. My husband took time off work to come. Its fine if he can’t take her but don’t give me false information and then be rude about it. I arranged a sitter for my third child and dragged the newborn out for no reason. Will be finding a new doctor with a better staff with knowledge. Don’t wast your time.

Worst Clinic Ever! My advice - Don't go here. The receptionists tell you 30 minutes an hour passes still need to wait I get up to ask them how long, they tell me I'm next. Another hour still waiting. Takes forever. Dr. Sharma is the rudest Doctor I have ever met in my life. Dr. Grewal, she can be rude also but not as bad as Sharma. The 2/3 receptionists they are always laughing and acting like a bunch of kids. Seriously aren't you there to work not play around!?! Do your job! I hope these guys check out all of our reviews and make some big time changes to this place. Not a good clinic to go to, unless you want to get mad.

Waited from 9am till 11am and still did not see a doctor. We were 5th on the list and it seems like everyone was going before us. Worst clinic i have ever gone too. Would not reccomend this clinic to anyone. They have no regard for time what so ever.

I have been on the phone since 9am until now! Called over 130 times and they havent answered their phones. I understand its a walk in as well as family clinic but seriously they cant answer their phones in almost 3 hrs.. frustrating, disappointing.. confusing.. cant comprehend their lack of professionalism and work ethic. Definitely trying to find another family doctor at this point.. my health is to important for this kind of behaviour.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would !!! First of all I was the first one here and signed in I had to watch ppl with no appointments go before me then after a 1 hour of waiting I finally get to go to a room and and after a half hour I’m still in the room waiting watching the doctor see other patients who came in after I got a room not even when I was in the waiting room but one thing I notice is that the ppl being seen before me are Indian hmmm now it makes sense the whole place is racist I’m already giving a bad review and I haven’t seen the dr yet

DO NOT MAKE THEM YOUR FAMILY DOCTORS. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I must after what my family has gone through with these doctors. Dr. Sharma and Dr. Grewal were my family doctors. A Doctor's job is to take care of patients. This place makes you feel like you're simply a transaction, don't even try to ask more about the problem - simply try to move onto the next patient. My sister-in-law had a twin miscarriage, she had first went to Dr. Grewal and after looking at the ultrasounds Dr. Grewal saw no concerns, but another doctor looking at those same ultrasounds sent my sister-in-law immediately to St. Micheals. The Doctor at St. Micheal's informed my sister-in-law that the first Doctor (Dr. Grewal) should have addressed the concern after the first ultrasound because it threatened her health. Honestly if you're looking for people that ACTUALLY care DON'T come here.

If I could give the older male doctor here a negative star review, I absolutely would. The most horrible and pretentious doctor i've ever had to come in contact with. If you care about yourself and your loved ones, please consider going somewhere else.

DR Grewal is the best, very caring, compassionate and with lots of patience. ???????? DR Sharma is the worst doctor ever I have met. He doesn't care, don't listen to patient's concerns or complaints, he was in and out in 2 mins. We came with ear pain and chest pain and he told us that he can only check 1 complaint per visit and just walked out without even saying a bye... I even wonder how he got his license..??!! Unbelievable..!! I don't feel safe and comfortable with this DR...My recommendation is not to see this Dr...

First time trying to visit this walk in clinic, called 5 minutes before arriving and they locked the doors on me. Why say you're open until 8 if you close the doors at 7:30. Will never go back here. If it was possible to give zero stars I would.

My doctor is Dr.Grewal. She is amazing! She always takes me seriously and takes every precaution needed. I have had very informative visits in regards to my issues with her. She explains in detail and runs every test to be safe always. Yes there is a wait time however I have expeirenced this at every doctors office I have been to. I think she may be one of the better doctors at this office as I have visited for walk in and had to see other doctors here who made me feel as if I was rushed. I'm happy I made the move to this office...the only downfall is they don't have an on site lab for testing. any bloodwork, xrays etc has to be done off site.

The poor reviews are very well earned. They gave me a wait time of 30 minutes, it has now been almost 2 hours and I am still waiting here. No apology, no nothing. I get it is just an estimate, but when it is 4 times that, it is a fail. Will never come back. I think who ever runs this should take time to read the reviews and take some action.

Such a terrible terrible woman Grewal is!!! I can't begin to describe how greedy this lady has been with my family members and how threatening she has been. *If you go and get your tests done anywhere else, watch I won't help you*, *you can't repeat a test because I don't get paid enough* *do this, or else, do that or else*, *i charge for this , I charge for that*. Steer clear of her greedy self and find an actual doctor elsewhere. Terrible terrible woman. If I could give a negative rating, I would!
