Terrible Staff Idk who hired this unprofessional Indian Aunty No freaking manners

Front staff is terrible, rude, they have no idea what customer experience is. they ignore you and treat you like are not "the one paying their salary". Common courtesy is not common for them. Once you get to the doctor is better he is polite , sadly he doesn't understand the importance and value of making his patient valuable and respected.

Worst clinic in brampton. Long wait times, receptionist is tremendously unprofessional and has little to no patience. The woman doctor who owns the clinic with her husband is rude, uncompassionate, and dismissive. The P.A.s in the clinic do a much better job in taking care of patients as she takes no quality time and care for her patients.

Very good doctor! I've been his patient for 10 years now! 100% recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheema's for about two years now and I have never been this unhappy with a doctor in my life. First of all, I can never get a hold of him when I'm having an issue. Second of all, his reception staff are rude and not helpful. Third, his practice hours are unreasonable and now when I NEED AN APPOINTMENT (I won't go otherwise), I have been told that I can't book an appointment but can walk in instead. My concerns need more than a five minute assessment that I have been trying to have addressed for the past six months. I have to find a new family doctor because Dr. Cheema's team doesn't care about my needs.

Too much waiting. Rude receptionists did not care about the cue the only people seeing the doctor were regular customers. Don't reccomend going there they will just let you wait while other people coming later see the doctor first.

Dr Cheema is a very companionate and caring family doctor and family man. He is understanding and patient while always striving to be professional and helpful with your health concerns.

After many visits as a family doctor patient, i'm leaving negative review based on these factors: 1. Terrible, rude, unprofessional, uncaring front reception staff. This point has been echoed in other reviews. Even after making appointments, they make us wait and take us after the walk in patients. 2. As a patient of the family doctor, for every appointment I have scheduled, the family doctor Waqar Cheema is not present, rather other "newly practicing or foreign doctors" see us. What is the point of signing him up as a family doctor to build a patient relationship when he is not even present. 3. As a family doctor patient, there is no follow up provided, nor no annual checkups not even emergency visit followups (when they confirm they know about it in their computer system) 4. The doctor has placed his wife with the same last name and I have seldom seen the original doctor anymore. I have received much better decent service is other walk in clinics. Skip this clinic and go to a more decent clinic without the rude receptionist. Also the pharmacy attached is a big rip off, they have fake prices labelled on the shelves, they scan and charge you way higher prices. They blame it on kids moving Labels, yet the labels and barcodes match the products exactly.

I would have given negative star to this clinic. I am calling them to book an appointment and no one answers the call. They don't reply to emails too.

I don’t understand the comment below as I always get my reply through email.I go to the clinic to pick up my lab paper the girl at the reception was helping other two people alone .even doctors are good

Dont ever make him family doctor.I made a mistake..he is not meet you once in a year even if he is your family doctor..so there is no point..and waiting time is too much.. Always..plus every time you go there always new learning students...instead of doctor and receptionist is always new there...dont understand..what's going on there..doctor service is terrible..if you badly need specialist appointment..doctor not gonna help you out for that..simply they send you emergency..and when we go in emergency..emergency doctor telling your doctor should arrange for you specialists appointment.. why he can not do it for you..? So mine is very very worst experience ever with dr cheema waqar..so please read my review before you go there..

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is clearly a money grab. The "doctors" are rarely ever practicing they have students and nurses do their job. I would suggest not getting blood taken there because it's a very dirty place. They do not properly dispose of used needles etc.....the wait is always unnecessarily long they put uou in a room to wait even longer. The actual doctors when you see them are not helpful at all although the wife is caring. If possible go somewhere else this place is not suited to be a family practice.....if you have a minor cough or cut they should do.

The worst ever experience dealing with pathetic receptionist who is extremely rude , unprofessional and who doesn't know abcd of managing the office operations. You call them and she will give you information which is totally opposite to what you get when you arrive at the clinic. Have been a patient with DR Cheema for 4 years but the experience is getting worst each time i visit this clinic. Your staff definitely need to attend an antiquate and behavior class and should learn to respect people's time too. Dr Cheema if you ever get to read this comment , do call me to know in detail. You have my contact details.

The lady doctor Dr. Cheema does not deserve to be a doctor, I wonder why is she still practicing.

Manish Shrestha

Very bad experience. Please please don’t step in all staff and doctors are worst , I ever find in GTA

dr Cheema honestly has made my journey through chronic illness so much easier over 9 years. He genuinely cares for his patients and is not arrogant like so many doctors. He is my pain specialist and family doctor. I rarely have a doctors give me their undivided attention like him. I will acknowledge that his trust builds over time as he gets to know us. He is not a "write whatever you want" prescription writer. Bring in medical studies. Debate his conclusions if you disagree and he will listen. He is cautious with giving medications. Ultimately he is compassionate towards suffering . Someone commented on him taking long lunch breaks. That's terrible to say! Culturally insensitive. He takes time out for his spiritual practice. I am not of the same cultural or spiritual background, but I have deep appreciation for the sincerity humility and lovingness it cultivates in him. I am just one of many patients to him I'm sure, but to me he is as valued as a family friend after this many years of turning to him in medical crisis and being supported. My dad was stabbed in the neck when travelling recently and his response was possibly one of the most profoundly compassionate responses I received and he sat with me for a really long time with more sincerity than a counsellor. It was very human. I couldn't possibly have more gratitude. I fully recommend him.

Dr. Cheema is very good doctor. Sometimes waiting time is long but it's worth waiting since the doctor takes time to listen to your complain and he is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Front staff also puts its best effort to be seen by the doctor as soon they can. Otherwise if their is big line before you then you have take some patience.

Mohsana Zahra

Very bad experience on every visit. Firstly They dont pick up phone and secondly they dont call you back for report result. And one more thing they dont suggest you specialist because they think specialist dont do anything. Woow seriously. Dont go to this clinic please

Harwinder Bhullar

Worst experience ever

Jesse Sahota

Hands down one the worst doctor in Brampton, Province, and Country. The staff are absolutely incompetent, not organized, slow in getting back to you, answering machines not listened to, and paperwork full errors and not legible. Dr.Cheema has zero people skills, pushes you to come back so he can make money, does not remember your particular visit or what needs to be done after a visit with him. I am utterly shocked how bad he assesses his patients and relies on the poor Indian community to pay his pay check as he is super lucky that his location is positioned where it is!!!!! DO NOT GO OR CONSIDER THIS DR, be smart and consider other options! Don’t waste your time in life with stupid people who have squeezed through the cracks and have gotten degrees elsewhere.

Robert Fernandez

This Doctor was a great listener and willing to do different tests needed to determine my chronic knee pain, and other issues, if it wasn't for Dr. W. Cheema being attentive and caring, I would have had to go down south and seek medical care. I am grateful this doctor is taking full responsibility to provide the best medical care for patients.
