The clinic some good doctors like dr Peter who is very compassionate to the patients and this clinic was referred to us because of him. I personally felt his care has a doctor. However, there is this other doctor Ajay Khural, really upsetting by his approach. He gets offended if we ask him our concerns and tries to tease us. I’m not a doctor to fully understand stuffs and this dude has no compassion. When I brought my child with fever he only wants to take care of that problem. I told him he is always itching his ears and this dr told me to come another day for that. Didn’t have the courtesy or the mind to even check . Even with my questions on vaccination he acted very alienated. He might have the knowledge to be a doctor but not the affection. He is only after the money he gets. Shame !!!

Worst service ever by the lady who cleaned my ear and then receptionist no patience in them they don’t know how to talk. Rude people. I had my ear cleaning and as my one ear was blocked and after cleaning they blocked the another one and Doctor said it will take 1-2 hours i said okay.It has been more thn 15 hours and i again visited . Doctor said I told u it will take A week.!! Really ? I can’t hear from my one ear. Still suffering. If it causes me any kind of infection then should I SUE him? ????

Okay where can I start. I love the doctors there. Some of the staff. The lab tech that was there jan 9th 2021. I guess she was new she didn't want to admit it. But I waited less then an hour to get blood work done, ok not bad for a weekend wait. But was wondering why 3 ppl waiting for blood work took 45 mins. Ok my turn for blood work. They called my name. And the the lady was searching for a my vein like shes never touched a person before. Poked the needle in and said oh sorry its not coming out. I'm like. Okay use my other arm. She said she will use a part closer to my wrist on the same hand. I'm like I'm 7 months preg. And got many blood tests done with no issue. ..she finds a vein by my wrist, went deep inside and said ...sorry its. It working.. I'm like what my bloods not moving. So I left with no blood work done for my OB to get for next week. Waste of time. She told me book for the following day with another tech.

The doctors here spend not even 5 minutes with you, it is better to just self diagnose using google because that is literally what they do... the doctor googled what he thinks I had based on looking for 2 seconds and said there is nothing to treat it and walked out. I wish I was given more time and explained what it was, as I had waited for 2 hours for my turn.

I went there at 9:15 p.m as the store is open until 10:00 p.m. The lady on front desk said we are closed for the day, I can’t register you for today. I was having severe headache, but she didn’t let me to meet doctor. I don’t know why you guys have mentioned then, that the store is open until 10 p.m if you can’t take up the registration of patients till 10 p.m. you should change your timings till 9 p.m only, to make it more convenient for patients, so that they should not come to you after 9 p.m and then you guys left with 1 hour to check up all the patients which have already been registered before 9 p.m and then you can close your store at 10 p.m. Really disappointed.

Except Dr steve and Dr. Khullar, all docs suck here ... I had stomach flue and the doc on duty on Saturday diagnosis was Appendicitis.. I went home and did home remedy and i am fine... Thinking of sueing these docs...saw so many little kids sick, hope they were diagnosed well unlike me.. god bless them

Dr. Khural was very unprofessional, he kept going on about hallway medicine and I should be voting NDP. He also claims parents get too uptight about knowing everything about their children and the medical system is not great "here". He also said doctors get testing done "here" too fast, just because you have a headache for 10 days doesn't mean you need to get an MRI. His exact words. His lecture went on and on about testing and how he has to approve it. Worst doctor ever. Not sure if he's qualified to be one. Don't waste your time with him.

Yesterday visited this clinic, after waiting for 30 minutes, doctor just took 4 to 5 minutes for check up. And doctor said don’t tell me all the symptoms that you have. You can tell that on another visit. This doesn’t make any sense. If we are paying $60 then we are expecting good service and consultation. I will not recommend my friends to visit this clinic.

They purposely hang up the phone and I know this because I made sure to go in person, there was only one patient. Her excuse was that it hangs up by itself. I asked why even put me on hold, she said it was busy. No way in hell it was that busy 10 mins prior to me showing up. They’re under new management it seems, their business plummeted that’s for sure. Perfect example of a zero star business.

There is no zero star option as thats what this place deserves. Very unprofessional, I had a consultation with Dr. Sameh Ekladious. He did not listen to my concern and rushed me off and i was in so much pain but Dr. Samee Ekladius he is in hurry, doesn't have time to listen to the patient completely and properly. And ask me to take the pain killers. And then at pharmacy i waited 25 mins for perscription. Unreal. Take your perscription and go somewhere else if u don’t wanna waste your time. I strongly recommend to avoid this place and just go to a different clinic, they will just waste your time and will not take your health and pain seriously. .

Worst place to get appointments and they made me wait for 1 hour to collect blood samples and finally told me they don't do the prescribed blood work there and without even an apology asked me to lifelabs / dynacare...I know they are busy but the they can be. Today I got a call from the clinic that I misswd. When I returned the call, the aiming time was 1 and half hour waiting before I got the chance to talk with the receptionist named HARJOT. She was so rude and harsh in behavior . First thing she told why I am yelling at her when I did not utter a single word . According to her, she is only person taking calls , dealing with customer. So she can't take calls . She was too rude. So in future no one should expect to get a answer from HARJOT even it's urgent. Just want to know the job code of receptionist?

I am seriously not sure if the Doctors and nurses that work at cornerstone medical are real.one Lady took my tempeture and OMG it hurts she poke the thermometer so hard in my ears.even the one taking blood and blood pressure dont seems experienced at all .Someone should look into this place . And from the pharmacy to the front desk only one Nationality seems to work in those areas it seems like a family business. My son was sick a few months ago and he told me point blank not to bring him here because he doesnt think they know what they're doing

The most unprofessional and heartless people. Went there because insane fever and weird allergic reactions. Went there 5 minutes before their closing time. Receptionist said she cannot take anymore patients as the doctor said no more patients. Explained her that the situation is very serious and I need medical attention as soon as possible. This was the worst experience I ever had with any doctor. I had an appointment with Dr. Ajay Khural. First of all, he never behaved as a doctor. He was rude and unfriendly. Secondly, he kept saying you can google the issues you are facing and get solutions online. If that's the case, why would I see a doctor in the first place. For my foot pain, he did not even ask me to remove the shoes and examine my foot. My Khusal : why do you even see patients when you don't have anything to examine and help them improve their condition? Please don't waste people's money and time for your own benefit.

I agree with all of the 1-star reviews on here. Yes it is a walk-in clinic but they also have family doctors. The unfortunate thing is the receptionist NEVER answers the phone. I spend entire days calling at least a dozen times before I get an answer to try and make an appointment. When they do finally pick up the phone they tell me I can drop in during clinic hours. Which sometimes sounds more convenient until I have to wait an hour before getting seen only for the doctor to rush me out and not take the time to listen to my questions. I'm on a few inhalers including a nasal one and I needed a refill the last time only for the doctor to only give me one month and tell me when I run out to come back. Why can't they give more if I'm on it long term. I'm ready to find a new doctor because this is ridiculous use of my time.

The receptionist pooja over there are the worst it's been 3 days I m been waiting for my results and can't have medicine without the results I literally called 3 times and was put on long wait on the phone and then someone on purposely disconnects the phone so the receptionist don't have to deal with the patients....ultimately some one picked up the call and I spoke to her abt the results and she is like it's still not in I requested if she could call the lab to find out when they will b in and at 12.50pm says I can not call as the lab closes at 1 pm so call on Monday -- how unprofessional and inconsiderate I was like u still have 10 mins pls call or give me the lab number so I can call and get medications and stop suffering and she hung up on me --- really dont understand why hire ppl who don't even have medical field want to work and knw the importance of working gor a medical clinic --- and how it effects the patients who are sick n suffering

They don’t answer their phone I had to call legitimately 20 times this morning and nothing…I showed up and they said my problem would an over the phone consult… fine. Made an appointment for a doctor to call me. Three hours later a doctor calls… doesn’t actually tell me what’s wrong just prescribes an antibiotic and rushes me off the phone. Don’t even know her name. I’ve now been waiting for 5 hours for my the pharmacy near my house to receive the fax of the prescription and still nothing, tried 13 times to call back to see the status and the seem confused like I didn’t ask the doctor to send the prescription to the location near my house. You guys just sit on prescriptions for 5 hours…

I totally agree with those in the review giving 1 star to the staff. They are horrible and hardly useful for medical services. They cannot be reached by phone even if we try any time of the day. Are they busy not to pick up the phone? Then try to phone from the clinic itself and you will notice how they get rid of phone calls. No wonder their voice mail is full. We had a test there and results came in. 3 weeks later they did not even figure out they had to phone. To the management of the clinic - you have a wonderful doctor in the name of Dr Peter - He is a 5 star plus on every ground. If he leaves this clinic is done. Please improve the front desk service.

Dr. Patel is one of the Most Professional, Kind, Caring and Very thorough doctor. Have been to this clinic many times, but Dr. Patel and Peter are the gems. Love their attention to detail and they genuinely care for their patients. I don't understand why people are complaining about Longer wait times- Guys you're here to see a Doctor, this is not a Drive-Thru or Uber Eats. You don't want Doctors to Ignore your Health and Expedite to see other patients... Plus this is the only WalkIn clinic thats Open for Late and Most times of the year. Reapect that!

I called at front desk in morning and she said come in the clinic to see doctor when i went there one lady at front desk said sorry doctor can't see you i asked that why u said on phone you can come. she said i didn't talk with you on phone. The other lady said yes i talked with her then she said i can ask the doctor if she can take you or not. The front desk ladies are so rude and arrogant. They was talking alot in there language and they don't care about anyone waiting and one lady was asking other for airpods to listen music and other lady said yes i have but it's at Costco. Is this professional way to work while patients are waiting???????. I wait there for half an hour she still didn't ask anything from doctor when i asked her again she said in rude way i am busy i am doing my work. So many people was waiting in the line but they was busy in talking to each other. After waiting so long one lady said to other that can you tell them doctor can't see her and will call her. So why she wasted my time to come in and wait for that long. All that front desk ladies have attitude and don't know how to serve people .Never going back and not recommending to others. I only come to this walkin. Great hours. The receptionists make the process quick for patients who need bloodwork/injections and probably other things by starting the process themselves in the lab. Dr Stevanowski is the doctor I go out of my way to see. Thorough and kind. Thank you

No more Humanity here on this location. All about money and front staff to doctors, They are Super Racing to see more patients than patients health. Im a Canadian Citizen and took my niece to this location with heavy fever. Her Health Card expired few days back, Front Receptionist asked me to pay for the Visit." I said ok and told her got debit card" She said we don't Have machine here. You have to go Cross. The street and get money from ATM." I said ok and ask her can i pay after visit? Reason it was freezing Rain out and i don't want take my niece all the way out twice. SHE SAID NO ALSO DOCTOR WILL BE REFUSE TO LOOK AFTER YOUR NIECE.. I Had no choice, Went to ATM with little one n Paid for the visit.. Made me Sad..

The receptionist is so rude. I had an injury on my thumb and doctor told me that receptionist would fax the requisition to X-Ray lab. I went to the lab and was told that nothing was sent. I waited an hour at the lab and kept trying calling the clinic with my broken thumb but no one answered the call. I eventually had to go to clinic myself to pick up the requisition. I very politely told the front desk about my situation and explained how no one answered my call within the hour past hour. She snapped at me for no reason and told me “ You know we are not free” On the contrary I was in the clinic for 30 mins and phone lines were not busy at all. I think she needs to know that she is dealing with people who have issues with health and already on the verge of a breakdown.

Listen, I've never written a google review before but this is absolutely the worst clinic I have ever stepped foot into so I feel compelled to. I had to wait over 1 hour to see the doctor on several occasions even when I was the 1st to arrive. After waiting for over an hour and finally getting to see the doctor (Dr.Nesseem), she was not polite, rushed my visit with her and acted very dismissive. I gave her my yellow card to view my previous vaccinations and fill out a school form and when she was filling it out she said I did not have a the chicken pox vaccine in which i needed for my school program so I took the vaccine that same day since she said I didn't have it even though I thought I did. Come to find out when I went to another clinic down the street, I indeed did do the chicken pox vaccine before...maybe if she wasn't in so much of a hurry and referenced my yellow card properly, I wouldn't have had to take the same vaccine TWICE. Not to mention, when I asked the nurse who administered me the vaccine what side effects are associated with the chicken pox vaccine, she said "uhm nothing, nothing... I think". A day later my arm was swollen like an apple and very itchy and I had no warning even when I asked. Very unprofessional and disgraceful...The receptionists don't even greet you upon arrival, instead they act as if their computer screen and phone calls are more important than the people right in front of them. I stood in front of two receptionists and even though they made eye contact, it was like I was invisible and it took them at least 2 minutes to even say hello on more than one occasion.To add, I had to call 4 times and visit the clinic to inquire about my lab results in which I waited over 3 weeks for. They told me to contact the lab and when I did, the lab said it was the clinics responsibility to follow up with Health Canada about my results since they had been pending in their system for over 3 weeks. Why do they not have proper protocol when it comes to getting pending results to patients? and magically, after I went in to tell them to contact the health Canada, they got my results the next day... Why am I telling you how to do your job? Look, if you are thinking of visiting this clinic save yourself the stress and go down the road to the Dusk medical walk in clinic (2 mins away) which is much more organized, professional and respect their patients time and health.

Went to Urgent Care centre with extreme gallbladder pain for immediate assistance and was told there is 1 hr wait and 1 month for any kind of ultrasound scan. All being told while their nurses in the back are bargain hunting on Nofrills Flyer on work PC. To put into context the Nofrills strore is 20 meters away from their office. I wish I could upload the video but here is a screenshot from it. I hope she finds a good deal

receptionist was so rude and wastage of time, it shows closing time 6:00 pm but doesn’t receive new patients after 5:00, if they don’t want to take patients after 5:00 than they should mention 5:00 as closing time why they are wasting others time by refusing to take when it shows 6:00 closing time

1,5 hours of my life wasted on a clinic that is not patient-friendly. I don't know what they plan to do with all these patients, have they ever thought of giving rightful care? Sure enough, we understand it's a walk-in, but pure physical examinations and a lack of communication will not result in anything. Ask questions, listen to the patient, and don't treat everyone the same way. I almost wonder if all walk-ins are competing to see patients in a record low time, "Hey I saw mine in less than 3 minutes, checked ear/nose/mouth AND temperature, beat that Doc". Learn to respect our time just as much as we respect yours. My complaints: No diagnosis, a prescription that is not relevant, lack of communication, and staff who are not observant. Don't point me to a washroom that has run out of toilet paper - you even put a sign on it yourself! And next time, turn up the heat, I don't want to turn out more sick than when I came in. Positives: There are enough chairs.

My kids and I always go here (specifically to see Dr. Peter!) only when I have no choice we will go when he is not working and my 4 year old will ask the treating doctor, "where is Dr. Peter?". Dr. Peter has a calming caring presence. I like that he asks lots of questions, thoroughly access my children and he is not quick to recommend antibiotics. He is the reason clinic has the high rating. Being a great family physician is a gift, Dr. Peter has that gift.

It is my, swear to God, honest opinion. If you ever go to this clinic and have to see Ajay Khural , go back to your home or see another doctor. I have seen rude people in my life like anybody but the way he behaved with me, left me stunned. I was in pain and I was explaining what kind of difficulties i was facing everyday but he couldn't care less. Not only that, he was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL like no other doctor i have ever seen. If he ever reads this, i want you to have some SHAME and RESPECT for your profession. People wait for hours to see you while they are in pain and you treat them like s**t and do not empathize them even a bit. Shame on you.

I like the online system for booking but that's about the only way to reach them. My prescription was faxed over to the wrong pharmacy and now I can't get anyone to pick up the phone to send it to the correct pharmacy. I've called 15 times and it went straight to voice mail and then it went straight to hold for 30 minutes after which I gave up and hung up. Not sure what the point of me seeing a doctor here is if I can't even access my prescription.

They never ever answer the fone. Lack of staff and moreover lack of trained staff! They dont know what to day and how to deal! Your files are never tranfered to the specialist and if they do.. they are incomplete! Even after 1000 follow ups they are clueless.. they dont even have good doctors.. all have basic medicine knowledge but they dont know the slightest of the complicated thing and would not even refer u to doctor! I heard pregnant women are set on priority in canada but here they are a failure.. i am very very disappointed...

They don't help at all. I've been there 2 times for different reasons, they told me I'm fine when I did not feel so and I'd have to get a second opinion which was the opposite. Not sure how these people are able to keep this place open much less their jobs. They know nothing about health and healing. The only good I have to say is wait time is 10-15 mins for terrible service. If you want your health issues to get worse, this the place.

As a first timer at this establishment let me tell you that the admitting staff and Dr. Amar Patel is the bomb.com. As I wait and left with all sort of thoughts, here comes Dr Patel skipping in the room like it's 1999. When it fact it was 9:55 pm at night. His energy was so welcoming, simply unbelievable for a Dr to be this relax with a patient not to mention it's the first time he's laid eyes on me. From his excellent treatment, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what the next steps looks like. Attention doctors if you want a masterclass in watching a doctor bring medical knowledge and build rapport so that message is heard by patient and therefore delivered watch this guy. Dr. Patel I'm here to say thank you and keep up the awesome job you do. I Highly recommended this clinic. You wont regret it.

The clinic itself was very clean and conveniently located right next to a pharmacy. The wait time was quite short compared to other walk-in clinics I've been too (I was probably there 45 minutes total, including the time that the doctor took to see me). The doctor was wonderful (I believe it was Dr. Naseem?). The only reason I dropped a star is because the nurse at the front desk accidentally gave me the wrong prescription, which I didn't realize until I got to the pharmacy by my house so I had to go back to the clinic. No harm no foul, just read things carefully!

Don’t know why government officials don’t look into. Got a deep cut this morning and when came to walk in for dressing , the receptionist didn’t even bother. For simple dressing they ask me to wait for 2 hrs . The explanation their are two more people ahead of me for dressing on their wound. Even surgeons don’t take one hour to close a wound. It’s lack of sense of helping patients and they should not be in medical profession

Then, I did blood work, when i called about a week later to inquire about it. They told me that my results came out about 2 days ago and the doctor would like to see me. Shouldn't they have contacted me if there were concerns? They have a very lackadaisical approach to affairs. Always appears rushed and right there you know that it's all about money making. About a month ago I had a bad flu. I had tested negative for COVID, but was told I could not enter the Clinic in person. So, since I was desperate to resolve some breathing issues I booked a phone consultation with on of the doctors. No one ever called. I tried to call the front desk itself for days and was immediately sent to Caller Unavailable every time. Horrible service at a time like this. Edit: In the past Dr. Stevanoski (not sure how its spelled) has been wonderful. If you do need to go here make sure you get to see him.

I ONLY continue to come here for Dr. stevanovski. This clinic is a poor excuse of a clinic. I need to call to ask if my requisitions are there, that doesn’t require and app or a phone consultation with a doctor since I’ve already had one. But they NEVER answer the phone. You sit on hold for an hour and then the line drops. 4 days in a row I’ve called because I can’t make it in and I can never reach them. What type of clinic cannot answer phone calls??? What’s the point of have a receptionist??? And now on top of that the other walk in doctor wants to just prescribe antibiotics left right and centre so that they don’t have to see you. I thought we were all trying to be mindful of others and getting checked out when we’re unwell but they won’t even try to actually diagnose you here anymore. This used to be my favourite clinic a few years ago and I’m not sure what happened but they do NOT have our best interests in mind. If I could give zero stars to the clinic I would! I really don't understand why their are bad reviews written about this place, probably just people who feel entitled. Yes the wait is long, but considering this is one of the very few places in Brampton (an extremely populated city) that are available for walk in, what do people expect? The doctor and staff are working their hardest considering all the patients they are trying to help and for that I am appreciative. Doctor told me that they rarely get breaks just to ensure people are constantly getting Looked at. I don't understand how doctors can truly help patients over the phone so I'm glad this centre is dedicated to the wellbeing of the community to provide in person services. Wish them all the best.

If I could give it 0, I would. I visited this walk In clinic a few times now and every time I have been there at minimum I have wasted 2-3 hour. The wait time is always insanely long, even if there were three patients ahead of me I ended up waiting for 2-3 hrs. After waiting for 1 hour the Doctor(Ajay) arrived who was 40 minutes late and once he was in, he kept taking calls over phone. There are so many negative reviews for this clinic and no one is bothered, they don’t even try to improve or even try to be more organized in the way they operate. All they care about is swiping your health card. There is no value for anyone’s time!

Call ahead! Only been here a couple of times and I do like one of the doctors. He was very patient with me. Don't come later in the day on the weekend if you can help it. Due to COVID, I think they only have a doctor in for a window of time during the day that can do walk-ins, so they have reduced hours some days even on the weekend. A phone appointment isn't ideal here either because of the thick accents. Sorry but if you're giving me important medical information, the call quality in addition to the accents makes it hard to discern the information. Probably not going back for more serious issues.

Well I can speak about my experience and it was terrible. I saw the doctor Mahmuda mukt and I waited a long time to see the doctor but the doctor hardly spent 20 seconds and off she went. She mentioned 3 medicines but when I collected the prescription there was only 1 in it. I dont think the doctor cared about me, she just wanted me to send me off!

They never answer their phone! When they do, they don’t know what manners are or how to respectfully assist with questions. When you’re at the clinic, the receptionists and nurses are just bare minimum when it comes to good patient/clinic service. They are just there, they don’t care about you. The doctors are so-so, absolutely not ones you want to refer people to. The only doctor whose actually amazing is Dr. Peter. He’s the only reason why I even put up with these people and their garbage. Just go when he’s there, he seems to be the only who cares and give his time to you.

As a nurse myself with experience working in a clinic, this place misinform their patients I came in 2 days ago explaining I need a TB Test for work which is 72 hours time sensitive from date of test to reading. I have explained to the nurse that I working all hours of the day and work almost every day so it's important that I'm able to get a reading after work (8pm). I asked if that was ok because otherwise I would not have done the TB Test on Wednesday. So I get in and they refused me because they stopped taking in patients at 7pm. Told me to come in the morning for the reading which I'm not able to because again, I work. They wouldnt even give me a refund on a cash payment for the TB test because they refused to do the reading. They decided to blamed the staff that worked on Wednesday instead of accommodating a paying patient. As a clinic lead myself, cornerstone clinic manager definitely needs to give their staff orientation and get everyone on the same page. Patient, doctors, and even their staff, times are waisted. Work efficiently by getting everyone on the same page PLEASE. I deal enough with covid patients. Getting a simple TB reading should have only taken 2 seconds. Based on previous reviews this clinic has been awful to people. I hope you guys reevaluate the staff directions and your intentions in patient care.

This one star is too much for this clinic. I have been with this clinic for 4 years and they gave me so much hard time to book appointment with dr. Peter for almost a year now. I always used Medeo app to book appointment with my doctor because there reception doesn’t pic call at all. It always went to there direct messages which is not even set by anyone.I waited for like a week just for a refill of my meds and in that whole time I had to suffer though all the symptoms of missing the doses. They tend to lie about the doctor calling you or not. I have a business line that my receptionist answered (I was in office and available) the doctor decided not to leave a message and tell her to have me call them back. I called back 2 minutes later (7 times as there were no answers for a wile) and once I finally got through I was rudely told I had not answered for my appointment/she couldn’t get through or leave a voicemail. This is a blatant lie and I’ve had nothing but delays and issues with this clinic. I was then hassles about not being able to afford another phone line so it would be easier for them to contact me. I get the point however it was a rather blameful waste of my time. This clinic used to be very efficient around 6 years ago but it has really fallen off recently. Make sure to keep up on your end of things as best as possible or you may be forgotten about.

This place has recently become extremely frustrating. - They strongly advise calling in for phone consultations with a doc - If you're lucky enough to actually get through the phone, you're on hold for unreasonable amounts of time. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes many times. Funny cause when I walked in it wasn't busy at all nor were the phones being used. Do they just put you on hold and hope you hang up? - anyways, they usually give a 6 hour window of when the doc will call. Better not miss the call cause you gotta start the process all over again.

This is a one of the worst experience I have ever had. I went there for my TB test required for my job. I asked the doctor to fill the test results on the medical certificate. Surprisingly the doctor asked me that the test was done wrong. She couldn't do anything with that. That was your responsibility to make sure that The test is done correctly. I don't know what the staff is doing there. How can they recruit such an illiterate staff.

Honestly the worst clinic I have ever gone to. I had been going here for about 4 years until I finally had enough. The last time I went in, the front desk took my health card but did not put me on the wait list. I had been waiting for an hour and a half (the wait is usually bad so I didn't think too much of it) until I decided to go ask what was taking so long and she was surprised to find that I wasn't even in the system. The doctors are all extremely rushy and rude except for Dr. Stevanovski. Every time I went in, the doctors never changed my incorrect prescription and the pharmacy always had to get a doctor to sign off on changing it so they could release the correct drug to me. Every time! Which meant a doctor never changed it in the system! The pharmacy is also slow but more thorough than the doctors. Anywhere is better than here.

I will recommend them any day. Management pls train your front desk staff, they are your face to the public. My experience with the front desk staff last Thursday was very bad, they gave me the wrong time on the phone about Dr. Patel's availability, only for me to be turned back rudely and without an apology at the front office when I showed up on the time I was given. An apology at least would have sorted it out but this lady just kept on and on blaming me for coming in before 4 pm. Which was the time that I was given on the phone.

Not recommended. They started me on medication for cholesterol, which you take daily and are not to stop, then refuse to reply to pharmacy about refills, saying every time it is refilled, you have to make an appointment. Really! What an incredible waste of tax dollars for this type of medication, but that seems to be the motto with this place. I have been on Ventolin and Advair for 30 years, with past physicians doing the renewal over the phone with the pharmacy. Not this place. They will only give me one month at a time, and require me to make a monthly appointment for refills. Sounds like a place that is milking the system to the very best of their ability. Taxpayer abuse at it's finest.

I have been going to this clinic since I moved to Brampton in 2014. Weather the clinic treats your illness or not, it takes away that irritation sickness of waiting for hours in a hospital to see a doctor. Yes these guys do a lot more than getting a pill for sneezing, with in house blood work, heart monitoring, first aid, referral to specialists and a pharmacy right in the office so you don't have to look for a pharmacy when your get your prescription. What I most like about the office is their hours of operation and being able to walk in with out an appointment. The receptionist, nurses, and the pharmacists are very pleasant to deal with anytime at this medical center.

DO NOT GO - WARNING - Brought my 3 year old into the clinic. My son had a fever over 41 and you couldn't touch his skin. They told me he had a common cold give him Tylenol and Advil to calm the fever and pain. Sent me home after seeing him for 3 mins. Really good clinic. They are always open, even during the holidays. They are open late night, even on weekends. I have been seeing Dr Stevanovski since this place has opened and he is fabulous. There are a few new doctors that are also really good (Dr Patel and Dr Mukty are two that saw me). Sure the clinic can get busy but they are good at what they do. Once word gets out there is a good clinic, then everyone comes. Been to some of the other nearby clinics and the doctors are not good.

Waste of time. Went for a small wart removal. Received a poor treatment, wasted time and money. Liquid nitrogen that freezes the wart needs to be applied long enough to freeze the affected skin wart. One of the staff member barely spent 9 seconds to treat the wart and charged $40 for the treatment. She rushed me through the treatment and didn't do the job properly. I had a worst experience ever.

I went to Dr. Ajay Pal Singh Khural in this clinic who did not treat me well. I was explaining him that i had fever and cough and i took that medicine and he interrupted me and said just explain to me, do you have fever right now? He did not do my check-up and i paid 60 bucks and in last, he said just take any of the medicine of cold and cough from store. He did not even write down any medicine. He is the worst doctor in the clinic. He did not behave well. He asked me what do you understand by self isolation. I was gonna explain him, again he interrupted me and said you don’t even know about self-isolation. These type of doctors should not exist. Furthermore, he told me that you just care of yourself, you are not feeling well and will let others feel the same, others will die and you will not care of them. I really didn’t expect that experience from any of the doctors.

I never write reviews for anything but I need to speak up when I read some of the previous comments. I have been coming to this clinic for 5 years and it is the best walk in clinic in the area. Dr Stevanovski is so patient and friendly and yes, it can get busy, but that is because he is a great doctor. He has always been there for me when I need him. He works late hours and weekends and I just want to speak up and say that I really appreciate that as my previous doctor was never available. I hope he realizes that his patients truly love him and he doesn't get discouraged by some of the negative reviews of the clinic.

I contacted them originally about their TB, completed my first step. Receptionist is terrible. I received a voice message from dec 18th, and it was for a different patient regarding urgent results. I called today since I never got a chance to check my voicemail until now. To inform them, that I was given an urgent message intended for a different patient and the same rude receptionist brushes me off. States she never did that but I have the message saved on my phone. Rather than transfer me to a manager, she keeps stating I never left a voice message. I called because I was concerned for the other patient. Now she hangs up, I plan to go in person and speak to their manager of their awful mixup. Terrible service, terrible privacy concerns. I feel so bad for that patient with the urgent results whom may never know they need to come in.

I do not recommend this walk in clinic. I had a positive pregnancy test at home and went here to get blood work done. More than a week passed and my results were still not back yet... They referred me to get a dating ultrasound done ( prior to blood work being returned) at Queen West. 2 weeks passed and my ultrasound was still not returned to the clinic.. I called everyday and they assured me they would get the information forwarded to them from Queen West and call me back... still waiting for this phone call. If you have a family doctors office, your better off just waiting for an appointment and going through them.

This is for DR. SAMEH EKLADIOUS 1 star only because I can't rate lower. Had a phone consultation with him. 5 seconds into me describing what I had been experiencing, he cuts me off, asks a couple of questions to make sure I wasn't dying on the spot, says I can pick up some general medicine from his pharmacy and if it continues, to call the clinic again. Near the end of the call, I tried again to explain to him exactly what triggers my situation, the duration and what I had been experiencing.. cuts me off again, repeats that I try the medicine and LITERALLY hangs up on me. First of all.. I am NOT trusting a medicine you prescribe to me WITHOUT even listening to me. He clearly just wanted to get through as many phone calls and appointments for the day to keep his billables up. Secondly.. have some empathy for God's sake. One of the busiest clinic I have ever seen. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Howaida Youssef is awesome one. No doubt we waited for long but we understand it's a walk-in clinic. 5 star from my side. Before giving my review I read the recent review and they are negative. Recent review from RMN GILL I read. This Patient is lying. I was there only in the clinic, frontdesk was trying to help her out but she was so rude to them and not ready to listen.

From my experience, Not good for BABY, I wont go again. Worst experience. I went there for my baby, DR. AJAY KHURAL is behaved really bad. He won't repeat the medication name. He didnt write the prescription, he just said. When we asked again, he doesn't want to repeat. I won't go again. The receptionists are talking rude. I went to the clinic recently (right at opening hours) and waited for one and a half hours because the front desk missed calling my name. As I approached the receptionist about when I would be called, she checked the patient list and realized they missed calling me and proceeded to let me in. I announced my concern to the doctor, who apologized and waived all fees to obtaining sick notes/medical appointment records. On the way out, as I was obtaining the medical records, regardless of the doctor waiving the fees, the front desk still insisted on charging me and did not apologize even once for their mistake. I found this to be a very disorganized office. The doctors are all professional and do a great job, but the front desk staff need to improve their overall management skills.

This was one of the best experiences I have had as a patient in healthcare. I arrived about 830pm and was seen by Dr Patel probably within 15 minutes. Let me just say I work in healthcare and have dealt with hundreds of doctors and Dr Patel is one of the best, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. These are rare qualities in a doctor these days. The reception and nurse on hand were also professional. My script was in my hand in no time and I used the on site pharmacy. The pharmacy prices were very very reasonable and lower than my expectations. Keep up the great and stay safe!

One of the best walk-in clinics in Brampton I have visited. Dr. Patel is understanding, patient and spot on with his diagnosis while displaying exceptional bedside manners. The front desk staff were busy but still found time to be considerate and compassionate at one point automatically updating an anxious patient with the status of the queue without being prompted. The wait times are comparable to other walk-in clinic but if you visit early in the morning or book an appointment online you can bypass the typical wait times. I always go to Cornerstone Medical as it’s open late, has exceptional Doctors and helpful staff that care.

Dr Amar Patel is an AMAZING physician. He is a very knowledgeable, skilled, competent, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes great precaution and consideration for any underlying condition you may have. He correctly diagnosed my injury acquired illness with a proper treatment plan and followed up with me to make sure I was ok. This doctor goes far and beyond. He has a fantastic personality, and will take his time with you if needed, even with a full waiting room. I wish there were more doctors like him. Thank you Dr Patel for taking care of me. Heard from many family members that the doctors here do not take time to listen to their patients problems and end up misdiagnosing their patients sending them home on pain meds rather than actual medication needed for their symptoms. Secondly doctor is late. if you open at 9 you better be there before 9 and then not complained that you don't have time and could not listen to the patient. Also waiting time is over an hour and a half which is very hard for a lot of people who are sick to sit that long. Very disappointed and will never come here and will not recommend it to anyone to come here. they're much better urgent care clinics and walk-in clinics in the area Brampton.

There is no zero star option as thats what this place deserves. No one ever picks up the phone, its always on automated message asking to hold. Once in a while after calling 50 times if someone picks up the phone they again ask to hold and then disconnect the phone. Its a complete waste of time, its better to just goto a different clinic than wasting time here. I strongly recommend to avoid this place and just goto a different clinic, they will just waste your time. Clinic reception: You guys are the worst reception ever, I am surprised how can a clinic management hire such useless people.

DO NOT GO HERE. My mom has tennis elbow. Went here. These morons said " there is no magic to fix this" when i told the doctor to do something about my mothers pain. I perfectly understand what tennis elbow is & the doctor (female - ethnic name ) tried treating me like i was 3 years old. My mom was given painkillers that do not work in even numbing her pain. My mother had to visit multiple times to even get referral for scans. She still doesn't have the shot in her arm that would temporarily fix the muscle damage & give her relief. The whole ordeal from when the doctor walked in to us leaving took 2 minutes. They just want to scan your card and bill. Patient care comes last to them. If you absolutely have to go to this god forsaken place only see doctor peter. My mother said he is half decent.

I went in with a back injury and he and his staff made sure that I was comfortable and would be functional with the least amount of pain as I could possibly be in. Worst clinic I have ever visited. They were doing my blood test and two girls on the front desk you do blood work were not able to find the veins, she inserted the syringe three times in my veins but was not able to find my veins. Very disrespectful doctors, not at all professional nurses, they make you wait for an hour and then said Doctor has already spoken to you on the phone and gave me blood test and said to go and get your test done from dynacare , we are not able to locate your veins. Had to see Dr Sameh Ekladious for my wife's headache . Without listing to what she says he gave diclofenec pills and diagnosed it as a pain due to back of the neck. She repeatedly told she has the pain in forehead and underneath her eye,but doctor did not bother to listen. Then on the following day we went to see the family doctor and she was given a nasal spray diagnosing it as a allergy. Within two days my wife got better. I feel this walking clink doctor wanted to give something and finish with us and see the next patient in the other room

The staff are helpful but my experience with Dr. Ekladious Sameh is quite unpleasant. We paid $60 for a checkup, Dr. Ekladious called us and asked nothing but straight away gave us a refill. He only gave us 3 months while some staff say we can get up to 6 months if we have no insurance. So every 3 months we have to come in pay $60 for a "checkup" and $36 for my dad meditation which is the same for the last several years. Moreover, they only except "cash" for whatever reason I do not know.

My 80 year old Grandma, went to the clinic to book an in person appointment to see a doctor and the receptionist took her information and told her to "come back" tomorrow at 11:00 am in the morning. She gets there and was advised it was an over the phone appointment.. Receptionist Sadaf or Heerjot(sorry for the incorrect spelling) was very unprofessional with how they handled this situation. I would really appreciate if Salwa the manager or someone who makes decisions for this organization at a director level can contact me. As this was not the first time this has happened.

She cannot clearly answer my questions or cannot justify. always have excuses. I find her very unprofessional. This clinic is a 5 stars if have Dr. Peter as your practitioner. There you are. I went in to get a requisition for bloodwork and waited for Dr. Peter for 2hrs when they told me only an hour and a half. Once I got in the room, I was on the phone with my mom waiting for Dr. Peter to come. Before he even completely got all the way in the room I told my mom i have to get off the phone. My mom usually takes a while to completely get off so by the time she actually got off the phone the doctor was in the room. He immediately says to me "do you want me to come back while you finish your conversation." I said to him im done. Im off. Which he refuses to listen and kept saying the same thing and that i was being disrespectful for being on the phone and that im wasting his time. So i said what about the 2 hours i waited for you. He then proceeded to tell me he's under alot of stress. I said then change your profession and im under alot of stress to cause im pregnant. He was like forget it cause it's all about you noone else. Ummm the last i checked i was the patient. I was so shocked at his rude disrespectful attitude which i stated to him and that i have never been so disrespected by a doctor in my whole life. That whole time he just wasted arguing with me was more of a waste of time then the 30 secs in took me to get off the phone. I will NEVER give that man my business again. Even if im on my death bed!!!!! Don't go there when it's busy which is usually all the time. You will get shouted at from the doctors for being human.

I visit this place often but I met a nurse named Pooja I remember her name because I asked her and I believe she is a nurse and honestly she provided exceptional service. I remember she was so nice she did my dressing and hold my finger and pressed it until the bleeding stopped and she did it so well and taught me about how to take care of the wound. Horrible experience. Wife went in for frequent migraines and sinus issues. We saw Dr. Abdulla, S The whole interaction with the doc went like this. Dr: okay so what’s up. Wife: I’ve been having frequent migraines and blocked nasal. Dr. (Types on computer) Dr. Okay your prescription is in the front. Wife: (confused) Is that it? Dr. Yes, I’ve prescribed antibiotics and nasal drops. Wife: okay... That was the whole visit. Dr. Didn’t want to explain anything or check anything. Simply prescribing medicine as if that’s the reason we go to doctors. Horrible. You expect doctors to explain what’s happen and provide a sense of comfort at the least. Never going back here.

I booked an appointment online to apparently "save time" Ended up waiting more than 1.5 hours after my booked appointment to see the doctor. Front desk staff unorganized, they even let it patients that came after me in first then when I asked her what was going on she said she will send me next. The front staff needs some training around communication skills.

Her name is Dr Iman Nessim. 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous, I had no choice but to come here because it was a holiday today. Very disappointed! My son has an extremely high fever. This should not be considered an urgent care clinic. Edit - I went to see my son's family doctor and she told me that Dr. Nessim prescribed the wrong dose of antibiotic! They DON’T EMAIL you any forms and you have to go everytime to walk-in. They don’t inform you if there is going to be a price for any form. The DOCTOR was the WORST, I had a leg injury and they asked me to do telephone appointments instead of in person becuase of Covid, the doctor literally didn’t remember anything that we talked about on the phone. She denied that I told her about the pain. This is the worst. Everytime she called me she asked me questions like the first time and didn’t remember any of the previous conversations. It is not my job to remind her about everything everytime. They don’t put notes about the phone conversation and then there is nothing on record on my file. Talks something on the phone and the form says something else. Very unorganized clinic, they give out wrong information about when a particular doctor is available in the clinic. I REGRET coming to this clinic.

Unbelievable. I walked in at 3:55 pm for a tetanus shot expecting I would be waiting for at least one hour. Friendly staff members welcomed me (as it was my first time here), the doctor was friendly and energetic even during her long shift, and the nurse who gave me the shot was fast and professional. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot at 4:12 pm posting this review. As far as walk-in clinics go, 10/10 would go again.

Came in tonight with my son who was having difficulty breathing. Was going to take him to the emergency department but the doctor took great care of him. They gave him a few masks and he felt great afterward. I'm so thankful for the care they provided. I think it was Dr Peter-he was so kind and helpful.

Health professionals are doing a good job in this difficult times. If you have a fever stay home. Don't come in and yell at the receptionist. Sorry, it's just common sense

If I can give 0 rating. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing over the phone and when you go to the clinic they would say totally different. The doctors never update your file, so if doc asked you to get your blood work done, there’s no record of it. Total wastage of time.

Wow... amazing experience here... Called ahead and the receptionist was kind enough to schedule me over the phone so I didn't need to wait at the clinic... went in and they took me in within 5 mins....Dr.Patel saw me and he was the most helpful doctor I have ever had... he didnt rush me out but took time and heard my concerns and was able to help me with my dog bite that I had... nurse was so kind and friendly... totally recommend this location and this doctor.... great job guys...

Worst experience. Went to the clinic with a lot of pain. Had to wait for a long time to see a doctor and when I finally did, doctor named HOSSEIN JALAYER had no courtesy to check my problem. He started asking me about stuff that i don't even know. I'm for sure not a doctor to understand the stuff he was talking about. And then he started getting upset about that. He didn't even care to do my check ups or anything. I left without getting any help. Don't visit this clinic. Would not like to refer them to anyone.

Don't go to the clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when Dr. Samee Ekladius is there as he is always in hurry, doesn't have time to listen to the patient completely and properly. And always tells you to see family dr. Especially if you ask for any referrel , he can't do that too. So dont waste your time and government's money thats definitely charged for useless appointments.

One simple advice: see Dr Safwat Abdulla, he was the only across canada that gave me hours of his valuable time consistently over multiple visits to detect my sleep apnea. BP and pulse were not ok, depression was there too. He analyzed, followed up and asked all the questions. And helped me. I am very grateful. Worst clinic ever!! I woudn't recommend anyone going there. My son Fractured his toe. He is a Canadian citizen and his health card is expired. They wanted $60 upfront as consultation fee. I took out my debit card to pay- they said they take cash only. Specially during this COVID time whenever everyone is encouraging cashless transactions. The doctor then referred him to a facture clinic. I aksed the referral form to be emailed to me. They said they don't have email capability. Again i had to go in to pick up the referral form- when it should be contactless. There was no address, no name of the fracture clinic. I asked the ladies in the front as to where i should be going. They said for faster service just go to the Brampton Civic hospital. I called the hospital, and i was informed the doctor who referred my son is not even registred at the hospital and they cannot take my son. If you want to go around in circles go to the clinic otherwise don't waste yoru time. Rude front desk ladies, worst customer service!
