I was with this doctor for several years. One Saturday I had an appointment first thing in the morning before I headed to work. That morning there was a snow storm. I called in and informed I was gonna be 5-10 minutes late cause of the road conditions. When I got in the receptionist told me Dr Gopinath (who had no patients in) wanted me to wait since I was late. When she finally did see me 30 minutes later, her first question to me was “did you enjoy your sleep” assuming I just slept in. I was working several jobs back then; barely sleeping but she didn’t know that. She assumed and this is only one instance she was rude. There was many more stories. I left her practice a few years back and would not recommend anyone to go there. However, her receptionist are amazing!

I love Dr Gopinath and her whole staff! She has been looking after me and my whole family for several years. She is by far the most sweetest, loving and caring doctor ever! I genuinely feel like I'm meeting a family member by the way she comforts her patients. And she will narrow down any illness you have which a lot of doctors Dont do!

My doctor for many years now. Started going almost as soon as she opened. She is amazing. As soon as we discovered I had Lupus she sent me to a specialist and has been supportive every step of the way. She is very to the point and no nonsense which I love.

Dr. Malar was OK but the reception was worst. They removed me from family physician without noticed me because of 3 month before I was making my dr appointment I told them "my husband told me to come with him to meet dr". But they didn't let me so he cancel his appointment . But today I called her for appointment she told me she removed all of my family members from family physician list. It was very worst experience in my life. Not recommended this place.

Rushed experience Over the phone doctor visit? She used to be a good doctor but it is obvious she doesn’t like what she does I dread everytime I have to talk to her. It really is an unpleasant experience. I am finding a new family doctor after having her for 5 years Just a terrible experience the last year with her

I like the Doctor she is ok with me, but with my daughters she is very unfriendly, ignorant, unhelpful. The doctor is not compassionate, cannot give her little time and thought to the patient. Her knowledge is only helpful if she herself would be a better person!

She deregisters you without notice if you do not visit her as often as she would like. Also, her receptionists are very rude. I would advise against making her your doctor.

I am so happy to have an exceptional family doctor after years of bouncing around from walk-in clinics. Dr GOPINATH is highly skilled and I recommend her. The front desk staff is very friendly, and accommodating. They know your name and always welcome you with a smile. Very professional office they always answer the phone or call back immediately. What I really love is your appointment time is kept on time. No 2 hour waits here, which I have done in the past at other Dr offices even with an appointment. My entire family loves it here!
