Dr Langer ( Dr " L "as I call him ) has been my Family Doc for almost 23 years ! Dr L has always given me guidance no only medical but life itself some times . Back in 2017 I went back and forth to the hospital bc of chest pains . After the fourth time I went to Dr L and he said Corey you know when something isn't right with ur body ... he sent me for tests etc and low and behold I had 3 blockages ! He really did save my life !

Horrible. It happened twice and so i had to write this review. My wife is carrying and they gave me a form for doing IPS II test. I took leave on a wednesday and when i arrived at the test centre they stated that you have not bought the requisition form. I said this is what the clinic gave me. Then i went back and they had no clue and when i explained it the reception understood and gave the form and then i went back to the test centre and got the test done. This happened twice. There is a new receptionist and she seems to be very polite the others are horrible. If you don't know what form should be given then you should be working there. I hope they see this review

Dr.Khan is my family doctor. She is really good. Staffs in reception are really clueless. They always fight among each other and put patients in uncomfortable position. Today they had to give me Hepatitis vaccine and one staff was bullying and scolding another staff. They put me in really uncomfortable and helpless situation. This clinic has to train their staffs.

Recently I contacted my family doctor using their new Covid procedures. I had my choice of emailing the office or leaving a voice message. My email was replied in a timely manner and I was scheduled a phone consult the following day. The call was received within the hours stated. My doctor listened to my health concerns and promptly emailed the requisition form to get several tests done. This medical office has embraced the high tech world allowing individuals to even book their appointments directly online via life labs. Dr. Jacqueline Ramchatesingh is my son’s paediatrician and is literally god sent! She is kind, comforting and very knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure to see her and I trust her completely when it comes to my son’s health and development. That said, i’m surprised by the comments on here regarding the staff, because I’ve never had this experience. The staff is always courteous over the phone and in person. I think people have a lot of expectations and not much appreciation (and I did see this especially today as the staff were super busy and trying to accommodate each patient). The staff, in my opinion, go above and beyond as opposed to other clinics I’ve visited.

Dr Langer's Medical Centre on Mississauga Rd is the best. My husband was getting his pneumonia shot and the flu shot was also available. My husband said that I (wife) was in the car and could she come in and get a flu shot also. The nurse said sure and I was able to get my flu shot also. Absolutely worst service ever!!! Chelsey at the front desk booking appointments for Dr. Ramchatesingh, Jacqueline Elizabeth CPSO#: 105615 is horrible. She has 0 customer service skills and very very very extremely RUDE to patients. Why is she still working in a pediatrician office? Someone like this should definitely not be 100 feet close to children and patients. But that speaks volume about Dr. Ramchatesingh, Jacqueline Elizabeth. Because with all the bad reviews and feedback regarding this very RUDE and UNPROFESSINIAL Staff by the name of Chelsey and no disciplinary action IS or WAS done yet about it means that this Dr. Ramchatesingh, Jacqueline Elizabeth doesn't really care or value her patients. Thus allowing them to be insulted by this staff Chelsey that has no morals. People please keep your children far away from Dr. Ramchatesingh, Jacqueline Elizabeth CPSO#: 105615 and staff Chelsy. There is a reason why this doctor's wait list is so short because she is the worst. Dr. Ramchatesingh allows her staff Chelsey to keep harassing patients and doesn't realize she's not in the Caribbean here. They think they can do the same in Canada. But patients has rights and you can report their unprofessional behaviour to CPSO, because no doctor and staff are allowed to treat patients that way. If you need a Behavioral Pediarican, the first and best referral ask for Dr. Bikangaga or Dr. Gao.

Dr. Langer saved my life. I was not feeling too well and my doctor told me it was my imagination. Dr. Langer examined me and insisted that I get a thorough heart assessment at a clinic with an onsite cardiologist. They caught my blockage and fixed it before it could cause any harm. The cardiologist who performed the stent told me I would not have survived the heart attack had it not been detected by Dr. Langer. Most recently I spoke with Doctor Langer on a consistent cough that got worst. Following Covid-19 protocol, I went to obtain a rapid test that was negative. Doctor Langer asked about my symptoms and reviewed my past related health issues and recommended a prescription with a puffer. The next day I am feeling so much better. Thank you. Doctor Langer has always been a true professional, knowledgeable and thorough doctor, who takes the time to answer my questions with proven research, always tells a personal story to make me feel better and laugh a little, actively listens and knows me very well. We moved to the area from USA just before the of lock down, so finding a Dr was difficult. After lot of search in google and review I chose Dr Langer's and Arshya Khan was the only Dr available at that time. After an year of online consulting, I went to the office for the first time last month. I understand that due to Covid everyone wants to be careful, but how can you provide medical care without seeing the patient? For example, My 4 yr old sprained his neck wile playing on trampoline, he was not moving his neck I called the Dr. they told me they can only to Tele consulting. I mean how can you make sure the kid has not broken anything thru phone? I was not convinced, we took him to an urgent care after speaking with on call Dr from Langer's. Another pain is, the Dr will call anytime before 8 PM. I wish they would actually schedule a time, instead of 10 hour window. or at least a smaller window. And Arshya Khan was really in hurry when I met her, she was listening to me and typing on her computer, she was in and out of the room in like 5 mins. In that 5 mins she did all the annual check up ! I am not sure all the Drs are like this. From where I come from, Dr always take time to listen to us and spend solid time understanding the issue. Front staff was ok, not great. They are always busy, they take 24 hours to return the calls. Also, no option to create an online account, no appointment reminders. Overall nothing great about this place.

The doctors are great but I can’t say the same about the receptionists. They have an arrogance to them. One was sitting at a desk I’m clearly waiting to give her a completed form and then I just said excuse me she didn’t look up from her computer or anything and just showed me her finger. Many of the others also answer you in an unprofessional manner. Again the doctors are nice and kind but the admin staff need to have some general office and service etiquette.

I got swap done twice. 2 different occasions, no results, sample got lost. Started see dr. Jackie at the walmart location, forgot my son immunizations card. Vaccination was given, she told me to bring my son card next time to update the information, there was no information on the system for the 18month vaccination, when it was time to up date the card. Negative vibes from the moment you walk in. Front desk is super rude and condescending. Everyone has bad days so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but time and time again, I’m met with attitude and belittling. Won’t be going there anymore as I have seen no commitment to treating patients with compassion and understanding. Dr. Khan is a decent GP but I have never felt that this office has cared about their patients. I have had multiple poor experiences that I now do not want to return with my newborn and am currently looking for a new FP. The front staff are absolutely atrocious, extremely rude and unprofessional (Sherry Ann is their only saving grace, shes great!). Just a few experiences: 1) Missed paperwork for BW - the lab clinic called to have it faxed over since I'm pregnant they were trying to help me, I waited an hour at the lab who called multiple times along with myself, waiting ages on hold and told it has been completed, but low and behold, they never received the paperwork, I physically had to go and pick it up. 2) I had my pharmacy request a refill for a medication I could not work without - the office called me exactly a week later to tell me they just received the request and that if I wanted it, it will be $20 charge. Appalling to lie to your patients and let them suffer, but thank goodness I have a great pharmacy and they were more a help than this office. 3) I had to repeat to Dr. Khan many times where I wanted to deliver and they never sent my referral to the OB's office on time so that when I finally received the call from the OB's office, I had to rush to have my Ultrasounds and BW completed in order to stay on track. Patient care is definitely not a priority here, unfortunately...

Had a call to discuss shoulder ultrasound and X-ray. Shoulder was fine and had a great discussion and Dr. Langer explained in detail what was going on. Dr Langer has been our family doctor for 34 years and has always been there for whatever we need. During this crazy time we find ourselves in right now, Dr Langer and his Associates are all available either by walk in or appointment, virtually. I have had to do both and the walk in doctors (virtual appointment) called in a timely manner and took the time to deal with my issue. Same with Dr Langer’s appointments. All I had to do is call for an appointment and I was given a day and time that he would call me. If I need a prescription, the Dr calls my pharmacy, they prepare it and I can then pick it up. Easy Peasy! Love my Doctor!!!
