Every time I need to go to the doctor I wish it was to see Dr. Heffernan. He was the only doctor that knew me since I was just a child and growing up. No doctor has been the same since he retired. I wish I took advantage of having him around when he was still in the field. Now I have to deal with doctors that are absolutely nothing like him.. What an absolute legend in the medical industry.. One time I was sick in the hospital in my 20's and he showed up out of no where! I almost cried at how much this doctor cared about his patients. It wasn't that he showed a great deal of emotion but you knew that just about all the advice he offered you was 100% true. I think about you all the time doc! Hope everything is well with you, thank you for taking care of me all those years

By walk in or apointment, I always get called in fast. Been with Dr.Heffernan for over 10 years...maybe even 20 now...Oh man...Time.. I always gets what I need done quickly but never rushed. Nice clean location and great staff for Brampton, it's diverse in a old school Brampton sense, despite being in a new school Brampton plaza. Most places in Brampton are not really minority friendly, minority being Black, White and Asain. Haha. Yup! Brampton census statistics, nothing more. In Jerry Springers final thoughts, if you like clean, quick, Doctors visits and like people talking to you like you're an actual human, a person..than this is the place.
