Dr brar . He treated me very good at my first visit, listened my problem and gave me medication. Even I don’t find his receptionist rude.

Dr. Brar is such a greedy women , i had back problem and her staff took my health card and did all my tests , and when i asked to meet the doctor , Dr. Brar said she only sees her registered patients and I was told to look for other clinic or doctor for consultation. Nonsense place.

Totally confused with their working time. Sign showed working time up to 4pm, I was there at 2:30pm, door locked. Someone still inside but it’s totally closed.

I came with my father to his appointment and Dr. Brar used a portion of my father's appointment time to remind me of how obese I was and gave me his unsolicited advice and opinion after I told him I was already aware of my size and had been working on my diet and exercise. I found his remarks very unprofessional seeing as I was NOT his patient and did not appreciate it at the slightest. He made no efforts to get to know me or understand my battle with weight-loss over the years but was so quick to suggest a gastric bypass surgery. He needs to focus more on his actual patients and leave his non-patients alone...especially if they didn't ask you for your opinion whatsoever. I get that culturally being blunt is common but he needs to be mindful of the line of work he's in and be considerate of others and how he speaks to them.

I wish i can give zero star if there is any option like this. Ridiculous doctor and their staff. No professionalism. I was standing outside in the Cold for 20 minutes and i also got the token as number 2 still they kept me for wait over 40 min and after i asked why the people who came after me how they were able to get checked before me they have no answer to my question . I am not sure why they give tokens if they do not even follow their own process. When I confronted them, the doctor came out apologizing and was telling me to see another doctor after wasting my 1 hour. And he was bot even bother to check me. This is the best example of unprofessionalism Trust me guys if anyone has self respect do not go to this place, the people who do not respect thevalue of others time they do not deserve to be in a profession like this.

Not recommend. Long wait time. Not professional in que management. Waiting for more than 90 minutes to get test reports and said you must have to see doctor first. When we asked why they are taking patients in between que even not urgent, they said they have to only take injection/vaccines. Then they ready to give reports without seeing a doctor. In 90 minutes, they took 4-5 potions because they were taking in between que to known patients.

I could not get to the clinic during their opening hours. Dr Brar made time to come to my house on a Saturday evening after working all day in Orangeville. It was late evening when he arrived. Dr Brar was very thorough and gentle with my injured baby Fiona ( cat ). He was also very kind and helpful in making me feel comfortable. The next day Sunday, he went out of his way after spending the day with his family to deliver the needed antibiotics a required. It was 11.00pm. He followed up frequently by phone and text. I would highly recommend his services especially if you are looking for a good old fashioned caring service experience. Dr Brar is a man of commitment and exceptional personal service.

Unprofessional clinic front staff is uneducated and lack severe customer service skills. The doctor doesn't respect or value his patients time. I have personally worked in a medical office for more than 5 years you do not leave the front desk unattended you make sure that the patient in the front has been taken care of before doing anything. The receptionist takes at least 20 mins before she acknowledges you standing at the front desk. Now a days you will be lucky if you find a doctor that actually cares about their patient. As per one of the previous reviews posted he gave some ones grandmother antidepressants when she had a UTI how wack is that ??

Whatever you do, DO NOT visit this doctor. Please visit someone else as this MD is not fit to practice. My grandmother was complaining of headaches and after a visit with this doctor she was given anti-depressants. I don't think he even checked her vitals or made any proper diagnosis, just assumed she was depressed. He makes a lot of assumptions. Her condition later worsened we took her to another family doctor who diagnosed her appropriately, and it had nothing to do depression.

Works experience staff is too rude and unprofessional.They just harassing their patients .Even they don’t cross check information before giving documents and other person suffer because of them. No words even they don’t deserve one star .Because zero option is not there .
